Food was absolutely vile over cooked tasted like a full tub of salt had been used and it was cold, will never order from this place again waste of money disgusting.

I have ordered from these loads of times in the past and had no issue. Ordered today....took 2 hours to get here. I rang to see where the order was and just got a "it's on the way". Not even an apology. And it still took 30 minutes to come after I phoned them. Finally gets here.... open the bags and chips we have. Absolutely disgusting. All dry, refryed soggy. Tasted awful. All the food was only slightly warm but covered in damp condensation. Safe to say we won't be using them ever again.

It was delivered and food was all over the bag so most went to waste. Chicken balls under cooked, rice was hard. Had special fried rice covered in groce gravey and soggy. No impressed at all. Won't be ordering again.

We are new to area & love our Chinese food & trying to find our new 'regular' takeaway shop. Sadly this isn't it. Food arrived hot & on time, but both our"special" chow mein and foo yung only had tiny cubes of meat in them, salt & chilli chicken was very bland & soggy...in breadcrumbs not batter & rice dish was clumpy. Was ok, but won't be ordering again from here.

Absolutely vile went to bite into a chicken ball and chicken was solid then smelt a weird smell from it. It smelt like totally gone off chicken if it was even chicken. To top that off 2 hairs on the chicken ball. Never again from this place simple rice chicken balls and chips the worst meal ever. Actually feel sick with eating the chips and rice before i ate a chicken ball. That night and next day totally ill so clearly something wrong with this meal.

Dont go for collection like i did. The place is an absolute disgrace. Filthy. Food was really nice. Hot, fresh and no hairs. The health and hygiene certificate isnt on display. This could be a good takeaway if they cleaned their filth up. Unbelievable how this can be open .

I can't believe I once ordered from here whilst drunk a few years ago,I remember it being disgusting the food was grose and the place is a proper dive and its never been cleaned also been awarded a 1 star due to poor hygiene rat droppings and water leaks from the ceiling onto cooking equipment look it up.it needs shutting down permanently

Don't order from here. Ordered on just eat, 2 hrs waiting, no answer on phone, everyone went to bed. Waste of £40. I noticed after they have a hygiene rating of 2/5

Ordered take-away food for four people (£31) at 6-40 pm on Just Eat app was told it would be delivered between 7-20 to 7-40. Phoned back 8-00pm was told it would be delivered a in a few minutes, phoned back ten minutes later said they would contact delivery driver and phone back but never did, phoned back again 8-20pm and told it would be delivered within ten minutes, thought we was not going to get it when at 8-35pm it finally arrived, delivery driver couldn't give a dam about what we had to say. Food was luke warm and not very nice, would advise anyone to give this take-away a wide birth as i will do in future, customer service is atrocious.

Food taste was abysmal. The food was contaminated as we found a long thick hair, which is the worst thing to see during a pandemic. The environment inside the building is much worse and can't be fda approved. Don't order from here!

Second time using this on Just Eat. First time the food was literally over 2 hours late. The app kept saying that the restaurant was very busy. Just ordered some food tonight and said food would be delivered around 9.20pm. At 9.30pm I had an update to say it would be 9.35pm Still waiting at 10pm. Tried calling the place but no answer. Had to cancel the order and hope for full refund from Just Eat. Very bad service on behalf of this place

Nice food. Ordered through just eat. Told me delivery was 8:05. It's now 8:31. Rang up and was told 'its on its way' in a rude fashion. Would definitely avoid. Never waste your money here. I might not even get my order at this rate.

Why is this place still trading?!?! It had a food hygiene rating of 1!!! Its still online clear as day as a 1... disgusting that this place still has its doors open!! Makes my skin crawl

Rang them told me my order will be 2-3 minutes after it already being late, 30 minutes later no order , ring back told she would ring the driver and ring me back .... Another 15 minutes later ring back to be told driver had broken down and would take another 20 minutes to cook , why couldn't they ring me back and tell me I had to chase them up , waited over 2 hours for nothing , Good food poor service , AVOID!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible , waited hour and 40 mins to be delivered, once delivered food cold and dry , phoned and request they pick it back up and give refund to be told have to wait for 2 days for refund ,poor customer service and disgusting food will never be ordering again and puts me off ordering any takeaway in future

If I could rate this in a minus I would!!! DO NOT ORDER from here APPALLING service. We placed an order on Friday the 24th April 2020 the order took 3hrs to come and then was missing an item. I called straight away and she said would I like them next time or now so I asked for them to be delivered that evening but they never came. We then went to order again tonight Sunday 26th April where I spoke to the rudest woman I have ever come across Sherry is her name she is apparently a Manager if anyone else has the misfortune of coming across her. She spoke to me appallingly she insisted nothing was missing from my order ...... Why would I lie about it, its a portion of chips. So she called me a liar she wouldnt let me speak even though I was very calm on the phone she then hung up and blocked my number, so I called her back on my partners number. I requested to speak to the owner who I was told wasnt in, I asked her for her name which she told me was Sherry. She again carried on calling me a liar shouting over me and hung the phone up again. So I repeatedly called her back until she answered she was very aggressive she told me she didnt need my business and not to try and order from them again!!! I have done nothing wrong, this is an appalling way to treat your customers ............ I hope you go out of business you vile woman!! They have multiple reviews on Facebook also stating the same AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered Chinese at 19.10 still waiting at 22.30pm tried ringing them they ad took phone of hook. Very bad service would not recommend

Prices are excellent, delivery was prompt and the deals available are good. I had the crispy beef in chilli sauce. This was chewy, not crispy and it was incredibly bland. I mean it was literally tasteless. The egg fried rice was very over cooked and tasted almost burnt. Most of the main meal went in the bin. The duck rolls were tasty, but were very thin and could do with more filling. While free prawn crackers were provided, there were only 6 or 7 crackers in the bag. I would not order again, even at the low prices, as the food just isn't very good.

Trust me,read my other reviews,I tried China House tonight for the first time and promise you all it was one of the best local Chinese meals we have ever had.The chicken in sweet & sour ( balls) was fab non of the plasticy,crap that others use.The Chios were great as was the chow mein.Soup was also very good,try it you will be very pleased,I honestly review places truthfully,we will be using again without doubt.👍

Just had the worst Chinese meal ever. ordered a Singapore chow mein it was absolutely awful a really weird taste!! Can somebody explain the orange colouring? I have had a few Singapore chow mein from various takeaways and have never ever not left a nearly full plate! If I could I would have given it no stars it was that bad

My husband never wastes Singapore chow mien but it had orange colouring and a vile taste he never leaves a full plate even what I had has left a horrible taste never ordering again from here

Placed an order on justeat for £12 including £2.50 delivery charge. Got a phone call saying I need to pay another £2 for delivery or they'll cancel our order. Crazy asking for £4.50 for a delivery charge, nuts.
