Chilli Tandoori in New Forest

Every time I've ordered its been rejected. Ridiculous, considering ample time to cook the order and deliver, regardless of ordering late evening. Absolutely terrible, will never attempt again.

Have been looking for a proper Bangladesh curry since my usual had close permanently and found this gem Cooked to absolute perfection just the way I liked it as well 100 💯 % be my new go to Thank you what a lovely curry house staff were nothing but accommodating as well

Waited over a hour, every time we rang we got told another 10 mins. When the food was here it was watery. Don’t waste your money! Avoid !!

We have ordered from here a couple times but definitely felt it was time to leave a review. Fast delivery, friendly service. Food - amazing! Hot, flavoursome, tasty, filling (large portions too!). Food not greasy. Absolutely lovely. Always very satisfied and would always come back! Everyone was so happy with the food!!

Yet another wonderful meal and certainly the best food I’ve eaten at all this year. Lots of colour and taste in large servings. Wouldn’t have changed anything on the plate at all. I’m vegetarian and it’s a pleasure to eat something so tasty. Brilliant!

Treat night curry, everything we ordered was as it should be,absolutely delicious, full of flavour, tasty heat & texture. Plentyful portions so enough for brunch! Having tried various other Curry houses in the local area, this was the best we've had in a couple of years.We will definitely be using this takeaway again.Has came along way since we last use it,as it did have a bit of a bad reputation, so keep it up,

Unexpected dirty place and food 2 stars maximum

Ordered through Foodhub, and paid online. They accepted my order, then cancelled it 45 minutes later via text as they were 'too busy'. Disgusting behaviour. How would they like it if a customer ordered food, then cancelled it after it was ready for collection, and not paid for?

We have used Chilli Tandoori for years... This is our favourite Indian Takeaway in Totton and have tried most of them... Always delicious... Thank you...

During the Euros Chilli Tandoori have delivered many different curries to us (6 chaps watching the footie) the meals & the service has been exceptional. Each meal was as requested, individually bagged/labelled & priced. The meals are generous in portion size and they have been very accommodating in tweaking certain dishes either in strength or substituting ingredients i.e. garden peas not chick peas! Give them a go you certainly will not be disappointed.

Meat was cold so they sent a new container 40 minutes later but had expected me to have eaten the rice. My takeaway ended up being a poppadom and a portion of chicken!! Never again.

Not used these guys for quite a while, very pleased with the order and quality of food, arrived on time would definitely order again.

Our order took 2 hours to arrive! No apology or explanation. When I rang after 1.5 hours, I was told our order was just leaving. 30 mins later, it arrived cold and soggy (we live less than a 10min drive away) Once reheated, our curries were ok, hence 2 stars not 1, but I don't pay £30 for "ok". Our starters couldn't be revived and the sides were less than poor - cold, soggy popadums, cold, rubbery naan and dreadful chips It used to be our go-to place for a takeaway but no more.

Personally never had a issue here. Great food and hot every time. Oh and don't order through just eat, phone your order through and its cheaper 👌🏻

This is the best takeaway I've had for a long time. I've eaten here quite a few times now and it's never been bad. I can't believe the reviews of others. Maybe I'm just lucky or maybe my taste is different. Forgot to say, I've always ordered in the shop and collected, so no problems with cold food and late delivery.

Vindaloo was much improved from 5 years ago,unfortunately the delivery driver was rude and aggressive.Two is generous.

First time ordering from here. Chicken madras was lovely, meat fell apart beautifully. Chicken tikka passanda was superb. Egg rice was lovely. Only thing we would say is the portions were a bit on the small side but other than that no issues. Delivered 5 mins before it was due- perfect.

We ordered from Chilli Tandoori through Just Eat. When the delivery arrived late it was wrong. We had ordered lamb and this had been substituted for chicken. When we contacted Chilli Tandoori we were informed that they had told Just Eat that they had no lamb and it was not their problem. Also that they were to busy to bother with us. The food was also cold and sub standard. I wouldn't recommend anyone order from Chilli Tandoori.

Order was an hour and a half late then when it did arrive it was the wrong order we ate the order as couldn't bear to wait another hour for the right order. Food was OK but have had better

Food arrived on time but I'm very disappointed with the food,the rice was over cooked,the lamb was tough to chew(and lamb is not tough) didnt enjoy the meal at all,will never again order from here.

Well 1st time that we have ordered from u not happy with the food or the service. had to phone up to say that we had something missing from the order and food not very hot .won't be going back

After ordering our curry from just eat for 9pm it arrived at 8.45 which is great however soon after eating the curry both myself and my partner where sick and no have stomach cramps.

Yes I used to use this Indian all the time and told my friends too. But same as Sarah, delivery was nearly 3 hours late and then when it finally arrived it was the wrong order. Wont be ordering from Chilli Tandoori again.

On a good night, one of the best Indians in town. Their creamy dishes being slightly better than their dry dishes on average. Delivery has been known to take some time but usually worth the wait.

Same issue as SarahH. Even worse though, food actually burnt. Sorry guys won't be using you again as had this probem with delivery delays twice before.

Terrible service!! Phoned at 7.15, told curry would be an hour, paid over the phone. 8.45 still no delivery, phoned and said it would be 15 mins, 45 mins later still no delivery, phoned again and they still couldn't say how long its going to be. Asked for a refund they said they would deliver the money and not even done that......so no curry, no refund!!!!
