Chicken Delicious in Canterbury

Tried to order online and the guy answering the phone was rude to me for no reason instead of trying to communicate. Do better, I'm giving you my money.

chicken was too hard and a bit of blood

Food was late, delivery driver and restaurant rude. Chips soggy, chicken wings weren’t chicken wings at all.

Ordered a cheesy chip wrap it had a chicken nugget in it, the person who ordered it is a vegetarian so obviously could not eat it , restaurant stated we should just remove the nuggets , they did not see a problem with it

Food was delivered early which is good. But the quality of food disappointed me. Too much chips and the wings were too small. I ordered peri mayo but i didn’t get it

Food was delivered quick and food hot , only down fall was that , the burger buns and patty were really soggy and mushy didn’t taste great.

Forgot my wrap didn’t get the drinks food was very poor I wouldn’t feed there food to my dog

First time using chicken delicious, the food was lovely nice and hot and quick delivery I will definitely be using them again.

food came cold and chicken was not cooked properly this is very upsetting as i’m a new customer and new in the area. the food also came soggy and wet.

The BBQ chicken was awful. They simply poured BBQ sauce on regular fried chicken. I am disappointed and will not order anything from them.

The food was late but it was very hot which makes a change!

Chicken strips are dry and hard the sides all taste like onion rings i don't even want to give them 1 star.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE Honestly the worst customer service and food i have ever received in my life. The delivery driver couldn’t find my address when it was clearly stated in the details, and when it is searched on maps it is clearly shown. Then he tried claiming my phone number put down was wrong when I doubled checked it and it was correct and has been for the whole time I’ve had this account. When my food FINALLY arrived i was welcomed with dry cold chips, “beef” burger which tasted like a pick’n’mix of processed animals and chicken nuggets instead of the chicken strips in which I ordered. I tried calling them back and they stated they are closed. Absolutely useless! Never order from these fast food amateurs! I’ve had school dinners better for this and they were only £2!!! I will be coming in store tomorrow as these crooks have scammed me!!!

Food was absolutely appalling, chicken was rock solid and chewy. NOT EDIBLE at all. Was like it was kept for a few days the re fried and given to us! Will not be using again!

They took way too long to deliver, when it finally arrived it was wrong. I ordered 20 Regular Chicken Wings and they delivered 20 Spicy Chicken Boneless. Awful service, never ordering again from here.

VERY dried out chicken, clearly kept hot for far too long... only just eatable (and we were hungry!)

The food was late which was not good. The chicken wings were not crispy at all which was Very disappointing. Furthermore the construction of the burger was very loose and fell apart which was very annoying as it made it hard to eat. In conclusion this establishment is very poor and should consider the way it operates and I shall never order from here until considerable changes are made.

my food didn’t come at all! delivery time was 3:35 am, waited for 40 minutes but the food still didn’t arrive. very disappointed, we won’t be ordering with you again.

didn't get the olives i ordered. i know i'm weird for ordering olives on their own, but they're sterile and i like the taste. everything else i ordered arrived and was pretty peng tho

it seams strange when you specify in the comments “DO NOT RING THE BELL, CALL 077.......300” and the first thing he dose is ringing the bell not once but twice!!! food was ok

Food came late and cold. Got normal chicken wings instead of spicy wings. Probably the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. But the carrot cake was really good and the driver was nice.

Thoroughly disappointed with this order, got chips when I didn’t order them and ate cold food as it turned up early when I was busy, being told by the driver that it’s nice and hot didn’t help. It may have tasted nice when it arrived but I wasn’t ready for it.

If I could I would vote 0 stars for the food quality, the delivery was really quick which was a nice surprise but, the food was TERRIBLE, if I had known I would have checked the reviews first, DO NOT waste your money because the chicken is HORRIBLE and I ended up throwing it away

Food was a little late, what was delivered was good but I did not get the onion rings I ordered and had already paid for with no explanation, That is why I have given a lower rating. Quite disappointed and would appreciate a refund for the missing food.

The chicken was amazing. So was the onion rings & coleslaw but the chips wer cold & hard.. Jus a minor thing hopefully rectified on the next order

The food was terrible, the chicken tasted like salt, the BBQ wings were regular wings with some BBQ sauce drizzled on top, the chips tasted like cardboard and the Cheesecake was vile. I am just happy that I ordered a can of Fanta, this was an absolute waste of money and I will never order from here ever again.

I must say, this is the best chicken shop in town. Spicy wings are on point. The pieces of chicken are average. chips are good. Would defo order from it again. PS: you guys should do chicken burger!

Asked for delivery to be at 20.00, but came at 18.33. Chips were decent, wings were bad. Would recommend wings and chips from Eefs.

Not all chicken was cooked through and some of the order not delivered so after phoning to advise them we had to wait a further 30 minutes for the rest of the order to arrive.

Arrived in plenty of time still hot! Nice food, chicken wasn't dry and plenty of it! Red wine is decent for the money too.

Saw this was new to our area so thought I'd give it a try! Food arrived a lot earlier than was promised which is always great! The chicken was of very decent quality and the chips were very nice too! I also ordered the garlic bread with pepperoni and cheese. It was great! I would recommend to anyone! Thanks guys!
