I was waiting ages for my order and it never arrived, so I called then up and asked wether or not my order was on its way out fir delivery and they said they haven't got an order placed so I then decided to make my way up to them and it is about 25 minutes from mine to get up there. When I got there I asked to speak to someone about my order and they just laughed at me when I clearly got distressed so NO I will NOT be ordering or buying from here again. Do NOT recommend!!!! 😡

Really nice food the chicken shish kebabs are so good, lovely tender chicken cooked to perfection, never had a bad meal from here and have used on and off for several years, friendly staff too, would definitely recommend.

Food Cold. Rang to complaint. 2nd lot slightly warmer but stuck in microwave. Delivery driver rude. Saying we had tasted it. Yes that's how we found out cold. One piece of meat and little bit of pitta. 2nd meal half the size. Wish now we kept the first meal.

When it's good it's great, when it's an off day it's dreadful

All I can say is go somewhere else - used to be great - Prices are extremely high also portion size & quality is not very good - shame.

Every time I order a 3 piece chicken one of them is totally rotten meat; black inside and smelly. Also its a bit of a gamble as to whether the food will turn up hot or cold. Will be avoiding in future for fear of my gut health. On the plus side - the delivery was quite quick and easy ordering system.

I've been ordering food with chickoland for years since they got new staff they have gone down hill rude staff staff touching raw meat then touching other people food and the till and that's just the reviews I've seen customer care has gone out the window and not wanting to fix mistakes they made 😑 won't be ordering from again as I don't want food poisoning should be closed down 1/10 is generous

The chicken was raw and they got the order completely wrong and when waiting for food they was touching the meat with NO gloves and then touching other food after... Not happy with the service as when we went back to tell them the order I'd wrong ( asked for a cheesey chip wrap but got cheesey chips instead ) all they said was " we have put it down as this " never eating from there again spent £38, a total waste of money .. Spent all that money and we didn't get the right order and they refused to get the right food what we wanted and we spoke to them clearly and they doubled checked and they made out we was lying ....

Prices are rising & quality of food is dropping. 2 pieces of scrawny chicken, hardly any meat on them, it used to be fantastic food, hot good quality. 1 large doner kebab, no where near as good as it was, cold, had to warm it in the microwave, poor quality kebab. Wouldn't recommend unless you haven't any tastebuds or starving & everything else is shut!! Nice fries! Nearly £17, definitely not worth it!! Won't be using you again! 1/10, & that's generous.

no condiments for their dry chips, a burnt bottom bun for a chicken burger, frozen meats sold to me cooked to partially raw quality, and the sauce is mank. Avoid at all costs, this establishment needs to work better or quit entirely.

These people just don't listen to what you are ordering and when you get home it's totally wrong. There's a difference between chicken and lamb.

Should have read the reviews before ordering from here but hadn’t eaten and was starving. Staff seemed nice enough when ordering but when ready the food was placed on the counter, the guy said cheers and walked off so I had chips and nuggets without salt, vinegar or sauces offered so it was pretty dry. Now its the evening and my stomach is feeling rough, won’t be visiting again.

The large special mixed kebab very nice plenty of meat 2x pitta and salad.Friendly staff,but... .Seems to be priced differently in the shop to on line.My order cost me nearly £6 more ordering on line for collection..

I've always rated the food here but my recent order left me a bit disappointed. I had a kebab which was nice but didn't have a lot of meat in. Normally it's packed out. Also I selected all salad but had no cucumber or chilli peppers. We also ordered cheesy chips which are always delicious but the price seems to go up everytime. They are now £4.50 which is very over priced. Although they are nice the portion size doesn't justify the price. Will probably go elsewhere in the future.

Couple of weeks ago had a problem with there app which ment our food wasn't sent out til late even tho was paid for and I had to call them and tonight after giving them a 2nd chance forgot to put our chicken wrap in our order so again our evening ruined won't be using again

Go-to in Keynsham for chicken wings and chips. It’s nothing special but you know what you’re getting and the prices are fair. Haven’t had food delivered so can’t comment on that aspect.

Been twice once was top notch second visit food was bit greasy but still loads better than most.

I'm not a fussy eater but I would best describe the mixed kebab as dog food, half of the meat was so tough and full or gristle it was completely inedible.

I was shocked at the abusive manger in the store . He was 100 percent out of order . He called me a mother f..cker after i complaint that we had paid for them to delivery it and he did not delivery it .. the pizza was cold and so was the kebab i am shocked at the abusive maner of that horrible manger

Was a little hit and miss at times to begin with but not had anything bad for a long time. Keeps convenient hours for when you're out on the lash. Typically quite busy on the weekends.

Great pizza ordered online and was fast to deliver even though they closed soon life saver when everywhere else was shut !!!

Cold sticky chips. Cold hard small chicken strips which were unedible. Hard flat non garlic , garlic bread Gravy was bisto finest !!!!!! Chicken on bone was edible. Delivery quick but we know why. Complained to be told no refund as their chicken (I quote ) is best in the world!!!!! Literally every thing went in bin. Complete waste of money

I got the 3 pieces of chicken and chips deal. Decent amount of chips and the chicken was tasty.

After selecting our food from just eat we were given the option to pick the time of our delivery knowing that any time before this we would not be home. I then recieved a phone call to say that had tried to deliver (30 mins early) to our house. We called the shop and were met with a rude member of staff telling us we can not pick our time even though the option is given when placing the order. We then recieved our food which consisted of chewy cold chips cold limp pizza and cold kabab
