Chicken is very meaty and delicious, deals on chicken are the best around. Move over KFC, a new chicken place moved up the pecking order!!!

Absolutely never experienced a Member staff member being rude to me in a setting like i did here. I ordered a takeaway here and they didn’t bring half of the meal and got my drink wrong when I mentioned the drink, they just said that they didn’t have the right drink so there was nothing they could do about it and so I told them it shouldn’t available When I ask for them to bring the other half of my meal they basically said that they couldn’t call out another delivery driver and I then stated to say it’s not the deliveries driver’s fault that half of my food is gone and they said no it’s not it’s our fault so I said if it’s your fault, please bring me my food as I’ve just paid for it and I should get what I paid for he then continued to speak over me throughout that whole time I was trying to say them words to him I continue to say that I am a customer and he’s a staff and he should treat me with more respect and whilst trying to say that he was still talking over me and not letting me get a word out Telling me to come to the Restaurant, if I wanted to speak to him, he then ended the call on me and when I tried to call him back multiple times he ended the call each time absolutely worst experience of my life and the food don’t even taste Good. Appalled.

This place can be an easy 5* place if they sort their service out. Love their Spicy Chicken Fillet Burger, Peri Peri Chicken and their normal Chips, but unfortunately the service is a big let down! There is no point to pre-order food. Because they'll never make it for you. I've had it 3 times in the past month that I've pre-ordered and they tell me "10-12 minutes". I arrive after 15 minutes and they haven't even started making it. Why are you guys lying to your customers? Why are you promising a time and then not even try to make it in that? I understand that sometimes you can get caught up, but how can it be that you haven't even put down the chips in the fryer in those 12 minutes? Or started on the order? I understand waiting a couple of minutes after arriving, but what I don't understand is why they don't even start the order in that period of time. Also, just tell me the honest time. If it takes 20 minutes, tell me "20 minutes" and don't lie to me. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and park the car in a wrong spot because I think it'll just be 1 minute to pop in, collect, and get back to my car. But when you make customers wait, you risk us getting tickets and over time we'll stop coming and look for alternative restaurants. Food is great, but just sort this order system out for God sake!

The chips was cooked too long. Taste like it was cooked before. When I ask the staff to put some peri peri powder, he put it chilli powder.

The burnt charcoal overpowered the taste and having to remove burnt or stale parts of the chicken. Please ensure your grills have any burnt charcoals removed before each cooking. Fries a bit disappointed and stale.

If you’re a chicken lover in London, 10/10 Chicken is an absolute must-visit. I’ll definitely be back, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best chicken spots in the city

Get ready to wait a long time for your food . Food must have being sitting on the counter for a long time as order was cold . They keeped the moving the delivery time waited an hour for the food to arrive . Disappointing

Not so good this time guys! My chips, burger, and wings were cold, whilst the corn was roasting hot.

I was in the shop for approximately no longer than two minutes when I got my food, I tried to chip and it was rockhard I’ve been told man this doesn’t taste very good but I left go into my Taxi bite the chicken burger and it was cold. Never would I waste my time and money it’s not worth it

Good food for very good prices. Could be compared to KFC as the menu is similar however this is soooo much better, more flavor and much more succulent chicken also slightly cheaper. 5/5 food hygiene rating and from my experience very much lives up to that.

Scammed me and my friends with adding £3 more for cheese on chips even though it was the same as the burger cheese which is 30p. Also disrespectful rude customers, awful atmosphere.

Wow... Amazing, tasty chicken! Normal sized portions... Not stingy like KFC! Everything arrived nice and hot! The guy who answered the phone was also polite. I would order from chicken city again.

One of the only places to actually read the notes section on the just eat receipts. Excellent service, I'm familiar with this store as I usually collect and have a good relationship with the workers. I usually replace the beans in my meal with a chicken stripper and although Apple Tango isn't advertised as opposed to Cherry, they were happy to exchange it for me. I genuinely prefer this to KFC not to mention its price difference! Many thanks :)

I visited this chicken shop the other day and ordered a peri peri chicken meal for £12.49 plus £1.20 extra for a large chips - I found it to be utterly disgusting,it was frozen cooked again after being after being frozen - I waited over 30 minutes for the order - When I got home it was still cold,that it was so cold like being from the fridge,I had to reheat it in my oven - When I eat it was so dry,it made me feel sick afterwards - I was overcharged,as the meal should of been £10.49 - I will most definitely not be visiting this establishment ever again - I advise you too be very wary that you will most definitely get ripped off & made ill visiting CHICKEN CITY Richmond!

Got my dad some spicy wings as a treat, ended up making him violently ill. I’ve had these before and were fine but found out that someone else has been sick from eating these too.

Explicitly told them not to give me chicken breasts, but my order came with all chicken breasts anyway. Unacceptably poor service.

Ordered a mountain burger and it had no chicken in. First time I’ve had a problem with these guys but will never use again. Acceptable

This restaurant is exactly what it needs to be!!! I ordered online and customised a wrap I received a call from the shop to then clarify how they should do this. This was so greatly appreciated and I was so please when they got the order perfect. The food is lovely and I would definitely recommend!!!

I spent 26 pounds and we are not going to come back there. I had BBQ set and my husband had Classic set. Taste is just normal. Burger bun, veggies and sauces were ok. When I opened the bag with chicken wings… the smell of lamb hit my nose and I finished my meal in that moment. Probably, there was chicken inside but it smelled really strong and unpleasant. Milkshake… I expected a strawberry flavour but it tasted like very cheap, strawberry candy… You can easily find better milkshake at this price. From good things, plus for fries. They were very ok. Was the food not fresh? I don’t think so, we didn’t find anything. Are we going to come back there? Probably no. Are we going to recommend this place? I don’t think so too. It gives you KFC feeling…

Yes, this is a chicken restaurant at the cheapest end of the market - but unlike other similar ones, they cook the food really nicely. The fries are hot, crispy on the outside and fluffy within - unlike so many other places I have been to. The chicken pieces are better quality than KFC (not difficult), and is never dry. The batter isn't as seasoned as it is in KFC, but its keeping me coming back for more, and is always crisp and hot. As usual at this price level, the burger buns are bread rather than brioche. The bonus? Staff are really nice in a cool way, even though they get loads of disrespectful customers late at night. There are two or three tables if you wish to eat in, but most people just get a takeaway. In terms of price and the enjoyment of the food, it's hard to beat. Best of the bargain places so far.

Food was quite disappointing especially the bbq wings as you can tell clearly it was reheated again. So dry and left half of it. The chicken peri wrap was half burnt that you could chip a tooth. Sorry chicken city but I won't be ordering again!!

I was in rush so I ask what the have ready and they told me chicken wing and burger so it's ready I took but them I wait 20 minutes for my food and I lost my last bus to go home...

The service was great and the food was really nice - however, the chicken mini fillets were pretty spicy (too spicy for my daughter and borderline for myself) which wasn't made clear on the menu. Other than that, it was great.
