Melted polystyrene isn’t good when it comes to chips n chicken nuggets!! As I couldn’t even separate it as it was the same colour of the chips and nuggets. So had to bin both large snack boxes

The food was great value for money but the chips could have been cooked for longer. We also asked for extra sauces in the notes as we couldnt find them on the menu and we didnt get them. I would order again to try something different.

Got a text (food on its way ) at 11.07 food arrived 11.57 had to heat in microwave . Just eat is a joke wont use it again .

There was almost no chicken in the curry, 90% sauce. Order this same meal alot and this time it was rubbish, guess they were low on supplies.

Chips weren't cooked and cold. Portion size was good but food was average.

Love chillies, my fav takeaway in the area. Tonight it was just all wrong though, food delivered cold, very basic salad(only lettuce/cabbage) and hardly and sauce. I was told they were busy but they should really try to keep up the brilliant quality and service they usually have.

The food was cold, the chips didn't taste as though they were cooked properly and we had to bin the lot as it was all uneatable.

While I didn't have any mushroom pakora in my mixed pakora order, everything else was great.

Class as always! A suggestion ever thought of making a mixed kebab pizza for the menu?

Chicken pakora was tasty, but chicken tikka (and sauces) had the red food dye which puts me off (not appealing or healthy). Many Indian restaurants and takeaways have thankfully moved away from this now, and I hope more will follow suit so that food is as natural and high quality as possible. Thanks.

I’ve been ordering food from chillies for years, and I’ve never had any complaints. But yesterday I placed an order worth £30 pounds. Part of the order, a plain naan kebab, was cold and inedible. I requested a new one to be sent out, and a cold naan kebab with salad & sauce thrown all over it was the replacement. I phoned 3 times to get a refund solely for the kebab, and even though I was promised a refund, no one arrived with the money. The next day I just placed a call to the restaurant again asking for the refund, and they are now refusing to give me a refund because I apparently, ‘requested salad and sauce for the second order’. I will not be placing an order here ever again, and I recommend you don’t order here also.

Food from here used to be good. Previous order was poor. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day so gave it another try with this order. Very disappointing. That’ll be our last order.

Doner meat was from yesterday, thin hard pieces, and the lamb was more like an old rotten ewe, impossible to chew, would of choked a horse! Thats the last!

Ordered chicken korma.. was very very creamy & chicken a bit over done. Also ordered a peshwari naan.. it was quite sweet, large (!) and didn’t taste like coconut at all.

Never recieved my food so cant comment on the quality of the food but the delivery and service was poor. Phoned and was never answered and ive been charged for it

Food arrived two hours late, pakora sauce had exploded over the box, and driver forgot the bottle of juice we ordered. Food still good quality (bar soggy chips) and amazingly still warm. Just insanely shoddy service tonight. Theyd stated they were down a driver but if an order is far away and youre down a driver its pretty easy to cancel an order business side, rather than recieve a bad review because the food was two hours late.

Outstanding, absolutely delicious.

Our food was cold and was not the usual standard, we use chillies regular for the same food. This time there was hardly any kebab meet, no sauce and very little salad. I also ordered spiced onions which did not even arrive!

Normally exceptional, was let down with the sauce on the burger. I couldn’t eat it when it’s normally great.

We ordered a chicken biryani & a vegetable 1. Will not order from there again. They were not biryanis. They were boiled rice mixed with the filling, barely seasoned at that. Lacked flavour & came with another container of sauce.It felt like a rip off as the veg 1 was £9 & the chicken £11, that’s a lot to pay for boiled rice.Only gave it 1 circle because you have to, otherwise none. Did not visit the restaurant, it was a takeaway delivered. I filled in the information, so you can see what day we ordered.

Meal for 2, was plenty and filling tasted great. Will be ordering again. Great service.
