Why you never online for deliveries?? And when you are you are cancelling!!

food was was late, but hot, very apologetic as it was so busy. I will still order from here as the service is usually amazing and this is the first time it's been late.

Me and my mates went here for some chips and the staff were really rude. When we sat done they said ‘what do you want’ and one of my friends who has special needs replied. The worker then proceeded to shout at us and telling us to leave even though we had already ordered food. We then asked for our food so we could go and they said no ( keep in mind we had payed for it) so then we asked for our money back and they also refused so we said we would stay until we got our food then we wood leave. The worker then continued to shout and refuse to give us anything. Eventually we got our chips, which were the wrong size and didn’t come with any of the seasonings and sauces that we paid extra for. We went back in so we could get what we paid for and they just chucked little amount of Peri peri salt and refused to give us the sauce. Absolutely terrible the tables were sticky and wonky and wouldn’t stay still and the booths were very cramped to the point where there is barely any room to move. The way the staff treat their customers who are willing to pay for their food is absolutely disgusting.

I can't fault this takeaway. The food was good quality and arrived piping hot, and with a fast delivery to boot. 5 stars all around!

Not worth the money, should be quality over quantity but neither were there, first time trying and food was poor really disappointed expected so much more and was so looking forward to it such a shame.

Not sure what all the negative review’s are about, as alway people quick to moan. We’ve been fitting our kitchen recently and we had some issues with gas ect so have been eating out more than often. Krunchies have been great, consistent quality, good portion sizes and not overly priced. Everything we’ve had has been great, very tasty. We’ve noticed that KFC have been rubbish of late, in our opinion Krunchies is better. Ignore the negative comment’s and give them a go.

Can’t fault this place always decent delivery time, food is always fresh and hot.

Spicy fillet way overly spicy! Doesn’t need to be inedible, also please fix your menu so that customising options are available and dips can be selected, basic job.

The food was excellent, although I couldn't really enjoy it due to how ravenous I was by the time it was delivered! It was an hour late and every time we rang they kept saying it'll be there in 10 minutes. And after all that they forgot the juice for the order! Usually amazing, this time rubbish.

As always, hot, tasty and prompt delivery.

I’m literally 7 minutes away from the restaurant I’ve been waiting over 1hour and a half for my food also rang them multiple times never once answered a few times it said they was on the phone not what I want when I order food this is why I don’t use just eat

Chicken kfc was Ridiculously over salted to the point that it was edible. Would have been a danger to health if eaten. Dangerous and disgusting.,

Ordered 2hrs and 12 mins ago and counting. The restaurant is 5 mins from my hotel. Not answering the phone. Just Eat unreachable. Says order with courier 35 mins ago - still not here. Utterly appalling customer service.

Order hasn’t arrived! An hour and 40mins we’ve been waiting and no one will answer the phones!!!!

Ordered from here on Just Eat - I was staying in a hotel 5 mins drive away. Kept pushing back delivery time. Didn’t answer phone. Just Eat unreachable by phone. 2 hrs 31 mins and counting. Said ‘food with courier’ 50 mins ago - still now sign and now showing as ‘delivered - enjoy your food’. Chance would be a fine thing. Absolute jokers. Appalling customer service.

Normally it is very good so we order from them regularly. But unfortunately it was disappointed this time. The food seem was cooked and waited for a while, the SFC was tough and dry!! It taste just like cardboard when you eat a dry & tough chicken unfortunately. Also the pizza was only like warm, will I order again, I properly will, but won’t be in near future.

Always very nice, usually very quick. A better tower burger than kfc, and good chips!

Ordered the spicy double decker burger and expected the chicken fillet to have a spicy seasoning, NOT swimming in hot sauce, to the extent that you cant even pick it up. The rest of our order was good but guys you have really let yourselves down here... SORT IT OUT GUYS YOU CAN BE BETTER THAN THIS

Food was good, just lacked that extra bit this time, like usually 5star++ but this time it felt like quality was down, maybe just a slip up, usually beyond amazing.

Rubbery cheese, plastic tasting chicken….. generally just a bad pizza. Chicken was decent.

Was over one hour later , and spicy wings were tiny

Food was okay, came super hot and tasted pretty good all in all. Would probably order again but would have to collect as it was over an hour from ordering to delivery and I live 0.5 miles from the place. It’s less than a 5 minute drive. If you’re willing to go collect then it’s honestly a pretty good takeaway but I wouldn’t wait for delivery again.

The chicken here is some of the best, as well is the curly fries.

Took over two hours to arrive at the house. Freezing cold. Only 1 pot of gravy for two meals. I paid extra for extra meat. The meat I received was not even one portion full and it was the ends of the gammon and fatty lamb. No meat in with the actual meal. I always order from this place and I also attend the restaurant in person at least 1/2 times per week. Extremely disappointed. Especially when my child is sat up waiting for his tea at past 9pm.

Will never order online again order placed 8:40 I recieved a message at 10:10 to say it was on its way. I rang them at 10:20 it was delayed but they will send some extra chicken and will be with me in 1 min got the order around 10:35 everyone was very tired a lot of wasted food. The only reason I ordered from their as its my son's favourite for a treat.

Had a cheese and garlic bread couldn't taste any cheese need a stronger cheese. Chicken was nice and hot.

This was our first time trying as we are new to the area and we are so glad we did food is brilliant and tasty will definitely be having again.

Always good burgers and fries. Delivery was a little delayed but ordered on a Friday night so it's expected it'd take longer.

Arrived about 10 minutes early all hot and steamy still. The chips were still crunchy and yummy and the chicken burgers well…… they were soooooo good I didn’t want it to end. I always buy from Krunchys and will keep on doing so.

If you are looking for halal and delicious food, try krunchy,s prices are a bit high, but food is much tasty and yummy. i would highly recommend this takeaway in Middlewich..

Great food, exactly what I ordered, delivered speedily.

Food was fine; service wasn’t. Paid for extra green chillies on a pizza which we’re out of stock and restaurant didn’t refund the difference. The restaurant did call to advise however I expect to be refunded regardless of the call.

As always the food was piping hot and the quality was exceptional. Good food delivered with a smile.

Food was cold chips especially. Driver was smoking and had cigarette in his mouth and put it in his hand whilst he passed my food. If it was a shop I would have asked for my money back

Again another chicken outlet that will decide what you can have to eat and not what you ordered.

I will never be going back to krunchys in middlewich this the second time they have let us down 1st time never turned up with are food ect now the 2 second time we ordered the food agina though we give ago agina but we was wrong food didnt come on time when was told on the phone 45 mints didn't come so we rang krunchys they said be 15.25 mints when its was order 7.45 not for are food come 9 .45 truned up the hous with the after we cancelled the order with my mother being Diabetic ect this is so disgusting

Best chicken fillet burger in a while and from here (Quickly Learned that this is probably onr of a verry few to still do an unseasoned chicken fillet burger)

Love the food. Service is always excellent and good quality chicken. It’s been a regular of ours for a while and will continue to be.

Food was amazing. I kind of made a mistake on the order, and I phone to restaurant and adjusted it, they accepted the readjustments, and it still came wrong….

Burger meals don’t actually come with fries and don’t bother asking for sauces as they don’t come either?! Avoid and go to fantastics or mr donars!

It was a great experience, the chicken was really good and the pizzas were excellent. The staff were also very helpful and quick. Overall the restaurants was very clean and I enjoyed my time.

Just went to Krunchy’s for Birthday Milkshakes & they were so nice! We tried the Oreo & M&M. Also my nephew doesn’t like Milkshakes so a member of staff gave him a free drink so he wasn’t without something, very kind gesture 😀

The food has not been delivered, despite the app saying that it has. I don't know what's going on, but I would like my food or a refund.

Food was delivered late and a little on the lukewarm side. Food itself was good but not hot enough. I wish restaurants would be more realistic on delivery times at point of order. The consumer can then decide whether they are happy to wait (which will often be the case and it manages their expectations) or choose an alternative.

We've had food from krunchy's before lovely chicken . And the pizza are great too. Excellent delivery always on time . And they text you to let you know there on the way .

Arrived just over 2 hours after placing the order, freezing cold due to the driver saying he could not find my adress when no other takeaway had finding my adress

We ordered 2 chicken Burgers and 2 childrens nuggets No where on just eat does it say the chicken burger came with lettuce and Mayo so I asked for 1 burger to be with it. They then sent them both and tried saying it was my fault because I didn’t have there menu from the shop which for someone that has never been there before couldn’t have that menu. They also tried saying I only ordered the nuggets and not a kids meal which when I looked on my recipe it clearly shown by the price difference that I had in fact ordered 2 childrens meals. When I called krunchys the gentleman I delt with was very rude he refused to send the rest of the kids meals apart from one of the drinks and he sent my partner a new burger which from the way he spoke to me on the phone my partner refused to take. We had to give our little boys the chips from our meal just so they actually had a meal. I will never be buying from them again and all this was after the delayed our food in the first place. I am so disappointed as the food my children ended up eating and my burger was actually nice it was just the poor service and i wouldn’t wish for anyone to be spoken to that way as it was awful. The one thing I can say was our delivery driver was actually lovely and he just didn’t know what to do

Food was fine but delivery time was extended 3 times, called and they said 15 mins. Was another 30. Food was 90 mins in the end. Just eat had said 25-40 mins.. useless estimate.

Food took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Had to go out to the driver ourselves and the food was cold. Upon ringing the restaurant after an hour I was advised 20 minutes and were busy

Great Chicken, awesome chips, nice burgers, decent pizza, good range of shakes. Have been multiple times and never had a bad experience.

Only half of the order was deliver then 45 min later the rest was delivered so the other food was cold. This is not the first time and we will not be ordering again.

Enjoyed the chicken double fillet burger. Thought we'd ordered 2xkids meals, but actually only ordered 6chicken popcorn and 6 chicken nuggets they were expensive for what they were.

Took about two hours to deliver three burgers and fries on a Tuesday night too, phoned/ web called to ask where the delivery was... funny story two punctures, what's the odds? Shame as we love to support local businesses. Food was so cold it had probably sat in a car for over an hour, no apology, no dirty fingers from changing two tyres... no i don't recommend.

Use to be nice now I order a burger and it turns up in a hot dog bun and the staff try telling me that what a burger is won't be using again
