Waited an hour and a half for food on a Thursday night. Called twice and was lied to about the driver being on his way. Food arrived squashed.

The service top notch food excellent we had a mixed grill done to perfection. Mr Karwan is one of the best thank you 😊 Highly recommend this place.

After using this take away for the past 23 years through different owners. I will no longer be using again. After an hour of waiting I used app to see where my order was it came up on its way with the delivery drivers mobile number phoned the number no answer so phoned the shop asked where my food was just got a load of verbal and laughing in the back ground saying it was on its way. My order turned up an hour and half after ordering, luke warm with a load of excuses and no apology. Later got a phone call from the mobile number given from the delivery driver saying that he wasn't a delivery driver for chicco's. Tried the app several times last night to leave a review but just kept telling me my order was still on its way. Definitely not using again....

Have ordered a couple of times from here before and everything has been completely fine. This time the chicken was so tough, chips were cold and it took over 2 hours to get here after being told it would be with us in 45 minutes. Missed off multiple items from our order and staff refused to send them! Will not be ordering from here again.

The Pizzas from Chico’s are the best I’ve had always on point with their food if there’s a problem they are super quick to resolve it I love chicos best take away around

Took 2 hours to deliver, not happy as I had very hungry grandkids. Never even offered any freebies, barely got an apology.

1 star is too good..... Ordered at 11pm delivered about 12:30am 1 item sent was wrong and everything was luke warm and soggy, pizza went in the oven to warm and chicken wings well they were small pieces that went in the bin didn't even resemble wings so wasn't risking it.... Driver said apologies for the delay and seemed nice wish I'd checked the items before he left.... Never ordering from here again Pics are of wedges wet, cold, soggy and mushy and the chips all wet and clumped together.

Ordered 2 hours ago and no food after 1 hour, rang to ask how long she said half hour then said no it’s comin After I told her how long I’ve been waiting, was rude and wasn’t bothered . Waited 40 mins more still nothing so rang back up was told that it’s been delivered, I said no it hasn’t he then said oh u rang up before and asked for it to be delivered in edlington because u said there was a flood.. I said r u joking!!!???? And THEN proceeds to tell me my old address , when I never had a delivery from there before to old address.. sumat bloody dodgy goin on there!! So don’t know who rang them cuz it wasn’t my number he read out .. and to add insult to injury I got wait 5 days for refund 😩😡🤬

I normally don't write reviews for fast food shops. However this place stands out. It is clean, friendly service, very tasty food, super fast delivery service,fair prices and not at last its HALAL food so everyone can enjoy the full menu which is easy to read. Well I went as usual to get some food, but I just simply felt disgusted by a few individuals behaviour so I lost my appetite, no refund no food just insults. 😇 Not going anymore. Used to be better.

Usually lovely food.... wraps were burnt & like cardboard. Hard chicken & chips cold and like rubber! Disappointed. Offered to send us another but didn't fancy it by then.

Very good. Everything I've ordered is better than most other locals. Highlight would be their wraps. Strangly, lots of staff? Probably friends of the owners. There was about 10 people there last time I visited.

Food took 1:30 to be delivered. Kinda bland, chicken was dry. Burger was just bread and meat, without anything else, no butter, salad, sauce etc. No sauce on anything, really basic food and everything was super plain. Phoned to ask where the food was after an hour and they just said they are doing it now. Wouldn't order from them again.

Rubbish service. delivery took 1hour 45minutes to deliver. Customer service is a joke and the food wasn't coocked properly and freezing. Definitely won't be coming back!

This 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 to be one of my favourite takeaways when it was The sicilian. Sadly it must have changed hands and the overall quality is nowhere near as good. If you were hoping it was just the name which has changed and you was going to order anyway then I probably wouldn't to save yourself the disappointment. The food is just borderline average at best and if compared to the old takeaway or others then its rather bad. Tdlr, 3.5 / 10 at best.

I ordered chicken char grilled, a few hours later iv gotten food poisoning iv been throwing up and suffering with diarrhea all night. All for abit of chicken i will never order from this place again. Use at your own risk to each their own this was just my experiance.

Seriously 😮 I ordered an burger, Americana burger and it was goergeos and sooooo BIG!!! DELICIOUS!! We could have eat it like 2 persons 😋 and a siciliana pizza with stuffed crust also BIG Like and the order was delivered like in 20 min. Thank you very much

First and last. Food late cold and ordered double salami on pizza they were joking. Laugh at our expense.

Asked for a 12" half and half the girl on the phone said to me 'are you on about a pizza. I asked for stuffed crust. Got the food 1 hour later and didn't get stuff crust and asked for toppings on one side of the pizza and it was on it all.

I live in Edlo but order my kebabs from here all the time thru just eat. They taste great and I've never had a bad experience like I have with other takeaways. Even the salad is fresh and not just that chopped up mixture that normal takeaways do, full crisp lettuce leaves. Food always arrives either early or on time and drivers always seem kind. I highly recommend.

Order a chicken burger and got a cheese burger. With salad but where was the salad? Half a slice of tom. Half a lettuce leaf and 5 bits of onion. Chips not even salted. Also had a calzone which should of been barbecue chicken, ham, cheese and tomato base first thing it wasn't barbecue chicken, it was plain grilled chicken, the ham can't really say anything about it & cheese, it was loaded with cheese to the point that i had fat/oil spread out but seriously where was the tomato base of my calzone??

everything is delicious apart from the burgers, had a few times and something doesn't taste quite right, also had gristle in one, I'd come back if they changed them, but I love burgers. all in all beautiful pizzas and kebabs good customer service, just a shame about the burgers guys!!

It's my father's business and he is a good cook and he will delivery your tastes. He is already on time and has good conditions for foodwise and being clean.
