Chickaros in Sandwell

First time visiting this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the qualityof food and the service! Will definitely be returning with the family.

Tried Chickaros for the first time and it didn’t disappoint! Food was on point and priced well. We visit it a different branch after and it didn’t meet up to this branch’s standards!

We went on Eid day and the staff were great. They greeted and seated us and advised we only take cash. The food and service was good as usual. Only thing we needed was a bit more time between the starter and the main as we were still eating our starter and our mains came which felt like 2 mins later but other than that the food and service is always tip tier.

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats. Food arrived very fast but we were quickly disappointed. Looks as though oven food was thrown in and gave to us. The quality of the food was shocking, especially since videos and reviews show the restaurant in a different light. Our drinks were missing, chips were undercooked and soggy, burger was described as smash burger but was a huge thick burger, the burger bun was falling apart. Onion rings were undercooked and soggy, prawns were absolutely flavourless. Chicken nuggets were rock hard. Honestly the worst place I have ever ordered food from.

Such a pretty clean restaurant. The food was nice, although my choice of side disk of rice wasn’t the best decision as it didn’t taste the most nicest, the chicken was tasty a little tough but the flavours were definitely tasty. I would definitely visit again with friends

Went there for dinner one night and the food was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful :) Would definitely come again to try more from the menu!

From the moment we walked through the door the service was second to none. Cannot recommend this please enough. Great staff fantastic food it has everything. Just don’t expect alcohol everything is booze free but the drinks are incredible

Due to unforseen circumstances, needed a take away to eat near the Town Hall and Chickaros was reasonably empty. Nipped in and ordered the Chicken and Rice, just under a tenner (take away price, I think about £12 to eat in). Wow, what a delicious meal and lots of it too. It took about 10 minutes to prepare, but well worth the wait. Lots of flavoured rice (I had mild and that was just right) with reasonable amount of chicken in small cubes. Excellent food, good service and a reasonable price. Well worth a visit.
