Came up to Nottingham for a gig. Best kebab I’ve ever had, super friendly staff. Would definately recommend!

Absolutely disgusting I have never been so disgusted and stomach turned by a take away before. I am fuming! Cold , kebab is MUSH AND SLIPPERY FROM GREASE. And then REFUSE to send my missing items out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VILE BIO HAZARD.

Worst place to go order has taken over an hour to deliver and still hasn't arrived tried to call them no answer don't go here save yourself hassle

i ordered food last night and i got a chicken wrap and my chicken was still raw it was pink and white.

The food is excellent in taste and hygienic. The staff is very friendly, even the cook keen in his cooking

Got the total wrong order so a new one was sent out an yet again was wrong! The bottom of the pizzas are uncooked and the sauces are watered down.

This place food tastes so horrible, seriously so horrible! This is the last time we bought from this place no more from them. The peri peri strips wrap don't taste like peri peri wrap, it's taste so horrible! inside the wrap, dont even have the chicken. All I can taste is a flour. I never taste in my whole life a horrible place like this. omg, so horrible. Seriously, chilli hut??? what kind of food do you serve to your customer??? Your price was so expensive £3.50 for the chilli chips with cheese, the position of the chips, not even half of the box! not worth it at all. £3.99 Peri Peri Wrap, and it tastes so disgusting! Omg this place is worse. The pizza tastes 2 out of 10. If you want to buy from this place better think 10 times. I don't recommend any food from this place. Total I rate this takeaway 0 star. This kind of takeaway don't deserve any star.

Absolutely disgusting. All chips uncooked. Meat was all hard like it’s been sat there for days. Naan bread was hard. Chips stunk of chip fat. Poor customer service on the phone and Uber.

I am not going to lie but I feel like is the best takeaway in Notts, every time I order food it’s so delicious and hot. The staff is friendly and no doubt the delivery is fast too. Proud of you guys , keep it up🙌💙

Pizza deal was good value for money find the walk in or collection deals to be better then the delivered deals. Staff was nice and polite and the place looked clean which is reassuring and what you would expect when you go somewhere to buy food.

Ordered. Meal at 7.15pm it arrived at 8.55pm cold chicken tikka wrap was dry , cold no lettuce no Mayo pizza was freezing had to be microwaved, rang to complain and got told £7.99 would be taken off me next order I have just paid £21 something for cold dry food oh I wonder why you can not put pics up 🤬🤬🤬

I've been very disappointed with the meal that I have got from the shop at chilli hut I have had good meals before. The salad was insufficient and it was very wet and there wasn't a variety, the naan was microwaved and it was raw. the chips were cold the chicken was in tiny pieces instead of it being in some sort of form that you could pick up with a fork and you don't get the drink of choice. I'm very disappointed with the meal atogether as well as we try to phone up to order for a delivery and nobody answered the phone and when we did get there it took him 20,30 minutes before they completed our meal order - very disappointing

Disgusting, order was wrong so I couldn't eat mine as they had put doner meat and chicken in it when that was not what i asked for, chicken was dry and tastelss and was definitely NOT chicken tikka, nan bread was like rubber, dry and not fresh, hardly any salad and chips were cold, my partners was just the same, don't waste your time or money will NEVER order from here again!!!

First time ordered absolutely joke small portions.i could have fed my dogs this.rang up to speak to manager he was so rude doesn't knw how to speak with customers.waived the delivery charge and gave very small portions to compensate for that and also he knws where this review has come from wont be ordering from here next time avoid these clowns

Tried 2 place order over telephone as won't work online, took order to then tell me I need to order online even tho I explained this not workin but told me to keep tryin, lost customer

I ordered for a delivery, the food was very late and when the driver was outside he spoke to the takeaway who was on the phone with me and said he couldn't see me although I was the only person stood outside the entrance of the building and address I left them. I overheard the driver say to the takeaway "I see the mota". Mota for those who do not understand means fat male or guy he said to the staff member he saw me the fat guy which was very rude and he the driver himself could hardly speak english. Lost a long time customer and now will make sure, I will do ehat I can so no one else suffers such a horrible experience like I did.

This is my go to takeaway for a treat dinner or a quick meal at work - I love their pizzas and burgers and the peri salt chips. It’s speedy and delicious. I think the poor reviews on here are unfair and do not reflect the excellent service, friendly staff and willingness to please the customers. Thanks guys, you never let me down!

The food is really good and they have a good variety. They are now my go to fastfood.

Chips rubbery, zinger burger tastes disgusting, doner meat tastes of pepper and the pizza was awful and tasted of detergent, I won't buy from here again and I certainly won't be advising others. Overall rating 1 star because I can't give a zero. How on earth.this has a 5 star out of 6 rating is beyond me. Obviously there main and regular clientel don't have a very good pallette.

I was looking for a quick bite to eat, after ordering and paying. I saw that none of the staff cooking were wearing masks or gloves. Then they have the nerve to put up a sign saying You must wear a mask. Food straight In the BIN.

Chicken burger with chips and can of pepsi for 5.50£

Today we ordered 2 different 12"pizzas. But they turned out to be the same. The dough was tasteless. The topping was poor. The cheese lacked on top of the pizzas. Both pizzas lacked taste. One was apna style and the other was barbeque but they both turned out to be the same. We even found a hair in one of the pizza slices.

Extremely poor quality and care. Barely any salad. Ordered kebab, fish burger meal and masala fish kebab. The kebab was dry with barely any salad or sauce. The fish burger was odd and had basically no lettuce and barely any sauce. The masala fish is not masala fish!! And it was disgustingly greasy, floppy and flavourless. Worst naan bread I’ve ever had. And they forgot the drinks. Extremely dissapointing after my flatmates convinced me to “support local businesses” £20 wasted. Would not reccomend at all

mates well fancy seeing this place here back in the days a place here was called bombay bicycle shop takeaway was the best place i used to eat from as a child my relatives used to own it then in 2009 they closed up until couple of years later this place opened here with different owners that i dont even know and bad company food horrible needs to be shut down permanently or giving to somebody else that knows how to run a business a one star from me unprofessional owners had very horrible experience here not again surprising this has 4 star something like that unbelievable 👎 mates

We ordered a kebab, pizza and some garlic bread from this restaurant. When the food arrived it was barely luke warm, the pizza barely had any cheese, toppings, plenty of tomato base! The naan bread on the kebab was undercooked and soggy, actually inedible. the garlic bread was chewy, we ended up throwing the lot away and ordering something else. I then complainted to the restaurant via email twice, no response, then I received a response asking for feedback on how the did??? Appauling! Poor quality food and poor customer service! will not order from them again.

If it was possible it would of been a 0 star worst kebab I have ever eaten chips was cold and lime chewing cardboard also mozzarella sticks very over cooked and cold nan bread did not taste forest at all very disappointed

We’ve ordered from here for years & always been happy. Since the latest takeover we have been so disappointed. Staff are rude, the website advertises one price (although I tried to order on line & there were problems) when I ordered over the phone they quoted me a different price. The past few times they’ve been out of what I wanted. We’ve gave them the benefit of the doubt & ordered again last night. Asked for no mushrooms in our pizza, when the order arrived the pizza had mushrooms. Won’t be ordering from them again after numerous disappointments.

Just wasted £16 all to have 2 slices of pizza until we found a hair cooked inside It, chips have been microwaved by the taste of It, and they must have microwaved the whole kebab including all salad and sauces. Received lukewarm, microwaved food with clearly no effort put into food. First and last time we ever go here. Don't waste your money.

!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! Absolutely rubbish ! I ordered a wrap, potato wedges & a can of pop which I waited for over 20minutes, while the shop was empty. The staff was very rude no please or thankyou.when I finally got my food I noticed I was charged and given items I didn't order, so I went back into the shop and politely told the guy at the counter that my order is wrong, he then looked down at me with a smirk on his face and said "it's part of the wrap meal" I proceeded to tell him that I did not ask for the meal I didn't want another can or the extra bag of fries all he had to say was "it's part of the wrap meal" again. so I asked if there was no way I could order just a wrap on its own, at that point I could see his colleague laughing in the kitchen that looked very dirty with mould inbetween the tiles, again all I was told was "it's part of the meal" at this point I was very frustrated and asked why was I charged for a meal when I did not ask for one, he then got a pound out the till and said "you can have one pound back" and laughed; I walked out I will not be returning to this place ever again no customer service what so ever just rubbish these people should not be running a takeaway !!!

I know the name is chilli hut but they cooked the base with chillis and there were so many chillis in the pizza. Go to BBQ Express in Sneinton it's miles better

Had take out last night from here and food was mediocre, also messed up the order by not including the items which i paid for, I would have gone back however I was already nearly home and too far.

Ordered from Just eat but my order was cancelled after payment was taken. Then I called up to find out why and I was informed that orders under £20 will not be accepted even though just eat stated a minimum order of £10 for delivery. On the call I was told that money will be refunded and no payment taken however when the food finally arrived (an hour and a half later) I had to pay cash even though money had been deducted from my account. Now three days later still not had a refund and the food wasn't worth the hassle I went through to get it.

Exceptional service. Food was great. One of the best takeaway in Nottingham. Highly recommended
