Chicken Express in North East Derbyshire

Do not order from here. Chicken was fatty and has a fishy taste to it. Also tasted like a bag of salt had been poured on it!! & the chips weren't even cooked rock hard!! Absolutely awful.

I ordered on justeat and I won’t knock them for their service, they’re very responsive and communicate very well. I respect that. But what I got was a very squashed burger that looked like it was sat on and looked very hurried in terms of being cooked, not impressed really. Will try ordering in the future again incase this was a night where things were busy or hectic but for first order and impressions, it’s not great

Food didn’t turn up! No answer on phone

ZERO STARS!!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! I didn’t get my food! Rude customer service and no refund!!!!!! Ordered from here last night. Estimated delivery was 7.30pm latest delivery said 7.50pm. I got a notification on Uber apologising for the wait and said that it would be later. I pressed the button to request a new estimated time on the app and got no response. I waited till 8.00pm and rang the restaurant. The person on the phone was SO RUDE!!!!! I’ve ordered on Uber before and was downstairs all night and not eaten all day due to work. I’ve had no issues before. But they said Uber didn’t give them an address and because I waited to long to call them they wouldn’t give me a refund???? I only ordered a chicken burger and chips??? How hard is it????

Worse chicken burger ive ever had chucked it in the bin, chewy and salty will never order again. Biggest waste of money

used to order from here all the time but has gone massively downhill over the last month, chicken nuggets used to be good quality now just massive lumps of awful fatty chicken. quarter pounder burgers have gone from delicious to tasting like chewing on pure plastic and bristle. not sure what has changed over the past 2 times we've ordered from here but will not be ordering again

Amazing food. Fillet chicken burger is my favourite, great chicken so soft! Highly recommend served with great customer service and always a smile best thing that came to claycross, always will be my top favourite choice of takeaway.

Had the family bucket, popcorn chicken and boneless chicken delivered. All arrived hot - delivery driver was fab and all the food was delicious! Not too salty. Very juicy chicken 😋

Absolutely banging food! Always fast and pleasant service. Best chicken wings I’ve ever had no argument about it. Bloke behind counter also gave me a samosa to try and now they’re in my order everytime I come back! Best thing to come back to clay cross

Very friendly lovely guy, Been twice recently has very good wings and chips, he let us try some Somoza and also gave me some gravy to try with the wings! Better than kfc!!

This was one of the best takeaways my family has ever had! My chicken wrap was cooked to perfection and was still hot when it reached me, my brother kebab was also perfect too! Not greasy like some other takeaways we've had. My mothers hot n spicy wings were, according to her the best she's had! And my sisters chicken burger was actual REAL chicken breast! Not that pre-chewed circle patty that you sometimes get. Plus, the price is amazing! Great value. Overall we are VERY HAPPY with the meal and shall be having again in the future too! Will be highly recommending to friends and family!

Bloody disgusting! Chips anaemic soggy not cooked right, chicken soggy and disgusting, pizza under cooked and not cut properly inedible. Brown lettuce soggy bread. Would not recommend and will not be ordering again.

Rank, had to stand round like a Muppet while some kid that worked their walked to Iceland to fetch some hash browns to put on my burger. Kebab meat was over cooked and I couldn't taste the sauce.

Had a couple of takeaways from here,were good to start with,but unfortunately had one last night and was very dissatisfied, couldn't have kebabs as they no longer do them ,but sent a very small kebab wrap,think ill steer clear in future
