Great customer service, ordered through Uber eats and it didn’t give me an option for salad on the burger so I rang up and spoke to them. Very friendly and fast delivery! Will be going again

Ordered and half of the food didn't turn up, disappointed in the service over the phone couldn't understand a word the guy said. Donuts turned up completely uncooked and were solid to the core, don't get me wrong decorated nicely but still uncooked this place has let them self go, chips were stale like they have been sat on the side for hours the only thing I enjoyed was the sealed bottle of coke, absolute joke don't order from here Trust me its not worth it.

Ordered 2 pizzas last night (tuesday) and after nearly 2 hours of waiting, numerous phone calls about where it was, 2 different excuses “2 minutes away” one said and the other said “i don’t know where he’s gone” we said “forget it” and then they hung up when it finally arrived. We said “we don’t want it now it’s been too long” won’t be going again no apologies nothing.

Visited this takeaway and lovely food. Old manager back into the shop and very friendly.

Don't ever order from Cheshire Fast Food - absolutely terrible customer service - ordered some food from there for my father over an hour ago and it's still not arrived, they don't answer the phone and the live chat support were useless as they said they couldn't contact the takeaway and couldn't cancel the order either as they needed confirmation from the restaurant. We won't be ordering from them again 😑 so I can't even get a refund until the order is cancelled and at this rate - that'll be never. It seems to me that the food is never going to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous - how they still have customers, I will never know - Update at 20:35pm - it finally arrived but it was cold and delivered an hour and a half later.

Standard of this place gone downhill, Orders always late, Food most of time cold and hardly ever order is right... Use to be love this place but I'm afraid not anymore Sorry guys you let us down in numerous occasions

Ordered a take away from Cheshire fast foods on Saturday and I can say it was horrible me and my son have both woken this morning throwing up will not be ordering from here again

Food came a hour and 40 mins late, food was cold... Order was completely wrong ordered a chicken shawarma kebab with salad and sauce. Got chicken tikka in tinfoil with nothing else! Milkshake wasn't nice at all!

The worst take away I have ever had! All of the onion rings were burnt black! They had clearly just dumped the frier into the box as there were horrible chips that had been In there for hours! Chicken nuggets were also burnt! Donner meat was inedible and the burger was supposef to have no cheese and came with cheese. The driver knocked on the door with the delivery amd was gone before i could open the door. Rang them up and they didn't care. Absolutely s#*t.

Food came 1 hr 40 mins late ordered 4 milkshakes no whip cream when paid extra watery, ice cream came leaking with no toppings we paid for tried to ring no answer.

Much improved! The naan breads are lovely - I recommend the garlic keema naan. The hot wings are also really good - salty and spicy but the really delicious thing is the mango milkshake. Its absolutely fantastic. Its thick, made with real mango pulp and dairy icecream. It's pretty decadent and addictively good. The service is great and delivery times are good too, the website could probably do with some work. They should introduce a search function as the menu is so large that it's hard to find things sometimes. What I usually get (wings) is in the extras section rather than the fried chicken section for example.

Food was nice when it came but 1 hour 45 mins late......... dont bother it ruins a family night!

Absolute disgrace wouldn't have given 1 star but no option for zero did a pre order for 7.45pm no show at 8.05pm I then call and their response order is lost in the system and will compensate with 2 free fudge cakes definitely won't be ordering from them again 1st and last bloody time.

My first order came all damaged as one of the curry's had split open and was over all the order. The salad was hot as if it had been warned up in the microwave. Rang them up and explained what had happened and offered to send photos to show the mess. Guy I spoke to apologised and said he would get me another order sent up as soon as he could. I offered to package the original order up and hand it back but he said not necessary. When the replacement arrived it was packaged well and the side salad was lovely and fresh. No poppadoms were sent with either order but not the end of the world. Only 2 onion bhajis in the side order which I thought was expensive as almost £4. However these tasted amazing and definitely recommend them. The naan bread, rice and curries were really tasty. Next time I would only order the one between us both and maybe try a different side order as I ordered chicken tikka. Overall very nice and tasty when it eventually came fit to eat. Too much to eat for 2 so quite a bit left over. Even though the condition of the first order sent was awful, they apologised and replaced it quickly

Awful chicken kebab. I can't believe that for £6, that's what I received. First and last time I'll be ordering food from here.

Pizza was very nice, however the chicken tikka kebab was a joke. I’ve seen more salad in a meat platter.. no sauce either, glad I bought a drink because there was no chance I could swallow it otherwise.

They sent a meal short and would not pick up the phone to let them know . Just eat were useless as they could not contact them either. Despite following the complaints process I heard nothing. Not using them again

Cheshire fast food? More like Cheshire slow food, why have a timer on your website if your not going to arrive in the designated time? More than enough times my food has been over an hour late from here. Shame really because the food is banging! #peaceout

5Star for sure ipon the pizzas. I have only ever had a pizza from here but its the BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER TASTED.. best quality and low pric i only ordered a 10"pizza with a can. And got a FREE ICE CREAM. VERRY NICE OVER THE PHONE. Nice lad that delivered. Verry polite 👊🏼✌😁

Utterly Fabulous takeaway in the heart of Macclesfield. A hugely varied menu, with everything from burgers, chips , kebabs and pizzas. However, its the utterly beautifully tasty incredible Indian "fare" available. Without doubt the BEST Indian Curries around. The staff are also Wonderful, do helpful, polite: everything. Take away delivery services are second to none. My personal favourite ☺🤗😋

friendly staff ..nice food ..clean ..fresh ..little confusion with the chicken meat on a kebab ..but as explained to me its chicken tikka ..I decided ok ..so a little diff ..but still satisfying....lamb sish realy good too on the kenan ..would order again!

Have ordered delivery from here loads and been happy. THEN!! One evening I was in Macc and decided to pop in to order my usual, when I saw the kebab meat on the spike behind the counter it was all shrivelled and dry. The heat wasn't on and the kebab wasn't turning, it looked like it had been sat there cold for a week! I didn't think for a second it was even in use still, to my horror the guy started shaving meat off it! I said - that's not for my order is it?? He said - yes why? I couldn't believe it I asked how long it had been on there he looked at me blankly so went over the road where I could see the meat was fresh and hot!
