Placed a order of over £60 on uber eats firstly they call me to say they have no BBQ wings to which then I agreed a substitute for. Then 5 mins before my order was due to arrive they canceled the whole order. They waited a whole hour to cancel my order. I then called myself and the reason I was given is that the spicy wings I ordered were not in stock but I wasn't even given a option if I would like anything else as I placed a big order with multiple items on the menu. When they called initially for the BBQ wings I specifically asked if the other wings in my order they had and he said yes but then cancels my whole order 1 hour after placing it. Prior to me even ordering from this resturant I rang them to ask what style of wings they have as I'm placing an order on uber eats even then they didn't tell me that the wings are not in stock. I understand sometimes theres issues with stock which I would of accepted but if they just called me again and i could of changed it for something else but the fact they had the nerve to cancel the whole order at the time when it was due and whilst the delivery guy was waiting is unacceptable.

I've been a regular at Chillichicks for the past two years, and it’s hands-down my favorite takeout spot. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent. The chicken overloaded fries and popcorn chicken rice are my go-to, but I’ve enjoyed everything on the menu. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always get my order right. Despite being takeout, the quality never feels compromised, and the portions are generous. If you’re looking for a reliable spot with great food and service, Chillichicks is the place to go!

Nice environment, comfortable seating. Prices are a bit high considering, extra £3 for fries and a drink. Customer service was really good though, lovely gentleman. Preparation of food was excellent, wipes, different sauces and tissue given. Bit of a wait for food but food was really hot and fresh!

I went to this place 2 days ago to eat in after ordering off Uber eats and was thoroughly impressed ordering it online. Aman served us and was really nice. Huge portions. I got the Zingy rice box and struggled to finish it because it was a good sized portion. Food was fresh and full of flavour. Would definitely recommend

I thought the fries was a little cold and crunchy, we didn’t get tomd about seasonings on fries, burrito was nice, but all salad was only at the bottom of the wrap

I always get delivery through Uber eats and its amazing every time- always fresh and hot when it arrives and its always very tasty. The chicken wings no matter what are always crunchy and juicy and the chips are always perfect especially with peri peri salt!

We’re told we couldn’t eat in dispute the store not closing for a further 45 minutes. Paid £3 extra for fries and a drink. Was given a bag of fries that was less than half full. When asked for the fries to be topped off was told ‘this is our standard portion’ - while standing and eating a few was then pestered not to eat the fries while waiting for my friends order and how I must eat them outside - food was decent but overall experience was exceptionally poor and uncalled for. Do better

Ordered a zinger burger and toasted wrap from uber eats. Absolutely amazing zinger burger haven't had one like this in so many years, it was big, tender and juicy. The only reason why I'm giving this a 3 star of the food rating is because the toasted wrap was a complete letdown, chicken was overcooked, hard, batter was off and I even found a piece of bone in it which completely took me off guard. Afterwards, I couldn't even finish the rest because of this. Had the toasted wrap been on the same or close to the level of the zinger burger, I would have given 5 stars for everything.

They make beautiful food and give huge portions what's not to love ❤️ I had a dream! Then I woke up an decided to order chillichicks 😂🙌🏽💯 will have to check out the restaurant in person because that peri peri wrap mmmmmmhm

Horrible taste after trying this place for the first time, overcooked burger and far too much salt. Stale and plain, would never order again.

Food was extremely cold by the time it reached late. Drinks were warm too.

Usually great food and service!! But on recent order they literally served salad that had gone off with literal mould on the red cabbage 😭, I do not understand how no one in that kitchen could not smell the strong odour. If you get food here, avoid the salads entirely. Used to be a regular here, I doubt I will be visiting anytime soon, past few orders lacked quality overall.

Chips were missing and the chips in the chicken strips box were seasoned which wasn’t stated on the app (just eat)

Just had this for sehri time, came hot and fresh. The fillet burger was delicious I’m happy the buns were toasted. The wings were one of the best I’ve ever had, proper chunky and crispy. The strips were the same, really delicious. Overall good food. No pictures since I was too hungry to eat the food. Definitely recommend

Food was good, tasty but a little too salty

Literally the best food I’ve ever tasted and that is not an understatement. I’m not from Birmingham so tried it for something new and it literally blew mine and my friends minds!!!! The flavours are insane, and the prices are amazing too. We actually went back to Birmingham so we could order chillichicks again it was that good. I got the texmex burrito and it was to die for.

Place was spotless inside, clean tables and friendly staff. The sides were amazing, fries were perfectly seasoned and the chilli cheese bites had a nice kick to them. The chilli sauce provided was also top notch. Only issue was with the burger. It didn’t feel fresh at all and the coating was not crispy. For a reaper Burger it wasn’t spicy at all. If the Burger was made better this would’ve been 5*. Overall a top place and worth visiting.

Place is clean!!!!!!! I will always eat here when I'm in digbeth or town in general. As a regular, I can be quite picky with my orders and they remember what I have hahaahahah and they have patience every time I come in. I can't fault them and they are lovely. Portions are decent and filling. I don't even mind waiting for my food when its busy because they are professional and respectful.

Poor quality food. Chicken lacked flavour and the bun was squashed like a pancake. Paid an extra £1.60 for cheesy chips and got a tiny box with about as much cheese you'd find in a heinz ketchup sachet. Very disappointing.

This the first time out of I dont know how many that I have a bad word to say about this restaurant and all it was that the chips were cold but a quick stint in the microwave and all was ok

On the phone they said 15 minutes. Food took 50 mins - 1 hour. I had to leave extra early to make it on time and they still took ages. If your going to take just under 1 hour then say so on the phone. After all that they had no chilli sauce.

I don’t leave reviews but this place has really gotten under my skin now. Every time I order they forget something, usually smaller items like drinks but today they’ve forgotten my burrito and when I called all I got was “report it to just eat”. I just spent close to 40 quid you should be finding a way to get my food out to me!

It was not worth the money at all. Lamb burgers were sour kind of taste , it was more peppery . Chicken burgers were very tasty but Fries were greasy also they were cold by the time we received the order. never send no dips with our order at all. If you don’t send dips with almost £50 pound order Then I don’t know how much more a customer have to spend to get the 20p dips. Sorry but never again from here.

No drinks recieved! Called them and was left on hold. Not the usual service :(

Told the food was ready at 7:55 went to collect on time and ended up waiting 25 mins as the food was not ready. Asked numerous times when it was going to be ready and was told 5 mins everytime! In the end we were late for our activity booking! Meant to be fast food having ordered 45 mins prior to collecting and then a further 25 mins past collection time!

I've ordered a few times from here and the food quality is excellent. There was maybe a little let down with the fries once but haven't had that issue since. Healthy portion sizes. Really good variety of food. Always on point.

THE BEST BURGERS EVER, need to come back to brum, these burgers saved me in university. Always fresh and the chips don’t even need sauce they are that nice. Great portions and great prices. ❤️
