Great food and you don’t have to wait for ages pizza are well cooked and not rushed staff are nice and polite and it’s well cleaned and managed

there mozzarella sticks are bad and hard and cold there just terrible in general the staff are nice but thos mozzarella sticks and the slushy machine never works this is unbelievable

Great food and reasonable prices, fast service and decent portion sizes. Easy access and good variation of services eg: delivery, pickup and order in shop. Great overall!

Terrible service from chilli grillz ordered a delivery 2 x kebabs chips and cheese and 3 x cans of juice Received 1 x kebab box all smashed and chips and cheese no juice delivered either but charged for it all Phoned them and all they say is I’ll call you back still no call no offer of a refund terrible how they get away with this

We ordered a delivery (stayed at Oban Bay Hotel). Absolutely delicious! Fast service, brilliant value for money. Easy to order online via website. One of the best takeaways we’ve ever had! Yum!

Terrible. Wrong order sent to hotel & chased up. Promised it would be delivered, surprise no delivery although paid for. Phoned several times & apparently on way, phoned again 3 times & guess what it shut(no one answered) DO NOT USE. Poor customer service & lies

The staff were generally pleasant and food was delivered on time and in good condition! I don’t understand all the other reviews, perhaps they’re on something else haha. Anyway keep up the great service, will be glad to come again another time ^^

Let's start with the service. Greeted with the most aggressive "yes" I've ever had directed at myself, I then ordered the simplest chips, cheese and donner, to have the tenner snatched out of my hand as the.. server.. barks £5.50, and I offer 50p to help out their change situation as i had overheard him asking the previous customer if they had the 45p or whatever.... only to have a £5 note thrown at me, despite my outstretched hand. 0/10 There is only ever the same guy on the till, so you know who you are mate. If you hate this job so much, maybe consider finding something away from the customers you clearly loathe. Now, the food. Somehow it gets worse... The chips. Hard, cold, and overcooked. Now I'm not new to the shortcuts kebab shops like this take, a few extra portions of chips when its busy? Sure, everyone does that. These chips had been sat there, next to the frier for I'm guessing, nearer 15 minutes if not more to get to this state. Not even close to melting any cheese. Oh yes, the cheese. The cold, tasteless, rubbery mound of disappointment. I honestly have nothing else to add to that... And the donner. Again, like chips, a busy establishment might have some prepared on a busy night. Sadly, as I was probably only the 2nd customer to go in the probably the last half an hour, the donner is just a sweaty, leathery pile I won't be risking as I value my stomach lining. The service was quick, maybe 30 seconds from my change being thrown at me to receiving £5.50 worth of dog-dirt, but maybe we can agree sometimes thats too quick given the details... Now, literally every kebab shop I've been to, tends to offer the usual chilli or garlic sauce/mayo. None to be had or offered here, probably shaved 5 seconds off of his best time though... and most shops, at least offer salt and vinegar for the chips, again, just disappointment for me... I cant say I've ever been so offended by a situation like this that I've even gone as far to leave a 1 star review, never mind type an essay. But I will be reporting this to the Food Standards Agency. This strain on the NHS shouldn't be allowed to stay open.

Got to Marmaris. Food here is average but they also have no manners, would not give these guys a tip, Marmaris much better just wish you could have bigger portions from them.

I have given Chilli Grillz a 5 star review before but oh my tonight was not good, I would have forgiven the 1 hour 50minute wait if the food had been good but it really was not like we’ve had before, it was cold, chips were reheats the pizzas had a funny taste , the burgers were just less than average and a korma calzone was , well most of it went in the bin!!!! As the title says SO DISAPPOINTED!

Used this place since it opened used to love this pizza but there's a new guy with glasses who now ruins them. Maybe because he's drinking before work. Curries are still ok kebabs a kebab can't really go wrong warming up frozen meat.. Bit of a pain having to go here and kebabish for my pizza though

Thought the place looked clean and fresh but Sadly food was possibly one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had. Curry sauce was fine but chips were awful and the pakora came without any salad and was worst I’ve ever tasted. Not for me

Man needs some food - simple. Got myself a banging little special mix kebab , 2 sauces (chilli and garlic) and a can of pop. Less than a ten note. Cost me less than letting the wife go out for a walk in the park with my bank card. Winning! Scotland donner is different. Had it from Fort William way, oban, all the way down to hellensburgh. Its just not the same as home - but it is consistent, tasty and most likely has more white meat in it than brown. Back home (near Newcastle) it's a darker meat - but that's no drama. Still tasty. Veg is fine, in fact brilliant. Cabbage slightly pickled or flavoured but again, on pont. Chilli sauce is good but nothing epic, the garlic is tidy as anything though. Naan or whatever Bread it is, cooked in front of me - again, banging and spot on for mopping up and grabbing food with. Lads on the counter are spot on, banter, helpful and quick in retort and sorting your belly out. I would recommend above kebabish (down the road), but only you will make that choice. For me. A solid 8.5 put of 10. Hotter chilli and maybe a 9 or 9.5. Well worth a cheap shout for food.

Absolutely terrible was waiting on a pizza with my gran about to play chess and have a few Stellas it came 45 minutes later and I’ve never seen anything like it I wouldn’t feed thag to my dog! My gran had diarrhoea and was off work which was a busy day for the bin lorry drivers she was supposed to do the first run of rubbish!

At the beginning was ok, i thing because they need to atract customers...but now is bad,they changed the products wich are worst , they dont come at your had problems with delivery all the time even if i did order to same adress atleast 15 times but didnt exceed any expectation to get to your door ....and yes u still pay that delivery wow...good job guys and today happens as they need for a burger 1 hour+ and i was like no thanks anymore... ive been busy and guess what he calls me, i did call back after 10 mins just to see how is to wait ...the guy was like you still owe me money for delivery ...hah thats so funny

Don't really know what happend to this take away as when they first open they was the best in town now they miss orders the salad was brown stale chips and kebab literally swimming in chilli sauce where you can't eat it hopefully they will get it together and do something about it until they do I won't be going back and I used to eat there maybe twice 3 times a month sorry disappointed

Had a pepperoni, garlic, ham and chilli pizza. Very nice base and good amount of toppings and speedy service. Will be back.

I have had mainly pizza delivered from here and cannot fault it delivered hot food very tasty service professional we also have had other food ie curries, pakoraall very nice will remain a regular who highly recomends

After seeing the huge menu we were looking forward to getting our takeaway at the weekend. Placed order online just after opening time of 4pm. An hour round trip to pick it up and spent almost £50 only to get home and be missing various...

Been in few times when I've been in to take out food it's always been good Delivery arrived lukewarm driver told me it's only him working and not enough space in boot for to many meals So I'll return but no delivery again
