Excellent food really enjoyed it the steak was really good I would recommend coming to this restraunt.

Best customer service, service with a smile, waiting times are good and food is brilliant also very friendly staff.

Me and my brother came in and were so happy with the service we received. We were able to sit down and have a nice talk about life with an amazing plate of food in front of us.

I visited Chicino's recently to celebrate a friend's birthday. This was our first visit and I was really impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. We did not pre book but there was ample seating available when we arrived. The menus were already on the tables and were easy to understand with a wide variety of options available including pastas, burgers, wraps, steaks, etc. Our order was taken at the table although I am unsure whether this is a measure which has been put into place as a result of covid. Drinks were taken at the same time and we were asked whether we would like them now or with our food. The meals arrived not long after we placed the order and were freshly prepared. I ordered a sizzler burger meal which was a coated chicken fillet with mayo on a bun with a side of salad and chips which could be swapped for rice. The meal that I had was plentiful and so were the meals that my friends ordered. Desserts were available, but as the meal was so filling, I did not have one. My friends enjoyed their cookie dough. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my evening at Chicino's. Staff were very friendly and the prices offered great value for money. Cheaper and nicer than well known competitors.

Best chicken I’ve ever tasted, lamb chops 10/10, also steak was amazing! Dmo on this , chips were fire aswell 11/10 highly recommend 🔥🔥🔥

The tastiest Peri Chicken, awesome homemade chips coupled with fast friendly service makes this the place to visit again and again! Also their steak burger was superb.. in fact there is something delicious for all taste buds in their menu!👌❤️👏

came into the venue with my other half and her mum who is wheelchair bound, from the outset the staff were amazing, manager sat us down as a walk in and was very helpful and the young server who waited on us had some of the best customer service ive seen in a while which says alot as I work in the hospitality industry myself. Would definitely recommend to other people and will be a follow up customer for sure

First time in stoke & Trent and I honestly was left speechless by the tender and delicious chicken I think one of the best I have tasted honestly 10/10 in terms of food and service very friendly staff and would recommend it to be a must go and eat go Stoke on trent!!!

The food was really nice and the service provided by staff was very nice, too. Food didn’t take long at all to arrive either, I think the chicken was slightly overcooked as it tasted a little too dry for my liking but other than that, lovely food! I’d definitely visit again.

Have been craving gourmet burger for weeks, travelled all the way to stoke to try this place..... all I can say is, the food quality is amazing and so delicious, the staff are so welcoming and helpful.Don’t ever hesitate on visiting this place. Mashallah! Keep up the hard work!

I came in with the family, we called 5 minutes before hand as we had somewhere to be after eating and wanted food quickly. After 15 minutes we were given our food, it was the most flavourful, juicy gourmet burger I have ever had! Also had lamb chops & chicken wings, the lamb chops were YUMMY! It had so much smoky chargrilled flavour! The wings were the best I have ever had! Definitely recommend coming here!

Brilliant food! Excellent service! Cannot knock the steakhouse! Have been here numerous occasions the chef knows my regular order! Very personal experience! Would recommend to all those passing through as well as locals to try out the chicken stack! Absolutely splendind! Excuse the excessive mayo & ketchup! Haha

I came to this place and fancied something different I asked the waitress to make something different.I was amazed at this chicken steak with rice egg and some other bits. The taste was mouth watering all at a reasonable price. Best food in Stoke without a doubt. Well done guys and thank you will be back with the family.

The best restaurant in stoke. The decor and atmosphere is absolutely amazing and the staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. The food is to die for, they have the most; succulent ,mouth watering, juicy steaks in stoke.I would most definitely recommend The rib-eye steak . I am a regular customer and I have never been let down by the food and customer service.

I came in the other day and as soon as i entered i recieved a kind welcome from the staff and throughout my time in chicinos the staff were really kind.In Chicinos i had the peri chicken and I think it was the best peri chicken i have ever had.

I’ve come from Birmingham just to try out the food at this restaurant and I can definitely say it was amazing! I had the meat steak and would definitely recommend it....it was cooked perfectly

I had a day out at Alton Towers, and came back to Stoke to rest in our hotel. I wanted to find a place that did really good steak so we came here. If I said I was amazed, that would be an understatement. The lamb steak was cooked to perfection. The peppercorn sauce rally complimented the steak. The rice too is just the best ever!! As soon as you eat a mouthful, you’re instantly striked with a beautiful flavour, it was perfectly cooked, light fluffy. My tastebuds tingled even after leaving as the whole meal was astonishing. The service too was excellent. The staff there make you feel very welcome and they confer with you to ensure your meal is done exactly how you want it, then after they ensure you have had a wonderful experience, and that I did have. Thank you very much and if I ever come back to Stoke this will be the first place for food that comes to mind

The gourmet and steak burgers were delicious and the peri peri chicken was so flavoursome the best I’ve had! 3 of us ate for £35. The decor is so modern and elegant love it. I hope that they have more burger options soon and some fish steaks and vegetarian options

Excellent food flavours superb. A bit if of a wait but worth it. The salad garnish has a lovely dressing on it, chips are fab and rice daddy and spicy. Hummus was very nice but pitta bread too dry with it. Very cheap but great
