Delivery driver didn’t even get out of the car

The pizza didn’t even come cut

My pizza was cold the same with the cheesy chips

My pizza came smashed up in the box all at 1 side & the ships were stone cold

burnt pizza and donner meat was hard.

There was no kids meal only pizza and milkshake but only just left a review because I was at a party and completely forgot

Oh wow first time this type of taste i eat garlic bread 100/100

food was cold and bland. delivery driver knocked once and quickly tried to walk off with the food didn't give chance to get to the door and wasn't very friendly. won't bother with this place again.

Waited 2 hours for my order, it was only chips and a chips wrap. Took 2 hours, called up they didn’t seem to care. Just got my food and my wrap was cold and the chips was soggy. Ridiculously disappointed

the app says my food has been delivered but I haven't received it

The pizza was great and not worth the money spent. Very disappointed and was expecting a lot better, over cooked and not tasty at all

Munchez’s a very good restaurant in Doncaster, fundamentally. Love the food. Mr Malik the delivery man from the Munchez Restaurant was rather nice and polite. Munchez is one of my favourite restaurants in Doncaster City. Highly recommended.

The food was nice but it was cold. Id try it again as it may be just a blip

Very unhappy and would expect a refund, My order was over 30 minutes late, it said the food got delivered 20 minutes before it did, the food was all cold so I have wasted over £35 , I’m very disappointed and would like and expect a refund from this order.

Won't be ordering again, food wasn't great and forgot 2 lots of chips meaning my 4 year old was missing half his meal. I rang up to sort it and after agreeing they would send them out so my son could eat, they put the phone down before I had chance to ask how long it would be. delivery driver put food onto the floor outside my house because he was scared of my dogs (who were locked away in the living room and he had been told multiple times the first time he delivered the food.)

My order was not delivered and despite me calling them three times it still didn't turn up. They kept saying it was on its way but nothing arrived.

When I got over £25 the garlic bread on my order was meant to be free because of the coupon on the app for this restaurant but I ended up paying for it even though it was meant to be for free

Poor food quality had to re heat the curly fries in air fryer as they were inedible, pizza cold which turned out not very tasty, all in all very bad experience for first time ordering

The food was not ready on time. The pick up was at a stipulated time and the food was not there when I arrived to collect.

Didn’t label and had allergy so didn’t know which was which called shop who confirmed would send them out, after an hour waiting called to be told drivers have gone home now

Was not happy ordered 2 piece chicken and chips. They rang me to say they have no chicken, so I asked for a chicken wrap with lettuce cucumber and mayo . Had to pay £3 extra!! Got no lettuce no cucumber. Chicken wasn’t breaded. and NO chips!! I ordered chicken and chips because I wanted the chips, had to pay EXTRA because they didn’t have ANY chicken, to then not send me chips either ! Never again.

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, I’d give it nothing if I could. I ordered at 10:54 a 10” pepperoni pizza and large chips. I received this order at half past 11. However it was incorrect the order and they sent me a garlic bread instead. I rang the shop to say I wanted a pizza sending and he hung up on me. I rang again and he said he was going to get the manager to call me back - I never received a call back. So my boyfriend then rang and the man got us to send screenshots of the order and the confirmation and a photo of the garlic bread. He said he was going to get one sent. It’s been an hour now waiting for this pizza I ordered 2 hours ago. I rang him just now and he said he’ll send it now an hour after he said that the first time. He said delivery is really busy but I originally ordered 2 hours ago and still haven’t received the correct order I paid for. I’ve waited up long enough for this pizza and have work early in the morning. Will 100% not be ordering from here again and we are regulars.

Don’t order from here , we’ve been waiting 1hour and 45 mins , rang the takeaway and they said driver is out side , that was 10 minutes ago now every time we ring the takeaway we get no answer

Hot, delicious, but please tell your driver my dogs won’t harm them. Basically throwing pizza at me, they want the pizza not their arm lol.

The pizza was cold and rock hard and the sweetcorn I had on the pizza felt like the sweetcorn in a pot noodle BEFORE THE WATER IS PUT INTO IT .

The quality of the food was as bad as the taste. 2 times I have ordered from this place and both times the delivery drivers haven’t had the correct change (I’m now owed £4) the garlic bread was 2” too short but I still got charged full price and was still given the wrong change. No one order from this place!!!
