Chicken Shack in Newport

very poor ordered a boneless peri peri chicken meal with chips salad and drink,no chips rang the shop they said send next time disgusting service will not be ordering again payed 11 pound for salad and 4 pieces of chicken

Excellent food. one of the best in the Newport and never dissapoints.If you are looking for a place to buy a burger meal this place is the one.The hot wings are always the best.The food is always warm.

Food was absolutely delicious, will defo be ordering again! Also the staff at the front are very friendly and helpful definitely recommend!!

This was our first ever time using the chicken shack, we ordered the Whole Peri Peri Family Combo, and what a disappointment! the chicken was mediocre and the chips were cold and stale, they were that stale that we couldn't even put a fork in them, I think they were cooked the previous week? Phoned up to tell them of my disappointment and was offered a 10% discount on my next order.... To be honest, I don't think there's going to be a next time. Do they really think that a first time customer is going to go back and give them another chance? No Way Jose. Will stick to using p#ril!cious in future

The food tasted lovely but it wasn’t correct we made sure we ordered boneless chicken and when it came we had two lots of chicken on the bone which I don’t like, I didn’t want to ring and be waiting another hour for the right order. Shame really as it did taste nice

Food here is one of the best in Newort. Probably the best. Chicken is nice and tender. Service is very quick too and nice decor inside.
