by far the best chicken and chips I've ever tasted..cooked beautifully..arrived hot and the driver very friendly..the garlic dip is amazing.. reasonable price as well...👍

I love KFC but I'm reluctant to use JuSt Eat to order as it comes cold/late/not what I ordered. Chick'n Lick'n wasn't only on time it was next level. The burger was so much nicer than KFC. The portions are bigger and the gravy is so much nicer. Definitely my Go To for Chicken from now on. 5 stars all the way!

normally, with my order, it always comes with two sauces, but now it is not. I hope the next time I order, there will be the sauces too

I ordered a chicken fillet burger. I clicked "go large" and paid an extra £1.50, but I’m not sure what for because it was a normal sized burger. The seasoning was overly salty and I think it should have come with a free 2 litre bottle of water for that alone! Didn’t taste anything else through the salt if I’m honest. The large beef burger was very dry and the onion rings weren’t great. We did like the coleslaw! Don’t think we’ll be ordering again. On the plus side, the delivery time was good!

Food was delivered ahead of time and was warm. Delivery driver was polite and friendly. Using online ordering was surprisingly easy. Honestly..Id order again without hesitation.

Driver refused to come to door of the hospital as requested, requiring me to walk over a kilometre to get to them. The whole time they shouted down the phone at me telling me that they couldn't read English and it was my fault that they couldn't find the hospital (it is literally the one of the biggest buildings in Belfast) and he just parked down the road from it instead.

You can’t select what you want on your burger or wrap so it turns up how they decide. Not ideal that my 5 year old got loads of stuff on his kids chicken burger he couldn’t eat as he didn’t like. Chips were not great. For a peri peri place I’m not sure why there is not a seasoning for the chips. Would have made a difference. Didn’t help they were a little cold. They forgot my chicken gravy, chips wouldn’t have been so bad if they had remembered to send the gravy. My Spicy chicken burger didn’t have any spice at all. Very plain and hardly any sauce or salad (like I said above, no options to pick what you want on it) The take away or just eat need to sort the options so you can actually pick what salad/sauce you want as this can easily ruin you meal

Delicious as always & the driver was very friendly. 1 thing I would like to mention. We always buy the same meal (chickn lickn special) the description says it should include a 1.5L drink but we always get 1L. I guess the description is an incorrect. Please edit it because bigger families would order & be disappointed when they get less instead of the expected 1.5L

Chips were ice cold and had to be thrown out . Everything else was Luke warm and had to be microwaved . I could have walked to the place twice in the time it took to be delivered

Had ordered the Family mix which mentions 4 pieces of chicken, 2 strip burgers, 2 fries and large chicken gravy but the restaurant did not sent the large gravy mentioning there is mistake with the menu on Just Eats. The fried chicken was too dry and tasteless the fries too the burger was also disappointing.

Only thing was they forgot 2 put mayo on my wrap

Very good service, the driver was excellent. A good big portion as usual. I usually sit in and enjoy the food but got the delivery for the first time. I took two stars off because the chicken was not warm enough from inside. Overall I enjoyed the meal.

Food was freezing by the time it got to us

Was disappointed in the food, when it arrived it was cold, i wouldn't be worried if it wasnt piping hot but this was too cold

It's been so long that it is showing driver own its way and it was supposed to be delivered at 12 but not yet received my food ,,if the food is cold and even if it is taking so much time to get delivered ,I want my refund back .

I order for like an hour ago, and we wait until it says your order confirmed. So an hour before our order confirmed. We wait for the food because it says on its way. Then later on.. we see the message says “enjoy your food” so we were like theres no food. Or unless they drop it to the wrong door. And we wait for like 35-40 ish minutes and I ask my partner to cancel it or contact the restaurant. And the food came in its kinda ok but the food bit warm like room temp. But food is fine. Its just the delivery system in this app all of us confuse. Cuz it says delivered or enjoy the food but it wasnt here tho. Thats all Thank you

Driver made a mistake giving the wrong delivery. But the owner was very gentle and apologetic. Even upon insisting didnt take the wrong delivery back and sent the correct order shortly. Very professional along with tasty food.

Way over priced and the 4,50 delivery charge is a joke when i had to wait over an hour and the driver banged on the door late at night despite bring requested to CALL when outside so not to wake people..! Chicken n rice was nothing to write home about.. I miss South London fried chicken!!

I got a whole Peri Peri Chicken (+ Lemon & Herb), on the side i ordered 2 corn on the cob and rice. The food arriver quickly and it was piping hot. The driver was very friendly too. The reason i had ordered 2 corn on the cob was because i thought it would be just a small piece like you get in other places. But first thing i saw was that they were actually both whole corn on the cob. The chicken was massive & had bee quartered and then food was absolutely delicious. The rice portion could maybe have been bigger as it costs £3, but other than that I was very happy with my order. I actually j7st ordered again a few minutes ag. =)

For quality was very poor. The fried chicken smelr of old oil. Feels like they have not changed there oil for a while and it literally had no taste. The burger was suppose to taste like lemon and Herb but it again had no taste. There was no salt in any food. Completely taste less. I am glad i am only visiting Belfast will never order food again from here. Dissapointed

The 'family mix' was advertised to come with gravy and I bought an extra tub, however only one tub arrived. When I called them to ask they claimed that the family mix does not come with gravy. The food arrived 45 minutes late with no apology from the restaurant.

Chicken wings were dry and burnt with very very little sauce. Service was very slow and had to ask for part of my order to be put in. No excuse as shop was empty. Most of the order was put in the bin. Really disappointed as this place was lovely for past orders.

i ordered food at 10:10 and it's still not here, the restraunt has also been now closed and i cannot call up. i've never had an issue with them until now, i'm horribly disappointed and upset with the customer service and delivery times.

I ordered at chicken lickn for a delivery at 21:50. Phoneed several times and i was assured that the food is nearby. Phoned again and they said the driver got an accident and they will find another driver. The staff provided different reason. I phoned again and the staff are not sure what time they will deliver. It took me more than an hour of run around. Until i phoned again and told the them to just cancel the order. After 15mins the order arrived. But it took more than a hours of wait and i already cancelled it and ordered my food in other restaurant. I am demanding a full refund for this order as soon as possible. As i already wasted my time and i have told them to just cancel it. Plus i already ordered a new food.
