Cherry Tree Cafe in Haringey

Didnt pop up in search but so glad I stopped. Lovely welcome and good choice of sandwiches, jacket potatoes or sweet treats. I enjoyed a good cappuccino and panini. The address on TripAdvisor needs updating as not London but nearest city is High Wycombe!

After entering the cafe I thought what a lovely old fashioned place. It's small, not much space, but we found a table, ordered coffee and quiche, they only have price for drinks, food has no visible pricing.. The quiche was microwaved upon serving, came soggy, but we thought, well, it's an old style cafe.. But hey, the shock when we went to pay, super overpriced for what it was.. An experience certainly, but surely won't repeat that

Great pub, Great drink selection, Great crowd and Great Atmosphere… the only downside was the barman… Big guy, dark skin, I believe his name was Paul… made weird comments towards us and constantly looked at us with strange eye contact throughout the evening… I don’t know if he was drunk or what but he wouldn’t leave us alone and made our experience so uncomfortable we had to leave just to get away from him and even as we tried to exit he then tried to get our personal contact information… such a weird strange man… I wouldn’t come back here if I see him working… otherwise it’s great place to be

The worst service I have ever received, I got a terrible coffee from a friend who works alone and is not a barista. I am making this comment in front of the door… Wherever I am in the world, I prefer Costa coffee, but this takes all the pleasure out of me and I become Aticak instead of drinking this coffee.
