This place has been taken over by someonelse just recently and the person who is the owner name mo or mohammed is the rudest person ever!!! Hes not running a business just taking peoples money we ordered last week i ordered kofta in pitta and the kofta was not even cooked properly with half the salad missing so had to go back n get it changed and he said ur next order will be on the house now this week my order was grilled chicken burger with no sauce but came with sauce and donner in nan with salad it had no salad just dry donner n nan and grilled chickens strips for my toddler with chips both grilled chicken and chips were cold and hard because they used pre cooked chicken n jsut warmed it on the grill for 2 mins and was not edible…today i decided to give the shop a call and complain to the owner he said im sorry i have new workers n i gave u food on the house out of my kindness. That was not out of ur kindness its because u and ur worker messed up my order last week so u decided to give it on the house. And he then put the phone down not even listening to what i had to say and i rang him back again and hes like i got customers here n its busy i cant waste my time listening to u. How are u gna run this shop if u cnt take customer complaints he also said i should have bought all the food in today… so he wanted me to bring last nights food the next day LOL! Come on dont be silly mate…Wont ever be giving my money to this place n its going to close down quick previous owner was better and much nicer. So please dont waste ur time. Seems like they have put speed over quality.

First time that I have ordered from this place AND I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. Only half of my order turned up. Waste of time ringing the shop, apparently this happens all of the time bit seemingly, couldn't care less!! I've now got 2 kids waiting for food that is never going to arrive and I've got to wait 7 days FOR A REFUND. The guy at the shop was rude and unhelpful. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Quantity is an absolute joke, initially used to give back in quantity on what you paid for. I understand cost of living but raise prices instead of sending a large plastic box only quarter full. Would be happy to pay the difference. Never using this place again

Google says it stays open till 11PM, but walked in at 10.30PM and the staff said they stopped service. This happened twice. Please update your timings on Google.

I walked in for the first time after I was recommended by a friend!!!! Lunch time offer BANG ‼️ Only spent £7 and I was done with 2 meals!!! Suddenly noticed that they did a lemon fried chicken and the boss man gave me piece to taste on the house, that’s something I never tasted in the whole of Watford (unique) product… Definitely coming back for them 🍗🍗🍗🍗 Keep the hard work up…

I would give minus 10 stars if I could. They give us wrong food and drinks, and missing items. Instead of rectifying their mistakes they try getting us to order and pay again. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from here.

I got the shredded chicken and it was delicious. The chicken was well cooked and tasted good quality. The sauces were flavoursome and beautiful. The chips were crispy on the outside as soft on the inside. And great customer service.

I have never had such poor service in my life. I rang the restaurant and they answered promptly, they asked if they could place me on hold which I agreed. They then forgot that I was left on hold for 10mins which is when I hung up. I then proceeded to call them for the next 25mins which they never answered due to them leaving me on hold. When I went to the store and told the guy at the front he didn't apologize or anything and just made an excuse saying the phone lines went down. Tbh the food is usually good but on this occasion I found the portion size to be on the smaller scale. I may go back for a pizza but that's about it.

The staff is very friendly. The establishment is authentically clean and tidy. I have ordered an Margarita pizza, the taste to describe it, is absolutely scrumptious, it came with a freshly made chilly sauce, it was like it was made for each other the sauces complemented the pizza. The lights inside the establishment bring the atmosphere with a calming and welcoming place ‘makes you want to stay and eat inside’. I also would recommend you the reader that also come to try and eat at Chico’s Parmi n Shakes. I rate this restaurant as 5 stars as indeed it has one of the best base pizzas and the cheese melts in your mouth with so much scrumptiousness! I have eaten a lot of pizzas but not as good as this one.

I called to make an order 40 minutes before closing and they were very rude. Most items not on menu only chicken and chips. When I called to make the order they answered and kept cutting phone off. This happened at least 5 times so I know it wasn’t an accident Poor customer service.

If i could give - stars I would, sent me out a raw chicken burger which was half eaten when we realised

Had their firecracker burger Probably the best chicken fillet burger i’ve had from anywhere. it was cooked to perfection and re flavour was awesome. i’ve been a few places and thought burgers could not get any better, but this just set the next bar. can’t wait to re order again

The food is really nice and bit expensive but the customer service needs work. The servers seem to ignore you for 5-10 mins before taking your order and prioritise Uber eats (I think that’s normal for 2023 now) I would return again if serving and processing time was quicker, waiting 25 mins is a bit much just for a burger.

Last night I have ordered butch special pizza and lemon fried chicken one of best food I have eaten in Watford. The ambience of the takeaway was also good.

I ordered some food called parmasan , it was so bad and just weird tasted so horrible and never tasted any food like this in my life, The chicken, chips and and coleslaw in one pizza box and guess what, coleslaw not even in separate container, just Through in the same pizza box just like that, looks so disgusting, top of that called the restaurant and they said get refunded on just and hang up on me, will never order from here and I strongly recommend you to jot order from here

I heard about this fast food joint over the internet so I thought I’d check it out. The lemon fried chicken for me was the finger lickin dish and to top it up the milkshake didn’t disappoint me either. Reasonable priced and the service was top!

The settings are decent for this side of town I guess. If you know what I mean. Parking terrible but my own fault for coming on a match day. Fried Chicken was dry. The pizza was okay My issue was the donor meat. Thought it might be different to your usual PFC. You get what you pay for I guess.

My work colleague told me about this place so i decided to try it after a town visit. We chose to dine in, we walked in the service was very polite decor was snazzy and modern, me and my son ordered the parmesan chicken with bolognaise on top it was so yummy. The butch special pizza is a must try too my son demolished it with a oreo shake. We are in Love with this place left very satisfied cannot wait to visit again, please get on the food apps management as we live In south oxhey its quite far to travel. Tracey & jake

My husband and I ventured out into Watford in search of some tasty chicken last night. Upon entering Chicos, we immediately noted the cleanliness of the shop which encouraged us to dine in. We opted for the doner, lemon fried chicken and chips in order to sample some of the popular items on the menu. The food was prepared in good time and presented in decent sized black takeaway boxes which meant the sauces didn't dribble out onto the table. The lemon fried chicken had a crispy texture and the chicken itself was very soft. The doner, ( we opted for the non spicy option), was of good quality- we were very impressed. Accompanying both meals were two pots of delicious sauces, which complimented the generous portion of crispy chips. Both meals cost us about £10 and we were both very satisfied with the entire experience. The only down side is that they do not deliver to us in King's Langley, or we'd be ordering all of the time! Looking forward to our next food trip to Chicos already! Shak and Rizwana

Family friendly place! Nine of my family went to dine in including kids. Beautiful decor, tasty food, good customer service and great atmosphere. Kids absolutely loved this place and the milkshakes are better than Kaspa’s! We had a variety of items from the menu and the food was consistent. Definitely Watford's new go to place.

Literally the best chicken joint in Watford! It's the second time we've ordered from Chicos and the food was really good. I don't think I've had chicken as good as this from any other place in Watford!

Possibly the best doner meat south of Watford Gap. Will be going back for sure. Staff and service was 10/10 also.

Honestly I use to go to luton lemon crispy at least twice a week. Since Chico’s have opened in watford I haven’t been once. The food is amazing along with the chilli sauce. I would highly recommend Chico’s watford it’s the best food in town

Hallelujah Watford!! Finally a place I can invite my friends from out of town for some decent scran in my town! We asked for 7 x shredded lemon chicken and chips...YUM! My mates couldn't stop raving about the food! Tried the shakes and pistachio milk cake...wow! Well done chicos, you are a great addition to whippy road! If you stay consistent with food quality I will definitely become a regular, I'm actually craving one now. Pls chicos get on the food delivery apps ASAP can't wait ;-)

I bought food worth more of 60 pounds the burgers tasted really salty and lemon. My children didn't eat the burgers the food has all gone to waste and ur milkshakes taste so sugary and watery . U can get best milkshakes at chai Junction

Waited for an hour and ended up with a burned Chicken park ( no Parmesan anywhere just cheddar) and 2 burned half a pounder burgers. I don’t know where it’s was their first day and got slammed but will not be going back for awhile.
