I hace been coming here 15 years! the food is amazing and they have friendly staff

Not happy with quality. Ordered 3 rice 3 nans and only 2 curry’s arrived. Missed out order and made dinner very difficult. Had to order from another place to finish the meal.

Not the cheapest but the BEST Indian locally.

I never a review don't waste my time but don't waste Ur money. After the first attempt the portion size was tiny and just covered in oil I call them straight away and they did bring another without the grease but just a pot of onions only order from here if u like bargi or Somoza cos fair fair they were fine sorry rose but never again

my go to for Indian food have ordered from them several times and the food has been outstanding every time and always arrives very quickly, highly recommend

After using the red rose a few years regularly, including weekly visits and home delivery, we decided to visit the restaurant this evening, which was disappointing. The food has gone down hill, butterfly prawn was extremely over cooked, curries were watery when put on plate and didn’t have much flavour. To then be asked to pay cash. In 2024, we don’t carry cash. My partner is disabled, meaning I had to take his card and walk to cash machine, not what I wanted to do after a meal. Will not be returning

We switched to the Red Rose about a year ago and honestly we haven’t looked back. The food is of the very highest standard, from the tenderly cooked meat and excellent sauces to the generous portions. I can’t imagine there’s a better takeaway curry house in the whole of Surrey !

The entire order never arrived. It is shown as delivered on the app and there is nothing you can do about it. Really poor.

the naan bread was the only disappointing bit, it was old and dry. the rest was fine

I have always ordered here, the food was amazing. Not sure what has happened the last year, all dishes seem to taste the same and not much flavour unfortunately. Is not worth lowering the quality of food for cheaper prices.

Food took around 45 minutes from "Your order is with the driver" to delivery. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk! The food was not as warm as we were expecting. Disappointing. :-(

Delivery time was given as 20.05-20.25 and it arrived at around 20.45. The app said it had been delivered at 20.30 when it hadn’t so had to call the restaurant. After all that the food was horrible, chicken tough, pappadams had a weird smoky flavour and the onion bahji was dry as anything and full of oil.

Rice, poppadoms and onion bhaji good. We ordered a chicken bhuna and a tandoori chicken but received two chicken curries instead

Ordered at 5.10pm and food delivered at 6.10pm. Considering we are 10 mins away and it was early on a Monday evening, this was a longer wait than expected. Food was delicious although the 2 plain popodoms that we had paid for were missing.

First time ordering from here, food was amazing and arrived early will definitely order from here again

Probably one of the worst curry’s I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some bad ones. Luke warm and the whole thing was just a mushy mess, most went in the bin, plus the onion bajee’s were rock hard. I won’t be ordering from here again and I don’t think I could recommend it to others. Sorry .

The Red Rose has always been a family favourite for myself and my clan. My understanding is that there has been a change of owners but this has not affected the food or service. The team there are always happy to play with the menu and either add a bit more spice or take some away. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and I recommend this to anyone looking for good quality food in the Chessington, Hook or Rushett area.

First time ordering and not disappointed. Food was really lovely, fresh, and arrived hot. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you :)

I ordered the chutney tray selection which I was charged for, but it was missing from order. Also, one of the containers had leaked.

Dry chicken masala, fatty/gristle lamb madras, over cooked onion bhajis ,tasteless saag aloo and tasteless rice….No call back from Manager …AVOID

Fab meal, but no thx to the delivery bod. Just about salvaged it. Upside down and leaking heavily into the outer bag. Come on guys this is what you say you do, and it isn't rocket science! Top marks for restaurant though.

Great food , Great prices & Great friendly atmosphere

Good quality curry as well as quick and polite service. This is now going to be our new local Indian restaurant, as the food was full of flavour and very tasty. I especially enjoyed the garlic naan bread!

Food was supposed to arrive an hour ago and still hasn’t appeared. Man on the phone is beyond rude and doesn’t care at all. Believe the other reviews and avoid. So disappointing.

Food was nice, very tasty but very Luke warm and onion Bhajis were hard,, didn’t seem fresh. Also no salad either!

Other than an hour late really good food.

Took 1 hour 25 mins to arrive and then it was cold and had to heat it in the microwave.

Food was good but annoyed as the discount code didn’t work when I put it in on the just eat site. That was the reason for placing the order. I was lured by the email with the offer.

First time ordering from the Red Rose Chessington and it won’t be the last. Top quality tasty food which we really enjoyed. Only one gripe and that was my curry was very low on sauce which was a bit annoying as it was so lovely.

I've ordered from the Red Rose many times and the food is very good. This time it was just warm and one of the dishes had hardly any sauce in it.

The food tasted very bad. The paneer was tasteless and had zero flavour and the chicken had so much chilli that even us (an Indian household) couldnt take more than a bite. Not ordering from here again!!

It says on the app the food was delivered but not. I called the Red Rose Chessington restaurant and the receptionist wasn’t helpful. He switched off the phone while I’m talking to him. I called the phone line several times but no one is answering my call. Absolutely gutted with the service. It never happen to me before when I ordered on just eat. This time its disappointing and the food came late and the customer service for just eat have no phoneline to call to.☹️☹️☹️

Really great curry! They even accommodated my fiancée Amy’s unusual request of a spicy chicken korma. The food tasted really fresh and we will definitely be dining there again.

We popped in rather than eating at the Chessington hotel. A great decision. Lovely food. Great service. (And only 5 mins down the road)

I Was a long time patron for many years and always ate in the restaurant. Haven’t been for five or six years and tried a takeaway. It was tasteless and bland. The Madras gravy was orange and had been liquidised smooth. The Shashlick hadn’t spent much time in the Tandoor and was bland, as were the Lamb Samosas. Even the Onion Bhajis were about the size of golf balls and lacked flavour. Overall a very disappointing meal.

Went there for the first time and will certainly be the last The food wasn't athletic in fact I could have cook a better curry at home myself my husband and myself ordered two different curries and to be honest they tasted the same it would appear that the meat is seasoned lightly and when you ordered it just gets plopped into the same sauce and microwaved . We left most of our food and just quietly payed after my husband was saying that his food was just repeating on him something that doesn't normally happen after visiting a Indian restaurant anyway we shall not be going again 😔😔😔

The food when it arrives is ok but unfortunately not everything you order ends up in the bag and when you complain they don’t help put it right just offer you credit on another meal that never materialises. Sadly, I have truly lost count on how often this happens (shame on me) but it will be the last time. They ruin the treat of ordering in shame on Red Rose buck your ideas up its really not that difficult

Always quality food great service

My food took 1 hour 27 mins to arrive, staff lied about the food being on route when it wasn't, when it finally arrived it looked like the pic below. Spoke to manager who told me they don't normally deliver to my address but their website took my order no problem. Will not be ordering again, real shame.
