Chens Kitchen Chinese Restaurant in Northumberland

The single most disgusting meal I've ever ordered. It was literally rotten. Chicken tasted like fish, chop suey roll made me throw up instantly. Everything else was drowning in salt to try cover up the vinegary rotten taste. All went straight in the bin. Avoid unless fancy a nice little hospital getaway.

Dinner | £20–30 We ordered from here all through lockdown in order to support local chinese after all the bad wuhan press. However a couple of weeks ago we ordered and the food was terrible, clearly reheated, tough and inedible. We complained via justeat but got nowhere. Will never order from chens or justeat again.

Not impressed ,, chicken was very tough and chewy and chips where cold .. tiny portions for the price I paid .. had much better from other Chinese won’t be going back

I ordered for me and my son for home delivery. We got our food. Chips were over cooked, dry and cold so basically it had been cooked for a while. Crispy king prawn honey and chilli was mushy and the prawns were swimming in the sauce which was basically water. Wasted my money. Very expensive for the poor quality of food. It all went in the bin. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The worst Chinese in Bedlington, twice my wife and I have felt ill after eating here, once you could maybe say ok bad day or maybe even some other meal, but twice, no, clearly something is not right. Environmental health informed as the manager could not care a less. Furthermore they could not care a less about the fact there drivers constantly block the road out side the shop!

Delivery over an hour late, food freezing cold and got the order wrong. Full House here guys, well done. If only I could give you a zero 👋 👎

Driver delivered to wrong address and I’m waiting for a refund. Driver never returned call and both driver and restaurant go to voicemail.

Unfortunately when receiving our order via delivery instructions for allergies for cook were not met, waited just under a hour for food, when it got here needed to wait for new order, also chips that were sent with order were barley cooked, dry and can tell were not fresh. My main was bland and for being crispy chicken it was soggy. Spoke to someone at the restaurant who advise they would resent order but I will have to wait, although they didn’t seem to bothered First time trying the restaurant... won’t be coming back unfortunately

best chinese in north east . food is lush .and nice people served here .i will recommend to my friends try here.
