Really disappointed with customer service. Was given wrong order and received a 'don't care' attitude from owner.

horrible brown tea milk tea.... taste like synthetic flavourings. sharp, strange sweet. will never buy again

Tapioca was very soft and chewy. First time i’ve tried the brown sugar drink, it was nice but there was way more milk to brown sugar ratio. Gradually became quite sickly but was pleasant enough to finish. Definitely better Boba places to visit.

Esta tienda de té de burbujas es, con mucho, la mejor de su tipo. Con muchas bebidas para elegir, incluyendo tés con leche, té de frutas, etc., también puede personalizar el nivel de hielo y el nivel de azúcar (ya sea 50% o 120%). Este lugar es increíble y definitivamente recomiendo chocolate con leche y té, ¡ya que es increíble! ! También el té negro limón!

Did not expect to see a Chatime here. The drink menu is standard and the quality is good. I would definitely recommend this place for bubble tea! Do note that the seating here is more for waiting for your drink so expect this to be more of a take out location only.

I have tried most of the bubble tea places in Oxford. Nothing is quite as tasty as Chatime though, my regular being the Passion Fruit Black tea with Strawberry (or tropical) bobas. Chocolate milk tea is also a favourite! These are SO addictive, I downloaded the app and always order and pay on my way to work to pick up promptly :) the shop is well air conditioned and is usually quite busy, a big thank you to Chris for having such an efficient and friendly team. The app also has an electronic loyalty scheme, so every 12 drinks you get one for free! Seriously, THE best bubble tea. Can’t wait for my next one!

Big fan of tea and it was good to see that someone is trying something different, nice clean place and friendly staff. Can't wait for warmer weather so I can grab one and go sit outside.

I had ordered a Taro Milk Tea with less ice and less sugar, large cup. All aspects of the drink seemed to be okay, as in the right amount of pudding, the sugar, and then this was the issue. I had ordered only less ice, yet my cup was more than halfway full with ice, and despite the sticker that was on the cup, there was simply too much ice in there. Would recommend if customers needs are met to the certain standards that are asked.

Cheap and good, as it should be. Tasty Chat and lovely tea. Perfect before taking the train to London.

The tea is good as expected from the Chatime branch and flavour wise I have no complaints. But the place always seem to be out of pearls come 7pm and they seem to not be bothered about the fact that they're losing out on 50p per drink! Whenever I go there late, the place is always full of people ordering a milk tea but everyone is having to go without the pearls. Also, when taking orders it would be great if the servers did not stop to take more orders before finishing someone's drink. Sometimes you have to wait 10-15 minutes for a tea because they don't seem to like a queue forming, but they're happy to let their customers who have already paid wait even longer.

The first time I ever tried bubble tea and I was amazed at the range of flavours and overall quality of the product. I've tried other shops since but this is the absolute best brand. 100% recommend everyone to try at least once.

Order Mike tea large size £3.95 which seem to be very expensive from what we got. The taste was very bad. No return Not recommend

I've been here a few times now and each drink I've had has been great! Best one currently was the passion fruit green tea with rainbow jelly. Definitely will be back. Only downside is that it's cash only!!!

We walked passed and saw thereby in the window. We each had 4 different drinks - my son is into speciality teas and he loved his tea latte with grass jelly topping. I had a grape slush. My daughters mango frappe was delicious and my partner had a passion fruit slush. Very impressive. Great service. Simply delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised at the vast range of teas. The servers were welcoming and offered us samples of their 'house tea'. I like that you can control the quantity of ice and sugar, as well as the temperature. It is small, nice and cafe-like, though it was a tad chilly as the door opened often. Not a pleasant toilet experience either as it is located outside where the bins are kept...nevertheless, I intend to return.
