My order was not delivered and despite me calling them three times it still didn't turn up. They kept saying it was on its way but nothing arrived.

When I got over £25 the garlic bread on my order was meant to be free because of the coupon on the app for this restaurant but I ended up paying for it even though it was meant to be for free

Poor food quality had to re heat the curly fries in air fryer as they were inedible, pizza cold which turned out not very tasty, all in all very bad experience for first time ordering

The food was not ready on time. The pick up was at a stipulated time and the food was not there when I arrived to collect.

Didn’t label and had allergy so didn’t know which was which called shop who confirmed would send them out, after an hour waiting called to be told drivers have gone home now

Was not happy ordered 2 piece chicken and chips. They rang me to say they have no chicken, so I asked for a chicken wrap with lettuce cucumber and mayo . Had to pay £3 extra!! Got no lettuce no cucumber. Chicken wasn’t breaded. and NO chips!! I ordered chicken and chips because I wanted the chips, had to pay EXTRA because they didn’t have ANY chicken, to then not send me chips either ! Never again.

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, I’d give it nothing if I could. I ordered at 10:54 a 10” pepperoni pizza and large chips. I received this order at half past 11. However it was incorrect the order and they sent me a garlic bread instead. I rang the shop to say I wanted a pizza sending and he hung up on me. I rang again and he said he was going to get the manager to call me back - I never received a call back. So my boyfriend then rang and the man got us to send screenshots of the order and the confirmation and a photo of the garlic bread. He said he was going to get one sent. It’s been an hour now waiting for this pizza I ordered 2 hours ago. I rang him just now and he said he’ll send it now an hour after he said that the first time. He said delivery is really busy but I originally ordered 2 hours ago and still haven’t received the correct order I paid for. I’ve waited up long enough for this pizza and have work early in the morning. Will 100% not be ordering from here again and we are regulars.

Don’t order from here , we’ve been waiting 1hour and 45 mins , rang the takeaway and they said driver is out side , that was 10 minutes ago now every time we ring the takeaway we get no answer

Hate leaving a bad review But i am sorry to say both pizzas were to well done so had gone hard wasnt much taste to them Chips were not good soggy cold Sorry to say but very disappointing Got a £6 voucher back from just eat Wont be ordering again

Hot, delicious, but please tell your driver my dogs won’t harm them. Basically throwing pizza at me, they want the pizza not their arm lol.

The pizza was cold and rock hard and the sweetcorn I had on the pizza felt like the sweetcorn in a pot noodle BEFORE THE WATER IS PUT INTO IT .

The quality of the food was as bad as the taste. 2 times I have ordered from this place and both times the delivery drivers haven’t had the correct change (I’m now owed £4) the garlic bread was 2” too short but I still got charged full price and was still given the wrong change. No one order from this place!!!

Absolutely amazing food and amazing owner! Thrilled with the service and politeness. Also appreciate how the driver walked me back to my home to ensure I didn't drop my food as well as calling to say he was outside beforehand. Overall, highly recommend for a late night binge!

We’ve ordered from here many times before and the quality has always been very good, as my previous feedback has stated. However, on this occasion the lateness of the delivery impacted the quality of the food as it was barely warm when it arrived. The delivery time stated 18:15-18:35 and it arrived a minute or so before 19:00. I understand sometimes things happen but I had to chase up the delivery, and at the end of the day I’ve saved up for this meal for the family so it is disappointing.

i ordered a chicken kebab meal the chips came cold the chicken in the kebab was either burnt or undercooked i rang up to complain got told i would get a free kebab meal the next time i ordered then they hung up i rang back to confirm i got told i would get a call back never received rang up today (next day) to order and they said i can only have a free drink for the food being awful

Well to start off I got the wrong drinks and missing a bottle of coke then I called up and all thay wanted to do is put the phone down on me and then by the time I got threw to them my good was stone cold and it was semi warm anyway so I couldn't eat will not be getting from them again

asked for seperate sauce it came on everything, said delivered half an hour before it arrived was told I was given something free to apologise for it been late but wen it finaly arrived there was nothing other than wat I ordered and the Donner meat could have done with a couple more minutes cooking time

Inthought I will recive a fries but I didn't I'm unhappy With my order I will never order from this shop again
