I want to give a big shout out to Yaswa and Faz for their exceptional service! They are always super friendly and make the experience so pleasant. The food is always hygienic and fresh, with the perfect balance of flavors. I’m consistently impressed with the quality, and the cleanliness is top notch. Definitely recommend Chicken & Pizza Lounge for anyone looking for great food and amazing service!

I received delivery from here ,the food is vile I got it this evening and ordered 1/4 pounder which the and bun is fine ,but the ketchup they serve you is watered down and pink ,moving on to the pizza minimum sauce and the cheese and topping where literally folding away from the dough!!! I ordered the “jalapeño poppers” the cheese in them was sour and smelt like piss me and my partner both tried one and literally were gaging from the foul stench and taste ,not to mention the delivery driver basically told me “your okay with the change “ not here’s your change ,like why am I having to barter with my change and for that r back ;as a NOTICE send the delivery driver with correct credentials EG; knowing the correct change they owe instead of bartering and haggling you at your DOOOR

Went here when it opened, got the smallest slither of chicken burger that was cold and dry. The wings had fatty skins around them and was told they were hot wings, they were not spicy at all.

Terrible quality fried chicken. Probably the worst takeaway I've had in Letchworth. We were all sick after eating it. Probably reheated a number of times. Avoid if you value your health!

Ordered a quarter pounder and chicken burger. The chicken burger was absolutely delicious and juicy.

Order took a long time to arrive, when it did order not correct ordered a plain cheese burger due to intolerances and came with all relishes etc. called but no answer very dissatisfied 😫

Got the Hot n Spicy Pizza with BBQ wings and it was amaaaaazing. Delicious, crunchy and filling for a day out. Got dessert and milkshakes too - absolutely the best ones. Will come again for a fact xxx

I have visited this shop a few times now, with sometimes dining in and take-away on other days but everytime i go is an amazing experience. Firstly, the workers are really friendly, kind and notified me when my food was going to be ready. Me and my family absolutely love this dine in / take-away and it is a go-to area for our food. The chicken wings are absolutely amazing. They are perfect and crispy and delicious. I also ordered the barbecue wings which were delicious and tasty. The pizza's are possibly the best in letchworth! They have the perfect amount of everything, cheese, paste and it is tasty! The hot and spicy is our favourite! I also ordered the mozzarella sticks and onion rings and it was amazing! I also got a secoond box because my children loved them! I got my children the kids meal with a cheeseburger, fries and a drink and it is probably something my children love. For desert, i ordered milkshakes and they are really affordable!! I DEFINITELY recommend to eat at chicken and pizza lounge if you are looking for a tasty place to done in or take-away! I also added some photos i took at the shop when i last came.

Rubbish chicken,not fried,more like boiled... won't give it even to the dogs... Don't order from here,waste of money

Both a woman and a man found it difficult to understand my requirements for my pizza. This was the first time we've used them and probably the last. I ordered a peace of chicken to try it which when home was it self good meat but a little to oily and the southern fried taste wasn't really as it should have been . The pizza looked good for presentation but something wasn't right about it. We're in our late 50's and know good from bad . The pizza was just warm on getting home which has never happened and we think the topping may have been put on previously cooked cheese tomatoe pizza . Maybe the oven temperature wasn't right. Again it wasn't disgusting but not as it should have been, so doubt we'll use them again. 🤔👎.

I've been getting from these guys a lot but the past 2 times they didn't deliver things that I literally paid for so I will never get again. Avoid.

I don't even want to leave a star but it's the only way . I asked for chicken that was hit, seeing I ordered a pizza two weeks ago that turned up atone cold. The girl i the phone actually said "If You want hot food order elsewhere ". I am still waiting for my so called one and a half hours later and there has been no delivery and this is on a Thursday Night. Absolutely disgusting customer service and NOT ordering again - never ever! I actually worked here before the current guys took over and this is embarrassing!

Driver forgot some of the order and then when we tried to contact the restaurant they kept putting the phone down whilst speaking

Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. This review is slightly late but ordered a large pizza for delivery - I’ve had better frozen pizzas. Waste of £20. Won’t be ordering from this place ever again.

Absolute joke of a business guy on the phone couldnt understand that I have 2 of the same letter in my postcode I will NOT be using this business Tried to tell us what was on the menu wasn’t when we had the menu in front of us!!

Changed owners and absolutely brilliant service and food, order family deal yesterday but chicken wasn't ready so Mo offered delivery, he also offered free shakes to my daughters, forgot them in delivery but today he knocked on the door apologised for forgetting and gave them the shakes, absolutely outstanding service, better chicken than kfc

Awful. The chips were cold and hard, the pizza tasteless but the wings were OK. Most of it went in the bin.

If you fancy trying a chicken burger cooked 'blue/rare'... this is the place to go! I've also tried the beef burgers - at best they remind me of school, not even upto fairground catering van standards! I will not be going back - many other places to try in the area.

Horrible service, said 15 min but got my chicken 31 minute from payment. The one star is minimum I can give. Not to mention they overcharged £2.40 and after pointing it out they refunded me cash £2? (I paid by card) LITERALLY WORST PLACE I’VE BEEN TO IN YEARS!

Unfortunately if you want to stay open you will have to improve dramatically. The order was delivered early but the chips in each of the 3 meals were undercooked and 2 pieces of chicken were also undercooked as seen in the image provided. A refund a has been requested via just eat.

Best fried chicken in Letchworth can definitely recommend it!

First time bought chicken n chips. Good, fast & friendly service. Fried Chickens are really mouth watering. Perfectly fried chips too. Just ask for deeping if you want or you might miss it. I would love to taste their chicken fry again.

Dude upsold us to a family meal (small pizza, 6 piece, fries n 2 drinks) for £14.50 but would've been cheaper to buy everything separately (only noticed at the end). Pizza was standard takeaway style, chicken was seasoned well but a little greasy so the batter slipped off the meat. Fries were okay, but in same box as chicken so we definetly got less than a standard size. Overall, good service but felt a bit ripped off we paid more for the same meal that would've been cheaper buying separately

The food was good here and the staff very friendly, I spoke to them the whole time I was waiting for my food about running a takeaway.
