A bleddy brilliant Butcher's shop. I asked if they did mutton and said that give them a day's notice they would endeavour to source some. To my surprise, they obtained it for me and even diced it up so i can make my mutton curry. Nice range of meats on display and also their Brays & Kays pasties which hit the sweet spot. Butchers are a dying breed and unlike supermarkets which only sell lean rubbish, the Butchers offers a wide selection to tickle anyone's taste buds

Just the best meat around Newquay and the environs - steak/sausages/bacon/chicken/lamb - all perfect and excellent value - why buy your meat anywhere else when near by Oh…and the pasties were magic too - perfectly seasoned

Used to use this Butchers when owned by previous owners and I lived near by. Have to say new owners are lovely, friendly and very knowledgable. Have had both meat, scratchings and Pasties from here and recommend all. Yesterday we popped in late on and as expected all of their cooked pasties had been sold so we opted for 2 frozen one's, took them home and cooked them and they were delicious! Recommend this Butchers to anyone either on holiday or local. Keep it local!

5* review-Would 100% recommend. The tempura salmon starter was generous and tasty. The lemon sole and venison were cooked to perfection. Perfect friendly individualised service. We had crumble and bread and butter pudding with clotted cream and custard, both delicious. Wow! We will definitely return. Best fish I’ve had ever! Even the music was great. We had such a lovely evening. Check out the new website and book, you won’t regret it. Thank you Annabelle and team

Came here for afternoon tea and it was pure perfection. The location can't be beat and the food was incredible. But on top of it all the service was the best of any restaurant I've ever been at

Lovely place, beautifully decorated, knowledgeable staff, gorgeous Bellini's, ever changing beer 'specials', great food and regular music sessions.

Antonio and Sue were amazing. What an unusual find- really fantastic food with Portuguese flavor. Focus on locally caught fish cooked really well, without fuss but great flavours. Cannot recommend highly enough

The service was very slow. Food from order to table took 30 minutes. We tried to order soup of the day. Both options were not available. So we chose a crab sandwich with cucumber pickle and a fresh asparagus in mint pesto and pistachio + flatbread with wild garlic butter. The flatbread was good but arrived sometime after the asparagus dish. I had expected the asparagus to be cooked. However it was raw asparagus very finely sliced in pesto. The taste between cooked and raw is quite different. Personally I prefer the cooked flavour. The raw flavour is not as distinctive and there is only so much you can enjoy. The crab sandwich was a misnomer. The crab was spread between a section of baguette with a very hard crust and the cucumber pickle in slices also in between. It was incredibly difficult to eat and impossible to cut with an ordinary knife. We requested a sharper knife and this was supplied with the comment you had to expect this with a sourdough baguette. Really? and sourdough seemed unlikely ! Neither dishes were particularly enjoyable and jointly came to £43 which we thought expensive. Service charge was extra which we declined. We have been to Source before and the menu was excellent. This time it was very disappointing - something seems to have been lost in their sense of purpose and delivery.
