Ordered from Uber eats had to cancel order as yet again late well over 1hour 30mins, it’s rediculous, never will I order again.

The food was an hour late, at first they said I put a 10 min delay which I never did, didn’t tell me it was due to be late until 10 mins after it was late and then when I called that’s what I was told “20 mins because were busy” and half an hour it turned up with a pitta bread I could use to build a house with cause it was a brick.

this is the second time food has been an hour over the delivery time

Never arrived ordered at 12.30 rung them at 1.30 they said 10 mins and it’s now 2.30 scammers

Was over half hour late pepperoni pizza had pineapple on it. I wouldn’t even feed the burger to my dog chips was also vile. Also black peice of plastic in the chips

scammers called them after 1 hour 30 of waiting they said 10 mins and now they are well closed

Ordered a tuna and sweetcorn pizza as having a craving for it, get delivered a bacon and sweetcorn pizza, I can’t eat pork products so just wasted my time. Called the restaurant for them to say that bacon is fish, and that they’ve asked just eat to remove tuna from their order list.

last time I ordered they sent the wrong pizza then said I would get one free next time I ordered but they charged me full when I ordered.

The absoloute attitude from this rude horrible woman saying I should have answered the door and that they left the pizza outside on the floor even tho I’m downstairs with the door open and didn’t knock once, the attitude from her was absolutely horrendous

put the location on the delivery notes and on the address but still tried to deliver it 1 mile down the road by the time it arrived it was lukewarm at best, but after reheating it a bit it was great

This is probably the most rudest fast food restaurant I’ve ever had an encounter with. Everyone is either the boss when you ask to speak to someone or the boss is never there to handle complaints, the ignorance of the staff towards customers who spend a lot of money with this restaurant is shocking. Food was late, that's even after they changed our delivery time. They then marked it as delivered even when we didn't have our food. Rang the restaurant to be told it be with you in 5 minutes. 20 MINUTES LATER! Food turns up. Boxes crumpled up as though it had been thrown around. Food was Luke warm and uneatable after 5 minutes. Not happy with this at all.

I wasn't prepared to open the door, the pizza I ordered was freezing cold, my chips were undercooked and just tasted like potato, and my kebab I ordered for my boyfriend was chicken when I ordered him lamb, he hates chicken and couldn't eat it so it was a waste of money, honestly never buying here again.

Although delivery arrived on time , the quality of the food was really poor. The pizza and garlic bread were as thin as my kitchen roll and short of products , you barely feel the taste of what you ordered. Chips were not cooked well and the doner meat was not fresh , also missing the sauce and the salad . Not satisfied at all

Wrong toppings on pizza and soggy chips.

I had a prolonged wait for my order, and upon its arrival, I was disappointed to find a full portion of chips instead of the chicken kebab I had ordered. The absence of the included sauce further added to the letdown. If the restaurant lacks sufficient chicken kebab for orders, they shouldn't accept them.Really disappointed.

Very rude, delivery driver absolutely clueless & rude, says on just eat buy 1 get 1 free on pizza, they only sent 1, rang the takeaway up & had a rude guy on other end of the phone, food quality is rubbish, chips tasted reheated & like cardboard, chicken very dry. Won't be ordering again
