It was a wonderful experience, with tasty food, and a wonderful view with fountains and animals. But what is most important is great service! Victoria was lovely to come and ask if anything was needed, and helped to choose the dishes and desserts. We left the place with a nice memory.

My husband reviewed this restaurant in May when we both had a relatively poor dinner experience, and a worse breakfast. We have since returned 5/6/23, our breakfast was part of a short stay package, so included with our room. This is the thing; I would like to write a poor review based on the attitude of Chessington World Of adventures customer service department, who are beyond shocking, but this would be unfair to the hard working staff in the restaurant. Our dinner during our visit in May was poor and the standard of hygiene at breakfast was way below expectations. I am pleased to say our most recent visit saw a vast improvement. By way of constructive critisim, a couple more coffee machines would really help at breakfast, and whilst I appreciate the fast turnaround necessary in this type of restaurant, I think better supervision of the staff who clear the tables and prepare for the next guests. All cuttlery from previous guests should be changed, and just wiping around existing place settings and condiments is possibly not good enough, we, as customers do notice these things. All in all our breakfast was very enjoyable thank you

Here for 2 nights. Park stupid busy. Hardly any food / drink stalls open. Queues ridiculous. Dinner overly priced and very very poor. Staff are trying their best. Expected “early access” and presented with a gigantic queue. VERY disappointed all in all.

Kenje and Milene did a fantastic job keeping the breakfast area clean and welcoming. They were quick to clear tables and helped everyone with a friendly attitude. Their hard work made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you both!

A busy café serving the community around Hollyfield Road, Alexandra Drive and King Charles Road in Surbiton, but principally catering to the scores of people who use the King Charles Centre, within which it is housed. It is busiest at lunchtimes, serving slices of wholesome quiche and hot soup, but it also offers the full café range of biscuits and cakes, sandwiches, filled rolls and filled jacket potatoes. Entrance is from the car park of the centre at the corner of Hollyfield and King Charles. The café fills a second purpose; it helps people of all abilities – via adult social care – to learn how to cater, learn about food hygiene and customer service. It means you get even more attention… and words of praise for the excellent work the staff do are appreciated even more! Open Mon-Fri from 9.30am to 4pm
