Found this cafe, in High St. It's dog friendly and customer service was excellent. Girl was very friendly and welcoming. She even offered our dog a free sausage. Reasonable prices, definitely recommend.

This as my wife tells me is one of the BEST fry ups she has every had. Local bacon and sausages were outstanding eggs cooked to perfection and not a bit of grease.... cooked very very well. This is a small unpretentious cafe but the food is quite superb. We had full English breakfasts and they were cooked to perfection. All items equally piping hot. I was picky and didn't want the bacon as it was smoked so I was offered alternative items and had an extra sausage and extra mushrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The King's Head in Wroxham should send a mystery shopper here to see how it's done. We shall be going again tomorrow on our way home.

This place had only just reopened after lockdown, so I was a bit concerned about going in, but I shouldn't have worried. The menu was reduced but I fancied a breakfast and it was there on the menu. A good breakfast it was too. A lot less tables than before, because of the "social distancing" but that stop the place having some atmosphere. Clean, good staff, decent food good prices as well. Give this place a try, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

We came to Stalham to visit Daddy Donuts but called in here for coffee as we got a bit confused as to where Daddy Donuts was. Anyway, we are so glad we did. The cafe was busy with regulars having cooked breakfasts which looked amazing. Table service was provided and we opted to share a piece of cake and have tea and coffee. My mum is not the easiest coffee drinker to please and she was very happy with her coffee. We had the orange and lemon cake and half a slice each was plenty for us - it was delicious! All the cakes are home-made and excellently so. The visit set us up nicely for a wander round Stalham and yes, we did find Daddy Donuts in the end

So we for wander in Stalham to see what we could find somewhat sceptical as there was around 16 of us. We stumbled on Cherry Blossom Cafe who made room for all of us. They catered for all the fussy eaters by changing what came with the breakfasts. Its £9 for the largest breakfast but it is well worth the money. We waited over ten minutes to be served in a fairly empty cafe and as we were about to leave the staff member claimed not to have noticed us despite putting food out on the table right next to us. I love this place, we regularly holiday in the Norfolk area and always call into this café for a hot beverage and a cake when we are in or nearby to Stalham. My wife and I called in on the afternoon of the 27th October with our two young girls. The staff could not have been more welcoming, they engaged with our two young girls and were very polite and courteous. The food was nice but is pricey for what you get, the staff are very few worded and when taken my order i then had to go up and order the drinks. Then once the food had been brought to the table i then had to go up again and ask about missing items. Two of these items were not available (which was not mentioned when the order was taken) and the other item had just been forgotten about. The lack of high chairs is ridiculous and though the interior is right and welcoming could do with a dusting and the blinds need to have a trip through the washing machine. I personally wouldn't eat there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they wanted to pay high for little food.

Considering I work in Stalham myself, I will not be biased about Cherry Blossom Café. However I very much believe in 'speak as you find' and even if I myself were on holiday on the broads (like many do this time of year) or from a nearby town or village and had no previous knowledge of this establishment, I would be very impressed! I'm not sure how everyone else may feel about popping into a café for lunch or just for a coffee & cake, but for me it has to have character! It's lovely little corner café's such as this one that are essential in a busy market town such as Stalham. Cherry Blossom is very unique and the owner has made this establishment 'their own' by furnishing and decorating it to match their personality. A bright and cheery dining area (sofa's and coffee tables also available to sit at) is surrounded by local artwork and other local crafts including jewellery, patchwork items and many more (all of which are for sale!). Looking at the comments below, some customers may not like the 'brightness' of the pink within the café (hense the name Cherry Blossom) and that is their own opinions, but as I said previously, this just adds to the cheerful environment this café brings, and that is what I like to see when entering a cosy corner café! I haven't tried a meal in there as of yet, but I must say, if you don't want to have a meal at least try their wonderful homemade cakes. They truly are very yummy, not to mention being spoilt for choice! Customer service may be slow as within any establishment, but more often that not this is due to many old and new customers all coming in for breakfast, lunch and snacks, which calls for cooking different orders all at once. 'Peak times' are very common for establishments along the street and obviously mealtimes will be a busy time for Cherry Blossom, however I am sure the staff take care in making sure everyone is served equally and efficiently. Parking along the High Street is very poor, there are car parks along the street but these are only for certain establishments (these are usually signposted outside the car parks), however Tesco's of Stalham offer a 2 or 3 hour (can't remember which) free parking service for customers to shop in the High Street. I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of visiting Stalham and grabbing a bite to eat at Cherry Blossom Cafe' whilst you are there!

I usually dive into this place, order a quick take out coffee (and they are good!) and try hard (but often fail) not to be tempted by the awesome array of cakes on offer. This time my husband and I went in at lunchtime for a change. He often goes in for breakfast which he really rates. We had paninis and toasted sandwiches with a great side salad and some chips. All very nice - plates were cleared. It's a bustling little place with locals and visitors. It's fun and funky, obviously decorated with love and care. What was really nice to see an old local chap, who maybe has a touch of dementia or something, come in and be really well looked after by the staff. They knew his name, knew exactly what he wanted and got it on the table for him before our order. Now, if you think that serving a disadvantaged old man, who is evidently a regular, before you is a bad thing well don't come here (and have a little tap on your chest to see if you have a heart) but I though the compassion and care shown to him was at the heart of the cafe's ethos. There were young mums in there, older people, female friends chatting over coffee, two business men having lunch, workmen coming in to grab a cake and coffee to go - it has a very community feel; it's in the heart of the high street but easy to access. In a time of impersonal chain coffee shops where everything is done to a formula, places like this are a refreshing change.

Whilst there is no denying this place can be very busy, no doubt due to their prime position in the centre of Stalham High Street - my wife and I left rather disappointed.Upon entering, you can be in no doubt this an establishment run by a female - it is very pink, and very girly in its décor! Inside is an odd assortment of different size tables - ours felt sticky and not very clean! The service was less than ideal - we were seated for an unacceptably lengthy period of time without any acknowledgement from any of the staff - unacceptable because they didn't seem particularly busy - the diners who were already in there were in the middle of eating their food or drinking their drinks, and no-one else appeared to be waiting for service. When we were eventually attended to, the lad seemed polite enough, although he wasn't aware of menu items which were sold out! Once the order was taken, the time for food and drink to arrive seemed acceptable - but when it arrived - a feeling of slight disappointment. OK, the drinks were fine - but then surely a cafe shouldn't be able to make a balls-up of tea and coffee! The food - an egg and bacon bap - seemed uninspiring. And I don't know about you, but when I order a bacon and egg bap (or similar) - I just have to eat it with my hands . . . but there were no napkins or serviettes. I asked the server, but was told they had run out!!!! Never mind, I'll just suffer eggy hands in the hope that it tastes good, and then clean myself up later in their toilet. Was the food any good? Well, I personally found it very average, even slightly disappointing. I've had many a better bacon and egg bap from many a roadside trailer burger bars, in a wide variety of surprising locations. My wife was disappointed with her food too.Upon finishing, I went to the loo - to do the obvious and to clean my eggy hands. A complete lack of toilet paper restricted what I was able to do on the 'big white telephone' - and a lack of hand soap and towels severely restricted cleaning my hands! In view of the quality of the food, the indifferent service, and the lack of cleanliness and ablution supplies - we felt that it was overpriced. The lady owner was certainly bright and cheery - but we noticed a distinct favouritism towards her 'regulars' - whilst we have no problem with the owner addressing her regulars by their names, and discussing their daily activities - this should categorically NOT be at the detriment of 'new' customers! Accordingly, unless you are a 'regular' - we can not recommend this establishment.

Really have to go a long way to find such nice looking and tasting cakes. All sorts of coffees, extra shots, that sort of thing. Always buzzing and friendly, do a loyalty card. A really good addition to Stalham High Street.

We were visiting Stalham whilst on holiday in Cromer. We have been many times over the years as we love Norfolk and enjoy a wander around Stalham. We needed to have lunch and thought that this café looked pretty and was quite busy inside. Our first choice of food was unavailable so my husband opted for the "Special" of the day as recommended by our friendly waitress. I just had a toasted sandwich which was passable. His meal was a pie of minced meat with cabbage and other veg. The gravy was congealed, the pie tasteless, the potato lumpy and the cabbage disintegrating and completely colourless. The drinks were alright but quite expensive compared to some small cafés.Probably more a place for a cake than a meal to go by our experience unfortunately.

Great decor, nice staff and a choice of home-made cakes. Lots of syrups for different coffees and my favourite choice of tea-bags (STASH Brand- Very good quality). Relaxing environment and enjoyed our shopping break.

A great find. Lovely freshly cooked food and home made cakes. Very well priced considering local quality products sourced. Lovely friendly team and an owner who strives to provide the area with one of the best cafes around. I recommend the coffee, its better than all the leading high street chains!!

Stalham is a buzzing little town on a Saturday morning and we wandered along the High Street until a table became available in this cafe. The menu was good and varied and reasonably priced, although our local café in Caister is slightly cheaper, and larger portions and drink for the price. Service could have been better - we waited some time to pay while a member of staff chatted to friends on the phone. Great community feel, so maybe we caught them on an off day.

This was one of our favourite quirky finds when on holiday last year. Choose your own donuts...yes please! No arguments from the kids as they can choose their own. Lovely, entrepreneurial family run business. It was highly recommended to us by the Hotel we stayed at - i can see why! We will be back when we csn visit the area again.

Called in Today for a quick snack & drink as we have been here several times in the past. Unfortunately it was not quite the same as it was a couple of years ago. One member of staff was not as customer friendly as she could have been. Food was less than average. Sorry but we won't be returning

This is the second visit to the pub- after the annual Land Rover rally for the Norfolk firefighters charity. The first time we visited was just for drinks, this time we had a meal- a roast dinner in my case. We hadn’t booked and were very pleased with the service, the lady behind the bar took our orders promptly and was very helpful with the children’s menu. Food was served quickly and was delicious, proper “pub grub” The atmosphere was very pleasant too, it was a dark, wet November night and upon entering you’re greeted by an open fire, cozy bar and cozy restaurant. Will definitely be returning- more than once a year!

Atmosphere and staff very friendly. Had nice cheese scones warm and soft to eat. Tea and latte were really tasty. Will come again hopefully with the dogs
