Chatime in Leeds

Visited the store today and was extremely unhappy with customer service! All I wanted was brown sugar without the pearls and was told to get brown sugar tea as it is the same I said its for a child she won't like tea does it taste like tea or the normal brown sugar drink to be told it will taste like the brown sugar drink it did not taste like brown sugar at all it tasted like tea so obviously my child couldn't even drink it! Vile and I was then told oh well not my fault terrible customer service! Will not be coming her no more and definitely do not recommend there not bothered about happy customers

It’s the first place that comes in my mind when I think of bubble tea and always taste so good but a bit crowded.

Service is fast and friendly and the teas are delicious. This time round it was a chocolate mousse bubble tea with tapioca. The mousse was amazing and marshmallow like. Good prices and good drinks. 10/10 recommend

My favourite bbt place, friendly staff and environment. The price is average with all the other bbt places and I just prefer this place to any others :) worth a try!!

Felt like the guy was trying to rush us to get our order, but the order of two drinks took nearly ten minutes of standing around outside. The drinks were tasty, but did cost £4 at least each cup, If you don't mind waiting - try it. Don't know why someone else said their drinks are affordable....don't think so.

I live quite far out from Chatime, so I will travel into Leeds City Centre just for my favourite bubble tea (passion fruit cooler with tropical popping pearls every time). My friend had her birthday the other day, so she wanted to try Chatime again and she loved it! I want to give all the staff a shout out for being so resilient during lockdown and never letting us down. Keep safe everyone and thank you!

Super high quality and affordable drinks! Been more times than I can count. Staff are super friendly and efficient! I recommend 100% if you’re in Leeds, a bubble tea lover or looking for something new to try 🥰

I came here for my first time and the staff is the nicest people. I ordered the limited edition chatime x sarnio and it looks and tastes amazing. Would recommend this 100% came at 6pm. 🥰

Had several drinks for myself and friends, we all loved the drinks we ordered. Basically I recommend chatime milk tea if you hv never tried bubble tea, or they do have tea latte, fruit tea, and cooler if I remember it right, something that doesn't contain caffeine.

I frequent Chatime often, especially before getting the train to visit my girlfriend:) I'd highly recommend visiting for a milk tea or a fruit tea! All of the staff are super friendly and everything is really easy to navigate!

The milk tea is good. The problems are the time I have to wait to get my drink and the heat inside the store. I think there's room for improvement in reducing waiting time. I have to wait for about 20 minutes ish just for a milk tea which is just too much for me. Moreover, the store gets so hot especially in the summer which makes waiting even worse. But overall, it's a good place to get some milk tea here in Leeds.

Good bubble tea, Friendly staff and service. waiting hour is a little bit longer when it’s busy. But worth to try.
