Poor delivery time Restaurant was very unhelpful when I called twice Terrible service

Um the kotthu I didnt like this time theres no meat nor good taste

Food arrived within the extended delivery time. However the bag was soaked with oil. Not a big problem but we had asked fir everything mild but the food was pungent so much so we could not eat most of it.

No meat on the Britain's just felt had 3 pieces of lamb and 2 pieces of chicken for 7.95 that's an RIP off and it felt rice put in an empty pot of curry and sent here . Not ordering here again for awhile the food in this restaurant has gone rubbish over the period of 2 years

it was over 30 minutes late, so I waited over an hour and a half. The food quality wasn’t great either; everything was too oily... The food has previously been good which made up for the later delivery but not this time :(

Food was too oily. Delivery was 90mins. Messed up order. Won't be buying from here anymore.

I love my curry’s! This was extremely greasy, the nan must have been deep fried. popadums were not cooked just thick with oil. The curry was spicy but no flavour. all the food was cold despite meeting the delivery man immediately. really poor. In fact it was awful around. really disappointing

We ordered take away from here today, just awful! We requested for all food mild and they gave spicy which some of my husband and toddler cannot have. We ordered 2 naans and we received only 1, the mushroom portion size was terrible, couple of tablespoons that’s it! The sambhar with the dosa was runny like water, I regret ordering from here.

Granted my address is confusing, so had to drive to meet delivery man half way which negates the point of lazy take away delivery. But after all that, the mutton was very disappointing and had to bin it. What a shame as in desperate search for a good curry place.

It seems that the chef or management changes. Currys are sweet. Better to rename as Gujarati restaurant. Binned some food. Good delivery people, though. Never buy again from here. Sorry.

The chicken was very stringy and the rice was full of bay leaf.

I love South Indian food, but this was disappointing. Chilli dishes were sweet. Paneer 65 was terrible. Medhu vada and plain dosa were a hit though

Took an hour and a half to arrive, asked for egg fried rice biryani and was shocked to find a WHOLE boiled egg in my meal! Thought i would recieve a curry alongside it and received yoghurt. Ordered a coke and received a pepsi... Not happy at all..

The naan was nice but there was not much meat in the main dish at all.. While the portion was just about adequate but more meat kess sauce. It was not entirely what I expected. Different style than indian normal cuisine. Delivery was on time and service from the delivery driver was very good and he was courteous also.

The amount of time it takes to deliver is insane. :(

sad to say, it was not good at all. we ordered 4 different curries and the ones sent all tasted the same. 2 different naans ordered and they both tasted the same. Not impressed.

Korma was spicier than expected but very nice food

Restaurant has moved the timeline by 30 minutes when i placed the order. Even after that they have delivered 30 minutes late. Nearly 1 hour late from what just eat app delivery timeline.

I was left disappointed with this restaurant for the following reasons: 1) delivery was late, the driver also acknowledged this by apologising (not good enough); 2) ordered egg fried rice but when recieved, it was not egg fried rice but i could not cintact them to allow them to correct the order, thus ended up eating it. I was disappointed

I didn’t really know what I was ordering but when my selection arrived I was very pleased, it was delicious. Really sweet delivery guy, polite, over all really happy.

I liked the food I ordered except for the potato curry. The chicken curry and mini idlis were good.

Food was cold by the time it was delivered. Dosa was very tangy as was sambar- more brothlike. Mutton curry small portion with barely more than 4 pieces.

The food was both late and cold. When heated paneer was chewy disappointing.

We ordered 2 chicken dishes and had to throw both out due to undercooked (or not cooked at all) chicken... First time ordering from here, never again......

Get a proper south Indian cook please. The food quality can be much better. The chutney was not even close to proper south Indian taste.

i love your food especially country chicken curry and mutton roti kothus. food portion was slightly smaller (or perhaps i loved it so much it wasn't enough for me). delivery time needs to be improved.

AVOID! Ordered a chicken tikka masala.. even a tiny spoonful was enough to set my mouth on fire. I was convinced they’d sent the wrong curry! They agreed to send out a replacement and to play it safe I opted for a KORMA... And can you believe it... So spicy I couldn’t eat it! What a waste of money and left me still hungry. The gentleman who delivered the replacement was very friendly but food just waaaay too spicy. Note to the restaurant.... If I’ve complained about the spice, don’t send out a KORMA which is the same level of heat! Waited 45 mins for the replacement, which was just as inedible as the first... I’m a very unhappy, tummy-still-grumbling, lips stinging, mouth on fire customer!!

Late delivery and such a bad food ever I had in my life . Not worth for the money. Do some better service in future and u need a great effort to put stringhoppers kottu.i got wamit

The restaurant is abysmal. Do not order from here not only was the food late items were missing. The lady who answered the phone state the missing items would be there within 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes later still no items. Multiple calls and a woman who just proved to be useless as she did not 1. want to listen and 2. kept lying ended up with JustEat getting involved and resolving the matter. Seriously do not order from here its not worth the time or effort!

Although the delivered early and food was tasty they forget an item on the order . Please remember to deliver everything next time but thank you for the tasty food and on time delivery

Ordered masala fish fry, it was too much dry and chewy not fresh at all....ll never order that again. Rest of the food was good.

I visited here yesterday with my family, it seems an ok place, and wasn't very busy for a Saturday night. we were given the menu's and very soon after the waiter came over to take our order. We had not decided on the main course, so ordered the starter and drinks, and asked him to put the order in, as we were hungry,and give us a few more minutes to order the mains. We had to flag the waiter down to take our order for the mains as he had disappeared from the front of house. We gave him the order for the mains and were still waiting for our drinks and starters. There was another chap at the front of house, but we were not sure if he was meant to be serving or not, as he didn't seem to know anything about the food on the menu when asked, but still seemed to attend to customers, in between taking calls on his phone, which kept ringing very loudly!!! Finally our starters arrived, but still no drinks. A few minutes later our mains arrived, and when we asked about our drinks, we were told they had run out of what we had ordered, but the waiter had not bothered to tell us this sooner, or come back to offer an alternative. In the end we settled for a jug of water, as this seemed the safer bet to actually having any kind of drink!!!!!!! Food was ok, when we finally got it, but the service is terrible. Advice to the owners, if you have an establishment where customers can eat, then have the decency to serve them!!!!!!

They never delivered the food and marked as delivered ... Scammers and then they don't answer your call not reply back. Don't order from them...

I have had food from here before i was very upset this time food was late and cold.not happy

a truly terrible experience. We ordered popadoms which were SOAKED in oil: this was immediately visible to the eye. Several were also burnt and acrid. They were all inedible. No chutneys were available on the menu so I asked in the ‘comments’ section for mango chutney to be sent to have with the popadoms; this request was simply ignored. The parathas were floppy and undercooked. The chicken tikka masala contained tough, cheap, over-cooked chicken with big pieces of peppers in the oily sauce. I paid in excess of £30 for food which all ended up in the bin. This is by far the worst Indian takeaway experience of my life.

We are vegetarian but eat eggs and ordered egg biryani through just-eats, the restaurant put a boiled egg chopped in half with the rice. When my guests sat down to eat there was pieces of chicken in the biryani. The restaurant did not make biryani from scratch, they just removed large pieces of chicken with an egg, but didn't think small pieces would remain. We will not be using this restaurant again. Completely untrustworthy, cheating vegetarian customers. Absolutely unprofessional, completely bad restaurant. Never again will we be ordering from a rubbish establishment if you can call it that.

The portion size is small, when the food came it was barely warm, I was starving and had to wait over an hour before it came. The driver also didn’t have the right change, this isn’t the first I’ve had such awful service from this place. Absolutely appalling.

food is normally so tasty from this place but this last order didn’t seem to be of the same quality. we love getting a bunch of starters & having them with plain dosa. this time I added daal and chicken korma for my young daughter and asked in special request box for those two things to be mild. daal was fine but korma was very watery and tasteless. such a shame. it seemed they had just added a load of water to a previously nice dish to make it mild. i wish they had just marked the menu with what is mild/spicy. also for some reason the dosa was more like a paratha (fried on both sides) and coconut chutney was watered down too. the rest was nice.

Meat was chewy this time and chicken sauce was too tangy ☹️

I had ordered from here earlier too and the food was okayish. This time, it was so bad that I had to find the review link and write this down here. I ordered Rava Dosa and it tasted like oiled paper. It was so bad I had to throw it. Also, I ordered the veg noodles that were made out of VERMICELLI! There is a difference between the two. Could not eat that too. Not ordering again :(

Food was tasty but to spicy which meant couldn`finish it as mouth went numb.. Perhaps option when ordering Curry or spcied dishes online to specity mild,.mediium or hot is needed. Wish curry could be standardised because depending on restaurant it can vary in heat.

Ordered Masala dosa, the potato filling was off. Left a very bad taste in the mouth, I will not be ordering again.

Please take this review seriously. First time I ordered from here and first time I have left a review on Just-eat. I wanted to protect others. Food was absolutely horrendous. They gave me a so called ‘mixed grill’. It was just lots of chicken and a few lamb chops slap dashed together in two containers. Didn’t look grilled or fresh. looked like a pile of old meat in a garbage bin huddled together. Had to ask them to replace it with a prawn curry which was well below satisfactory. Heed these words, you have been warned. My tummy is hurting a bit this morning as well...

I don't what the rice was but it was more like jelly and when a naan arrives folded in half wrapped in tin foil it's slightly off putting. The rice went straight in the bin, luckily I had some uncle Ben's in the cupboard.

The food was cooked very good and I really loved it but I was a bit concerned about too much oil contained in the veg biryani.

well !! food used to be great and was delivered well before time which is great but was very disappointed with food. I asked for spicy and they actually seem to put chopped chilly on top just for the sake of it and I ordered for boneless mutton curry but was delivered on the bone mutton curry . I should be charged less .

This was my third order from this place. First time was ok. Second time I found thin strip of metal from a tin can in the food which I complained about and they replaced the item. This time they were late and also the delivery driver could not bothered that the curry containers were leaking oil and had spilled into the biryani. Also there is an inconsistency in the quality of the food obviously different chefs using inconsistent recipes. Called to complain only to be told they will note it for next time. Unfortunately there will be no next time as I will not be ordering from here again.

Food was great, would highly recommend the potato curry and the masala dosa especially. The food did take a long time to arrive however, and was 15 minutes after the time stated. The man who delivered the food was apologetic and on the whole I would order again from them.

Once food had arrived we quickly realized that some of our order was missing so immediately phoned the restaurant they kept repeating back to us what we were telling them and eventually they hung the phone up on us and our other calls were ignored , We then had to get in touch with the people at just eat who helped us out but it is shocking that the restaurant didn't want to help at all , the items that did come were not good quality cold rice and rock hard naan bread .Will defiantly not order from here again.

this was the most disgusting Indian I have ever had. the sauces were like water and the food was cold. there was a whole lot of grease in the curries too and the naan breads tasted hard and bland

absolutely disappointed with the service. the restaurant seems happy to take the money but not interested in delivering its commitments. Ridiculous service. takes an hour to deliver and then left waiting another hour on top of the agreed time.

Overall average. Not enough chutney considering we ordered 2 dosas. The Paneer 65 was so heavily fried it was crunchy rather than lightly fried. Taste was ok so overall an average rating but could do better.

ordered from this restaurant on a whim via uber and boy were we pleasantly surprised. The food came pretty fast and still very warm. It was sooo good as well. Had uttapum and veg momo and they were delicious. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

The food here is some of the best Sri Lankan food I have ever tried. Not only was the food great, you can bring in your own alcohol and the bill at the end for 4 of us was so cheap! Will definitely be returning.
