Chillim Shisha Bar And Lounge in Reading

The place is quite rundown. We asked for dumplings which they didn't have so we ordered something different. The portions were small and quite expensive.

Unreliable shop. I’ve tried visiting a couple of times and they are never open on time and very inefficient. Avoid this place and go some place else. Save your money!

If you like Nepali food/ snacks with your drinks. if you like Sisha and you want a nepal like place to hangouts. This one is a must visit. I had visited during my travel to Reading and went here with my friends. the place was buzzing with nepali music and neplai sounds. and all the nepali snacks made me remember nepal. Owners were very Friendly and that is always a good thing to find. I would say a must go please

The food was not bad, I ordered the Nepali spiced noodles with chicken, but they weren’t spicy 😑 the waiters were very nice and friendly but when we had some problems with the shisha, the guy who was supposed to assist us was watching us like he wanted to kill us at any moment… the ambient is really poor… only one of the 2 heaters were working, the other one was used as a monument like in a museum 🤣

Uf boy this place was depressing.... so few drink options, atmosphere was dark and sad. Shisha was good and the girl that brought the menus was welcoming. I definitely won't go back

Had a car accident right outside here recently and went in here to hide from the aggressive woman who shouted abuse after rear ending my car! The man working here was so kind to me and my toddler, gave us water and made me feel calmer and safe, thank you so much!

Amazing shisha, the best in Reading by far. Lovely, cosy and friendly atmosphere. Staff are very attentive and look after you. fair price, food is also decent.

I have visited this place few times and its worth trying out different flavours of sisha especially paan. The staff members are very welcoming and accommodating. Plus their menu has many options. Highly recommended this place. It’s worth a visit.

The customer service and the shisha flavour is so bad. The noodles are super noodles with a bit of chilly flakes in them. The toilet is horrendous, the whole atmosphere is disgusting

Great shisha (courtesy of Ugen 👍🏽) in a relaxed environment. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Top quality coffee (also courtesy of Ugen 👍🏽) All the food I have had has been well prepared and tasty. New tent at the back is very traditionally set up with tables and chairs plus comfortable lounging areas. Deffo worth a visit if you are in and around Reading.

Okay, but quite rundown and feels like some shoddy backstreet venture. Myself and a friend came here to just kick back after work, we asked to sit at the back 'outdoors' where there was a marquee. Atmosphere very quiet although they had music playing. Owner and staff were attentive and allowed us to sit near the heater when temperatures dropped. Shisha itself was fine, however truthfully the food was appalling - noodles were oversold (and overpriced) as a culinary treat, when in fact it was obviously instant noodles from a packet (and not even made well, it was stodgy).

It’s the best place in Reading to chill with friends and to have a good time. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. The food and beverage choices are on point and you would never leave this place unsatisfied. I have been going here for over a year now and I will surely not stop anytime soon. Strongly recommend this place.

The spot in Reading to go to for shisha. They have quite a broad range of flavours with a good selection of al fakher but some really nice ‘premium’ flavours. Their food has quite a homely touch to it and their mocktails are awesome!

I am disgusted by the customer service. I was waiting to be served for a long time and I saw the manager aggressively shouting at two young girls - he was so rude and the young girls appeared very scared. I was about to interfere but I was worried about him physically assaulting me and was worried I may make the situation worse by interfering. I will NEVER go back here again!

Had another enjoyable night tonight at Chillin Shisha. I felt so welcomed with their friendly approach and helpful service. The Shisha flavour was really good quality. I ordered some food that came quick, very tasty and freshly cooked. Great outdoor and toilet facilities. I would rate this place the best in Reading 5* I will defiantly return 👍🏻

It use to be a good spot to have a smoke and chill but until recently they've expanded but the quality has dropped. Prices have increased, waiting time is longer and theres no sign of the person to come over and change the coal. Im one who supports local businesses but unfortunately this place needs to improve especially if they're going to charge premium prices.

Chicken panini is great and tasty . Milkshake is amazing and the staff are super friendly and nice. Best place to chill in Reading. Will always be my favourite place

Lovely, cozy atmosphere. Staff are very attentive and friendly! Food is cheap, burgers and chips are surprisingly tasty, dessert not so much! Sheesha was lovely and strong. Parking is opposite, we parked down a side street as wasn't too sure about the private parking as it does not belong to the venue (better to be safe than sorry!) It got very busy as the night went on and we were kindly asked if our table could be shared but not to worry if we minded! This has the potential to be an amazing place, with a little revamp :) Thank you to the Nepalese guy that served us.

Have been a loyal customer to this amazing sisha place since they started! :-) One of the best sisha that i have tried especially the Paan and blue mist. I have been to numerous ones including Cardiff and Central/North London areas and their sisha did not compare to the quality of sisha at all that this place provides. Amazing hospitality provided by the owners of this place. Friendly and yet professional. Keep it up. Customer services are important for business and they sure acknowledge that! :)

Excellent shisha and amazing staff

Best service. Went there from a recommended from a friend. First impressions was very welcoming. Felt very relaxed too, the gaming area inside and the Sonos speakers playing music gave you a chilled vibe which wanted me to stay there more. Sheesha and food did not disappoint and drinks we're at an affordable price. Would definitely visit again and recommend to everyone.

Great hospitality and amazing shisha! Reading has needed a place with this kind of ambience for a very long time and this place has it in abundance. The guys always make you feel very welcome and the food exceeds expectations. Makes the trip across town well worth it. Everything I've tried so far (I will be trying everything!) has been absolutely spot on so well done to the guys. I think it's safe to say that this place is now my local. If you've not tried this place yet, definitely do so, you won't be disappointed. P.S. The Moroccan tea is highly recommended.
