Amazing juicy smash burger! Must try

Awful experience ordering from here with Uber Eats. The restaurant called me to make me cancel my order (why could they not do this themselves) and make me re-order, I was uncomfy with this but the guy was dismissive, Uber Eats charged me for both orders claiming the food has already been made. So the restaurant tricked me into paying twice, and used up 2 of my limited coupons. The food was terrible, and would have been overpriced without the coupon. The chips and steak fries were small portioned but cost £8 and the sandwich (the works) was smaller than expected, both ends were just bread with no filling (they cheaped out hard on this) and not even that tasty. You get a better deal from subway honestly, avoid this place, they don't deserve the business, seem very dodgy.

Couldn’t believe the negative reviews on how long the delivery took but thought maybe it’s all sorted now, NOPE! Ordered the food at 9pm, it’s 10pm now no sign off food, no way to get hold of the restaurant as the number doesn’t work. Ridiculous!

I ordered two Bacon Cheesesteak. It was probably the best I've ever had in my life. The meat was really well cooked, bun was okay and there was ample amount of cheeses in it but what made it so delicious was the perfect combination of everything. The packaging and delivery timing was great as well. It's becoming one of my favourites.

First time ordering from here. We live quite far away and so was pleasantly surprised when food arrived warm and in tact. Cheesesteaks were delicious and really enjoyed the chicken tenders. Will definitely order again... probably soon

Ordered off ubereats and the food took over an hour to prepare and then the driver couldn't even follow the basic instructions on the delivery to drop off I had to leave my house and go collect the food off him. My food arrived at 10:30pm when I ordered at 9pm and uber was saying estimated arrival 9:45pm. I ordered the philly cheesesteak and there was not enough meat in the sandwich and could only taste cheese. They gave a complimentary brownie which was hard as concrete. If I could give less than 1 star I probably would was very disappointed.

Ordered and it took 1h30min for the restaurant to decide to cancel my order. Phone number doesn’t even go through to the restaurant, it just hangs up on you.

Waiting one hour for a sandwich 2 hours. Still waiting… I guess this is the worse place you can get food from.

Dont order from here bmt they say open on uber eats but closed on google no answering calls nothing my order is still saying its on its way

Ordered food that was supposed to take 30 mins turned into 1hr 20. No option to call the restaurant so I was stuck waiting wondering if I will ever get my food. I hate businesses with bad customer service and sadly it’s a 1 star

AWEFUL... ordered on uber eats ... first the food was an hour late... the food arrived cold... the driver said his car broke down... when I called the resturant they said there was traffic... then when I tried calling them they stopped picking up my call... I ordered the food 6.30 and got the order 8.30 even though it said it will arrive at 7.05. And when I called the resturant they initially had the audacity to tell me to wait

Order from here for the first time. Timing and delivery was fine. Packaging was great too. Only problem is a feel the meal lacked alot. I ordered Burgers I was expecting fresh smash burger vibes. But instead got processed meat. I got loaded fries again the processed meat was off putting. My suggestion add freshly cooked meat instead of processed and this would be a great meal.

The service was terrible, my food took over 1 hour to be delivered even though I live 10 mins down the road, the staff on the phone were useless and would not give me any update on my food. I wont be ordering again!

Amazing food. Great portion sizes and absolutely amazing tasty food. DEFO RECCOMEND THE CHEESESTEAK YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Had a hotdog from here wasn’t the greatest the menu I feel was overpriced too will come back here to explore again I just can’t see myself paying 10£ for a cheesesteak sub and not be able to sit down and eat it unlike subway which is half the price this isn’t a dig please don’t take it like that but maybe reconsider few things and having builders in the way is never a good look maybe finish your work then open then having builders go in with huge wooden posts not customer friendly at all and your customer service is terrible

Food was decent...only thing was the ratio to the bread/meat for the cheese steak <in my opinion>...burger was on point tho...forgot the desserts but fair play to them they did send it afterwards even with complimentary cheesecake... unfortunately the cheese cake did look like it had a spot of mould 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ will try this place again for the burgers...

I liked the food it was a 10/10. However the estimated arrival time was 10:05 to 10:25 but it showed up at around 11. Overall the food was really good halal, I would definitely recommend you try this. Maybe better delivery next time?

Proper banging food, great quantity for the price and the employees are very welcoming and lovely. Buffalo wings are a must. Deffo become a local munchies spot

Service was disgusting. Waited nearly 2 hours for food. Should have looked at the negative reviews before spending my money here. Avoid disappointment and do not order online/ubereats. Might be better to pick up from shop if you want to try it

Very good burgers and cheesesteak sandwich. I will highly recommend the perfectly cooked and seasoned Korean BBQ wings. Customer service was on point and very jolly staff.

We ordered Food for office lunch and surprised to see a Halal American restaurant in London doing it in real American way. Big portion , Real cheese & Proper Rib Eye Steak meat. Keep Up your good work guys ,will surely order gain

Very very disappointing, the buffalo wings were dry without a lot of taste. The top dog was made with very cheap bun, and the fillings were minimal couldn’t taste the mince meat nor the cheese. On a good note well presented. Will I order again? Never
