This review is for Kingston branch only. The service was awful, they don’t ask the questions pertaining to the toppings, size etc. contrary to surbiton branch, they ask and suggest. The man didn’t bother to ask whether to eat or takeaway, although i had occupied a seat, he came out with a paper bag and drink, with a “get lost attitude”. When I said I wanted to eat in, he rudely said i never asked. The management should take care of kingston branch in the lines of surbiton branch. The overall brand name is getting tarnished.

If i could put 0 stars i would. The food was horrible, i ordered meaty with chicken and tikka tikka. Both of them were raw chicken.Thats dangerous!!. Called the store and the guy picked up and immediately hung up. Then i called again the same guy picked up he was was rude, dry and unhelpful. I would recommend to not order from this restraunt.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Awful!! Staff were more interested in telephone conversation. We were the only ones in store and we waited a very long time for our food. Food was substandard to say the least. Both myself and my husband had upset stomachs within a few hours of eating there. Avoid, THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. .

Got my order wrong despite me correcting him. When I tried to tell him it was wrong I had to repeat myself 3 times and I wasn't being quiet. No offer for any sauce with my chips, no salt or anything. The chips are so overfried they are just crispy oil .

Yummy 12oz burger, friendly staff, they even gave me chips for free. Def recommend!

BLEH! this food was NASTY that it made me THROW - - - UP. the staff spat at another customer in the store, because he wanted burger sauce. they then put salt all over my head and told me leave. i started crying. they told me i was being a baby, and offered to pay me off. i refused.

Worst service have had to wait 1hr40mins for the food to be delivered. SHOCKING! DONT EVER USE THEM. EVER. MY FAMILY USED THEM AND TOOK 2HRS BUT THOUGHT WOULD GIVE THEM A CHANCE. JUST BEEN TOLD BY DRIVER ROOTH THE OWNER OR CHEF WAS CUTTING OUR CALLS WHEN WE WERE CHECKING UPDATE. POOR!!!! I WANT TO GIVE MINUS STARS!!!

My brother and I can't stop ordering from here, such yummy food that arrives piping hot on delivery! Would recommend the peri peri grilled chicken burger, it comes with a brioche bun and so many options to add other fillings. I always get chili sauce, american cheese and a hash brown, it is to die for!

the burger was not good at all i didn't receive what i paid for the service on the large portion of chips was not enough bad service on the there was no salad in the burger nothing very bad 😡😡😡

I have very bad experience with grilled burger it’s not properly cooked and the staff behaviour is very rude I visited three time all the time they are very rude I complain them but the didn’t take my complaint seriously so I don’t prefer at all

Ordered home delivery and absolutely horrendous experience. Waited 2 hours to receive my order which is totally unacceptable. The burger itself was very good, however couldn't follow simple instructions. Do yourself a favour and only dine in if you can, otherwise be prepared to wait a very long time!

This was one of the worst takeaways I have had. Food was fine but service horrendous. Took almost 2 hours to get my food and then stopped answering my calls when I tried reaching them. Finally had dinner at 11pm! Never ever ordering again!! Advice for everyone, order elsewhere where your custom is valued! I should have read all the negative reviews before ordering!

'Disappointing' doesn't even begin to describe the service. Food arrived at 11 at night after they told us it would arrive by 9.40. Quite a long time for a processed burger if you ask me! Chips weren't great either. Shame lowest rating was 1 star, that was me being generous!

Supposed to arrive at 5pm, no arrival. Called and said driver left and would be here in 5mins. Quarter past, no driver, call back as still haven't gotten my food, only now do I get a mediocre 'oh I'm sorry'. Again at half past no food, 'he will be there in a minute he's outside your door' only at 20 to 6 have I received my food. Awful awful awful service

Honestly... one of the best burgers I have ever had! The meat was perfectly cooked, the bun and the onions too. Also the wrapping paper used to cover the burger means that the burger is really fresh and warm post delivery, and thus the bun doesn't become polluted with the polystyrene burger box taste, (commonly found in other burger places when the burger is just stuffed in the box with no care or thought). Keep up the good work guys!

I don’t think I’ve ever had such an amazing burger before. Very delicious. Excellent food. Ordered twice from here and never been disappointed. Very cheap. Only drawback is the delivery time is ridiculous. 60minute wait. However I can say it’s worth it.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Always prepared for me quick and fresh and have looked after me well every time i been there. Love the new Tacco burgers. Besides they got great burgers.

Very very bad service. Didn’t take correct order. Ordered normal burger. Without cheese I get my order with cheese. I’m allergic to cheese. Took full payment. Never ever ordering from there again.

Chips were very nice and was given 2 extra portions which was a nice gesture. They forgot to give us brioche buns for our burgers and instead gave us ordinary ones which was a massive shame as we wanted a gourmet style burger for an affordable price which is why we chose to eat here. On top of that they took quite a long time to deliver our food and when I rang I was hung up on so had to call again to simply ask where they were. Overall food was nice but a few details missed was a disappointment.

The worst place to order from. I ordered 2 hours ago. I then contacted them to see where my order is, to find out their phone went straight to voicemail. You have one simple job to do, make food and deliver it, and they can’t do that. Shouldn’t be a business if they can’t follow simple instructions.

I have made an order at 8pm. I have never received a confirmation via email. I had to call anf i ve been told it should take 30 to 45 minutes maximum. I have finally received my order it 1h30 minutes later and had to call twice !! And still waiting for the confirmation Very poor service

best staff, super polite and helpful! nice food too! edit: 2nd time we ordered takeaway it took them 1 hr and 30 minutes for the delivery to arrive, even though they said it wouldn't take over 40 minutes. food was a tad cold as well. I guess it's a hit and miss place. Better to go there than order delivery.

Pizza turned up cold. They messed up the drink order. I rang them up and they said they will send another pizza. After an hour it arrived and the guy asked me "was it cold" I said "yes", He looked at me like I was lying rolling his eyes then asked me for money and I said are you joking he said sorry wrong order. Terrible service. I will not be buying from then again. Looking at some of the reviews on here I am positive they have been left by the staff or owners there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM. Tasty Bites never let me down i would suggest you go to them. Also the worst garlic dip in Kingston.

Food is absolutely delicious and fresh on arrival. Delivery staff was incredibly polite and professional. I cannot fault this company so far on their business with me. The food is competitively excellent and I was extremely satisfied with it’s quality. Restaurant standard.

Our order took almost 3 hours to arrive from Old London Road to London Road the last time I ordered! Asked for a discount because the group wanted to give the place another chance, and the guy insinuates that I lied. Disgraceful behavior. Never ordering again.

This is the first time we have ordered food from Burger plus. It came hot and in a timely manner. My Boyfriend and I ordered two 12oz burgers and when they arrived we were shocked by the size of them....they are huge, with three pattys. The first bite exceeded my expectations, it was juicy, tasty and in my opinion the BEST burger I've ever tasted. You won't get quality like this for such a good price!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again..... 5* all the way.
