Please avoid this place all the food was disgusting u can not even eat it how bad it was made me sick it was that bad looking we binned the lot . Should be shut down

The food was quite nice but not that hot. Delivery wasn't the fastest but wasn't waiting more than an hour or so. Would order again :)

Food is really nice! Shame it is not from the takeaway you think it is! Live outside the local area and he sends your order to another takeaway!! Still charges you the delivery of £3.00 but the takeaway you receive the food from only charges £1.50.. Have ordered from him several times and on this one occasion had to question when the food was late. Our food came from China Garden in Gorleston...

Super fast delivery! Also managed to change my lemon chicken to orange chicken which was incredible. Will be back again soon.

I've had no problems with my food from here until my last two orders. After complaining the first time they make the same mistakes the next order as well so they don't listen to your complains either. Won't be using here ever again now!

Was extremely pleased with food quality and the guy who came to the door was lovely. He deserves a raise. Delivery time was very good as well.

Since living in Gorleston these last 4 years, I failed to find a decent Chinese, up until 6 months ago. I found these guys 6 months ago and I won't go anywhere else. The food is always amazing!!

I placed my order at about 6:45pm, max wait time was an hour so waited an hour and 15minutes before ringing up to ask where my food is. First I was told they had no record of my order and to contact Just Eat about it. They then rang me saying they had sent my order to someone else by accident. My prepaid order was accidently given to someone else. Very disappointed

My house is a little tucked away - so I always leave directions - which most takeaways follow and have no problem finding the house. Om this occasion the food was delayed bythe best poart of an hour and delivery took 4 additional calls, because the driver hadn't followed the instructions, or listened to my directions. Lovely food .....when it finally arrived.

The worst Chinese food we've ever eaten. Cold soggy chips, a weird taste to the sweet and sour sauce, greasy noodles, actually had to order a pizza afterwards.

Food took 2 hours 45 min to arrive. When it eventually turned up, half the order was missing & it was cold. When we called them the man was rude stating he's Chinese and "doesn't speak f******* English". Avoid, avoid, avoid an we will definitely not be returning!

Food was great as always, delivered on time as requested, but the hand over prior to un packing was careless which resulted in spilling a main dish , driver had no idea how to unload and present order, so not pleased with delivery.....!

Normally very happy with the food and service but tonight the order was delivered 40 minutes late and was then given wrong order, so 10 minutes later received the right order but was almost cold so had to reheat! Very disappointed!

We ordered well it took 2 hours to arrive, called up 20 min after suggested time to be told it was on its way!! And hung up on me. Then had the driver call up 10 min later asking for directions!! Ordered2 chow meins one being a mushroom one, there was a bit of chicken in it and the person who ate it was vegetarian!! Also ordered half a chicken well it was cremated stated as roast chicken that was clearly deep fried too long! Couldn't eat it. When the delivery driver turned up he asked how much our order was because he left the ticket in the car! He did apologise however nothing offered for the poor wait time!! Poor service. Food was hot however just a shame on the wait time!!!

Arrived well under stated time but the sweet and sour sauce had spilt out of the tub and covered everything in a sticky mess! Also didn't expect to get a bit of bone in the chicken fried rice. Normally a really good meal but let down this time!!

This was one of the worst Chinese meals I've had, since moving here. I've yet to find a good Chinese takeaway, therefore I have tasted quite a few. The meal was bland sloppy and overcooked. There was mystery meats the like of which I've not seen before. Take the case of the chicken that looked and tasted like no chicken I've seen or tasted. We threw most of it away. The BBQ spare ribs were the only redeeming factor.

I cannot comment on my order of food as i havent recieved it but as for your service... i recieved an order confirmation at 8.07pm it is now 9.46pm and we are still waiting i called the shop 25 minutes ago to be told the order was on the way and now after calling back... i think the driver may have tucked into it because it took so long...

Was lovely food , we were missing the BBQ sauce and the driver didn't know how much the food came to. Also was nearly half an hour late.

Lovely meal, huge portions (had to save some back as we couldn't eat it all in one sitting!) Will be using again!

Order was delivered on time, was piping hot and tasted really, really good, best chinese we've had for a while.

Food was lovely took longer than estimated time but was worth the wait however my order came to £16:90 so I went to give driver £21:60 as was easier for change however he didn't have £5 in change so alway make sure you have the correct money or pay online

over all not had any problems with them use them a lot, they forgot a bottle of coke said they would drop one in, but as i don't live in Lowestoft and they couldn't spare a driver, it would be next day which they did

This was my first order Arrived 25 minutes early , very hot and polite delivery driver. Quantity was very good , I actually couldn't eat it all , that doesn't happen often! My only gripe is I Ordered lamb in BLACK PEPPERCORN sauce ..., got lamb with green peppers in black BEAN sauce ! Was still very nice and will defiantly order again 😀
