Chillies Paisley Road West in Glasgow City

First time iv been back in there in many years, before anything else let me say the food was exactly as I remember it and was worth the visit. From the outside of the shop it's looking a bit tired, first impressions, ok maybe not a good idea to judge a book by its cover but I would probably have driven by looking at it from outside. Inside the customer area looks like a jumble sale with boxes thrown on other boxes cluttered all over and stacked high , once again adding to the "I think iv made a mistake stopping here" vibe the place gives off. The staff were nice enough, they smiled but weren't much for chatting. The food prep area looked clean and the food was ready quickly, and one again yes the food was worth it. Prices are pretty decent. I'll go back again, fingers crossed the place looks a little more organized then.

This time i am disappointed, ordered Curry Pizza 16', well the chicken this time was not properly cooked. The full pizza ends in the bin bag.

Pizza was missing toppings was 30 minutes late and kebab cold! So disappointed and not worth the wait! Went in the bin

Ordered 3 pizzas and pakora. Pizzas were doughy and bland, pakora was okay but quite dry. Wouldn’t personally order again or recommend to friends. Quite disappointing.

First time ordering from here super impressed food was absolutely amazing especially for ordering early hours on the morning will definitely be ordering again!

We waited an hour for the quoted delivery time only for it to be extended. It's now been almost 2 hours and we still don't have our food. The food is tasty but this is the 3rd time we've had a late delivery and they have missed things off in the past

The order was on time and the driver was polite, the Chicken Tikka Korma was very good and the rice chips and nanbread were good the Chicken Tikka Bhoona was good but it was a Patia Sauce and not a Bhoona Sauce served with the dish so a little bit disappointed

I ordered a large donner kebab it looked like it had just been flung in with pitta which was hard and couldn't eat, separate salad was dry shreeded lettuce, I do not recommend buying anything from here.

Chicken pakora tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. I thought of filling some potholes with it, very little kebab meat.

Had to phone to see where our delivery was after an hour and a half of waiting. Pizza was freezing cold and the rest of the food was soggy. Can only imagine what I have is food poisoning from the restaurant. 4 people ate the food and all of us have sickness and diarrhoea. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Ordered pizza last night , waited well over an hour , no one came. Woke up this morning the my pizza meal outside at my door freezing , why not knock the door so I can eat my food ? Send me back my money it’s a joke I have photos

Delivery was absolutely shocking. It’s a Monday night and took over an hour to come. We’re an 8 minute drive away. Food is about a 3/10

Food was average, ordered food at 1am, at 1:40 driver left food at the door without knocking or ringing doorbell and food was sitting there until half 2 when i checked it. horrible service there.

Driver was rude and cheeky . I had used the app to track delivery and when he came early when I heard and answered the door I did not expect to be spoken to the way the driver spoke to me . Not impressed by his attitude

Eat here at your own risk. There is literally nothing good I can say about this place. It's manky, the service is awful, the food is rank seriously there are so many better places to eat nearby.

i ordered it at 18.30pm Chillies says will deliver between 19.05pm and 19.30pm the delivery driver had marked it as delivered so i contacted just eat as my food was not here so it shows up at 19.50pm the food was cold so i asked Chillies to take some money off and they refused as all they said was sorry your order was late. now how would you like it if you pay good money for something thats not pipeing hot so for that reason you get a bad review below average i no you guys can do a lot better in future if you cant deliver on time dont accept orders or at least call the customer and let them no

Terrible curry rice was ok but curry was gloopy and bland won’t be ordering from here again house is 5 minutes away from take away but they don’t bother to deliver for nearly 2 hours

First munch box wasn’t up to much but wow tonight so good garlic Mayo is best I’ve tried the chicken pakora everything was so good bit more Donnie meat and it’s a 10/10

Food is lacking in flavour, omelette was terrible very small, not a lot of ingredients but the box was bulked up with too many chips. Dissapointed yet again!

should have stuck with a regular naan and not garlic. had a terrible taste from the garlic, won't get that again

App says delivered at 210am was delivered at 245am with pizza cold and chips soggy. Store as marked as delivered to stay in their time slot but didn’t deliver for another half hour

The food is always tasty and just right , and the guy was great . The driver went the extra mile , rare mistake late one night , I think the guy left a bottle in the car or something , and they went the extra mile to walk back up and deliver it and call to say it was sorted . He didn’t have to do that at 2am and the meal is always great . love these dudes , great food . can’t go wrong .

Ordered food from here tonight. Food was not good. The donner calzone was not cooked and was doughy inside, raw!! When calling the restaurant the person who answered the phone could not care less and said they would keep this in mind despite the fact eating raw dough makes you ill. Nothing was resolved and I am unhappy and won't be ordering from here again Poor customer service. Zero stars!!

Food was not the best , rice was overcooked and looked mushy when mixed with sauce and chicken , the sauce was okay not the best. Nan bread was fine , overall I Wouldn’t order it again as it has put me off.

Wish they wouldn't use such a syrupy/sweet pizza base otherwise it would be great

Got the spicy chicken pizza and it was that spicy we couldn’t even eat it & we love spice but this was something else! Chips & southern fried chicken was absolutely lovely though!

All the food tasted great but unfortunately the cheesy garlic bread arrived with a wrapping over the top and when it was removed it took off all the cheese and garlic & was just left with bread. My son was very disappointed.

I ordered a set meal for two it came in two containers one rice the other was curry I was unhappy to say the lease I won’t be ordering from this shop again ☹️☹️

Late yet again. Chillies are incapable of taking an order and delivering on time. There is always a delay or problem of some kind. No apology or explanation from them.

Delivery took about 90 minutes, food came, there was chips missing, no garlic dip when i ordered 2 and a totally different pizza!!

I got Donna pizza base not cooked right as for the Donna I think they forgot to put it on used to do a great pizza but not now I believe in giving people a second chance but if pizza is the same I’ll take my costume else where thanks

The garlic nan was amazing .The same as the chicken pakora and the king prawn patia..it was delicious
