The strip burger was dry the wings were alright and the drink was ok. 4/5

I don't wanna be harsh but I have had food from here 3 times The first time was fine quick service and tasty food Second time they overcharged . Third time I ordered cheeseburger and friesx2 I checked and it was 2 big box of fries not burgers And apparently I said cheesy fries But they did remake it and let me have the cheesy chips as well but it just seems the man who is working on front gets orders mixed up alot as others was coming in store complaing

Ordered via Uber eats so was not expecting much but wow. I started off with the fillet burger with Algerian sauce and mayo. That has to be one of the greatest burgers I’ve ever had, even amounts of chicken sauce and bun and delicious with every bite. I moved onto the wings soon after, unfortunately as I had the burger without going for other portions I could not reach the wings before they had oxided, however, despite the lack of crispiness the wings remained full and juicy, with the breading holding its flavours with a nice kick. And fortunately although I ordered via Uber eats boss allowed me a free wing . The chips had unfortunately bared the weather and were cold and frail, requiring a bit of salt and pepper but despite that they were decent. Alas, I am more of a fat chip fan so can not rate them to highly. This has to be one of the greatest bites from a chicken shop, even though it was delivery.

Honestly one of the most engaging interactions I’ve had , we wasn’t too sure on what we wanted and we wasn’t too sure on what chicken so she gave us a free wing to try it out and even threw in free wings on top when we ordered them also the food was really good small shops like this deserve more appreciation food didn’t take too long and tasted really good , also I like how we was given a discount card for next time places like this really bring me happiness the food was soooooo good bro , the wings omg literally so good and just good service 11/10 will be coming back ! Gave me a very sore stomach and made me projectile vomit but apart from that the chicken was crispy. Couldn’t complain too much.

Viv was amazing, she was very friendly and patient with us choosing what we wanted. The food is affordable as well.

Same generic chicken can be very soggy and as with all fast food its hit and miss but if your drunk like most that go there you'll eat anything

Had the best time today at Chickin Lickin in NG1. Their food was amazing from the wings, to the strips, to the burger. I loved it all. 10/10 customer service from the staff. They also have new Crush American Style Beverages are incredible. Will defo be back!

I love their chips, best chips I have ever had, but chicken is a bit salty.

Its right beside my bus stop, so sometimes I do get chicken & chips. But (again) my stomach has not been well afterwards. Obviously, i cant prove this food was responsible, but that has happened a couple of times now. I wont take the risk again.

Love the food and the staff, they are renovating right now so when that's done I'll re evaluate the atmosphere. The only item I really dislike is the chicken pieces, the on the bone stuff. Strips, wings and fillets are great here but the peices are always too dry.

Saw them refry fries instead of cooking fresh so asked for fresh ones. The chicken was very dry and was very expensive for what you got. Also did not cook the chicken fresh

Absolutely shockingly disgusting will never be ordering from here again. 6he chicken was chewy and their was no taste to the batter it was soggy its weird how they cooked it. It was the most awfulust take away I've ever had.

I had a cheese burger meal and 2 pieces of chicken which the chicken was at low cost but they advertise it's 100% chicken so I gave it a try. The burgers was frozen and cooked by deep frying them which was packed with flavour but it was really greasy which put me off it slightly. The chicken itself was delicious the coating isn't crispy or anything like that but it is still packed with flavour I would definitely have them again. The chips however had been left there for a while I had a good portion but they was awfully cold so I told the person behind the counter I wasn't eating them and if he could do some fresh ones and he did they came out hot so and I had some peri peri flavouring on them I believe it was and it was ever so tasty. Overall the chicken and if they're fresh chips they're beautiful but the burger tasty but not for me unless you like greese give it a try. Service was great the guy had a conversation with me through the cooking and whilst preparing and then let me enjoy my meal he was very friendly. The atmosphere is where they fall I believe there is nothing really there is no music and no TV no radio nothing really. I would suggest playing some speakers get some atmosphere going and bring in some more customers 🙂

Wow well not much to say. Just had the worse fried chicken ever. The chips are more like a thicker version of tooth picks. I’ll only credit to the strip wrap only decent thing on the menu. We got food worth £48 and it I regret every penny of it didn’t enjoy a bite.

Wet, greasy, poorly seasoned chicken, fries were pale and cold. Prices average but not cheap. Would rather spend a couple more quid and go to somewhere that makes better food, cleaner etc. Even KFC near Sneinton is halal and better!

This is the best chicken that I’ve had in my life.

Good value for money as the items arent worth more than £3 per meal. Would recommend their 3 strips and chips which is £3.99. Good quick lunch time snack as it only fills you up for 30 mins. Location is in city centre so no parking available unless you pay and display. Parking wardens are always about fining people so be extremely careful. The prices change subject to the worker and whether they like you or not. More pricey if unliked.

Great place , good ambiance, best place when your hungry very fast delivery . The staff there are very friendly and great mainly that young indian guy who takes the order is very friendly and well behaved person . Apart from the food he is the other reason i visit the place , every time smiling and friendly attitude . The food is sooo good mainly the fillet burger and wings are in top list to try .

Delivery arrived via Deliveroo, half the order was missing. Missed a portion of chips and half of another meal. Poor service, food not even good quality. Do not go.

I ordered a kebab, and the man behind the counter served it with mayo by accident. Instead of admitting to this mistake, he tried to convince me that I had ordered it with mayo, despite me beating allergic to dairy products. Taking advantage of drunk people in order to sell food despite potentially setting off an allergic reaction is vile.

I go here on regular 2 times a day and this weekend I went in on Saturday and Sunday the service was worst I ever had a young guy and can't think of other but Saturday try to chage me 30p for cheese and Sunday 60p for cheese only person who should be working is the guy who works in week always smiles and remembers your order and youngish lad who closes in week they only 2 people that keep me coming as u loss 10 order over this matter now I only go in when they are on and rest are no good to the company as they let it run to ground need to get rid of useless 1s

Ordered a zinger burger, tasted bland, no taste to it, cost £3.99! Stick to the kfcs and maccies for decent burgers at reasonable prices!

Chicken Flicken in to the bin. Who has rated this place 4 stars, let me guess all your friends and family. One of the worst fast food restaurants ever. If you value your health stay away. Ordered for delivery, half a mile away. Strips were terrible, didn't even look fried and soaked in grease. Worst part was there was zero crispness and very little batter, tasted very flour-y too. Popcorn chicken was completely fine, not sure how the strips were this bad.

Very bad food. I used to order from them but today I realized was a big mistake. The bread was so old , and hard like a stone. Chicken looks like it stays in water. I call them and they hang out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP !

This place doesn’t deserve a star, burger was stale and over cooked, found hair a grey hair in my chicken strip and owner tried to say it was my hair when my hair is black and he got angry and start to shout and kicked us out.

My son has just visited the shop this afternoon with his friend and ordered fries, chicken strips and a burger and they have both had really bad stomach ache and my son has just been violently sick. Didn’t even get to eat there cause the staff was so rude, me and my friends were stood outside the shop and one of the staff members comes out shouting and then pushes my friend for standing outside. This behaviour was embarrassing for a grown man in his late 30/40s and (my friend is only 13) so it’s basically classed as an assault on a child. Would not recommend even being near this place as the staff have no respect.

was reluctant in the moment whether to say something or not because it wasn’t an explicitly violent situation but further reflecting made me realise that regardless, it was something that shouldn’t have happened even if not violent and i am sorry to the person i witnessed it happening to for not intervening as a warning to other people i went there the other day and one of the workers which was definitely in his 30s and was slightly buff with long hair tried to hit on one of the customers which was also maybe 17/18 or maybe older, but either way extremely younger than him even if it’s legal in this country it is undoubtedly very predatory and legality doesn’t equal morality and i’m sure people wouldn’t want to support a place where someone like this works who knows how many times it has happened or will happen again

I had my worst meal ever after arriving in Nottingham. They served oil filled fries and strips and wings tasted very old. The packaging was poor too. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

So we ordered a meal that was delivered about 2 hours ago and the chicken was plain ROTTEN! It had an awful smell we couldn't manage to eat it. I'm afraid we may have gotten food poisoning as well. I used to love eating here but the meal I just had was horrible. I won't be coming back!

Chicken lickin is absolutely delicious food. The staff works there is amazing. I recommend this place to all friends who love Halal take away. During the current covid-19 crisis it looks a little bit quiet but still they manage to deliver top quality food to their customers. Delicious, tasty and fresh. The owner is also a very nice and polite and always cares for his customers.

So it's quarantine huh, decided to go for a cheeky cheap late night meal.. Spent almost £11, that's with a 20% discount! plus delivery to get a slumpy, soggy wrap with suspicious chicken, did not look like a fillet at all, just bits all over the place, the crumbs were pretty much white? The "meal" did not include fries either that were clearly listen as part of the meal. Do you want sauce? extra. Who doesn't include at least the complimentary ketchup/mayo? The rest - 2 sides, one missing, the other one 50/50. I guess the only truly good thing was the drink thanks

I recently went into your store and order a meal but when I went to sit down to eat all I could see what one or your employees staring at me with all of her piercings and it was really off putting in the end I threw away the food and personally never wanna come back unless that employee is fired or at least asked to remove her piercings also the employee was very rude at the till which made me feel unwelcome I think the name of the employee was Chloe
