Didn’t get the food, bad customer service just ignore you and keep taking more and more orders

To what I thought was my favourite Chinese takeaway, because my worst nightmare. Had the same thing I always have a beef and rice box meal, end up having food poisoning, very severe, temperature, dizziness, no work or uni (no soar throat or any cough)! I did not know what was going on, my family told me it must be this place since I didn’t eat anything else all day, I did not believe them. So I ordered a couple day ago again, and same thing happened, very severe food poisoning, stomach is shutting down, seriously watch out when eating here. I can’t go to university all week, the state I’m in now is lasting a week. Please check and clean your kitchen, because there is something you are overseeing, you constantly loosen me with your food.

Brilliant Chinese takeaway, best in that area. Offer halal chicken to customers that have this requirement. Prices also very reasonable. We ordered chicken chow mein which was fresh, hot and crisp. Egg fried rice was lovely too. Also recommend the prawn har kau starter with some Soy sauce and chilli oil. Lastly - make sure you get the crispy salt and pepper chicken 🔥. Guys delivered to NM hospital and waited around for me as phone reception was poor and I was delayed in pick up - still very polite and understanding delivery driver. Delivery times exceptional too (worth the small fee/minimum delivery), had food within 30 mins of order. Will use when I'm in the area again. Free prawn crackers too!

Service good, ordered for delivery, set meal for one, ok price. Chicken & sweet corn soup was lovely. However sweet & sour chicken & egg fried rice was not nice. Chicken too dry even with a generous serving of sauce & hardly any egg in the fried rice. Rice cooked in old oil... disappointed : (

I spend around £60 every Friday at this takeaway. They changed ownership a little while ago. Cheap rice which hardens when fried and fatty spare ribs. Need to improve the quality to the previous owners. I will go back to West Green Road till this improves...

Great food and good service and delievery

The worst Chinese take away we’ve ever experienced. Food arrived via Uber Eats, totally unable. Stale, Old, dry and stone cold. If you fancy a Chinese take away. Stay well clear of this restaurant. Total rip off and we had to put all food in rubbish to avoid being ill You people as with your joint delivery company UBER EATS are a complete rip off Please don’t even think about ordering from this restaurant, you’ll be just as disappointed as us and loss of money

Ordered a Saturday night dinner from this takeaway that was to be delivered by user eats. Firstly, the delivery driver went to the wrong address. My daughter accepted the order but we discovered missing items. Couldn't get through initially to customer service at user eats so called the restaurant. They agreed to replace the missing item as they did not put it in the order. However, they called back and said that our address was too far and that they would credit us for the next order. Food was terrible. No egg in the egg fried rice and the duck was over salted. They were told that we did not want a credit a d the phone was put down. Very poor customer service as we lived in a 2 mile radius and the food was not worth the hassle

Have ordered the mixed veggies and beef ho fan. Didn’t expect theres bamboo shoot in mixed veggie, the beef in hofan was way too salty. Never again.

Flys on our food and terrible service when we complained, driver from the restaurant screaming at us at our front door because he had to come and collect it. Never eat from here !!!!

Maybe I shouldn’t have expected good Thai food from a Chinese restaurant. But it is a disgrace to call that green curry. Looks horrible, just some salty brown watery sauce. Did not taste good at all. Chinese dishes are fine though

Worst takeaway I have ever had I had barbeque spare couldn't taste barbecue sauce salty and no meat on the spare £9.80 where I live you get sticky proper sauce and thick meaty ribs for £6.50

Customer service, especially that lady on the front desk, was horrible, gave little food. The portion is relatively small, the dishes are too thin, mixed with a lot of water, I have been here a few times, and I am disappointed, I will not come again, seeing so many bad reviews! I’ve never seen this horrible service in my life!!!

Ordered from here for years specifically said Singapore vermicelli noodles and got king prawn chow mien which I never order, was refused a refund will never order again you just lost a loyal customer!!!! Stay as far away as you can from this store.

Great steamed dumplings hot fresh chicken fried rice, ordered on Just Eats and delivery was super fast!

Don't waste your money. The order was taken incorrectly and we over charged, and to make the matters worse the food we were given was stale and borderline inedible. When we tried to call and rectify the matter the staff were rude, and unapologetic. Overall very poor experience.

They gave me stale salt and pepper king prawns, they were so hard that I couldn’t eat it. Do NOT eat from this place you will 100% regret it!

Tried this place twice now. 1st time had to wait a long time for delivery and food arrived cold. 2nd time (today) Food arrived nearly cold. chicken chow main had no chicken and the special chow main had no special. Sweet and sour sauce had spilled out all over the cartons so everything was gooey and sticky. Customer service was bad. They finally agreed to resend part of the order, but waited over an hour for it and they wanted the 1st lot back. (not that I wanted it) Won't be ordering again.

Pedí Prawn Chow mein y puedo decir que es uno de los mejores que he probado. Son ingredientes baratos pero mucho mejores que los que ofrecen las franquicias.

Service is okay. I got the prawns in salt and chilli, they were good enough but not the best I've had. The chilli oil was not that great at all. Would I go again? Yes.

Ordered vegetarian dumplings and was sent pork ones. Employee insisted that they were vegetarian and wanted photographs. After speaking to them several times, the lady on the phone insisted they were vegetarian and thought it was appropriate to laugh. Very unprofesaional and rude! Won't be ordering again.

It's OK cheaper than some Chinese shops It would be nice if the sweet and source balls were golden brown instead of dark brown They refused to cook a fresh batch when asked.

The Customer service was horrid! when I complained about the chicken balls being burnt they told me that they are always like that? ! Which they are not! An did not offer to cook any fresh to conpensate. Just said to me refund?? An too top it off the rest of the food was disgusting! Will never order from this place again.

While in general I am more than satisfied with the service and the taste of the food prepared, I tend to be a tad disappointed with the 'all in one dishes' as the meat portions in my opinion are too sparse and bulked up with vegetables; which is a bit deceiving 😔

Great value Chinese takeaway, though it can be a bit hit or miss depending on your order. I recommend the crispy chicken in spicy sauce meal box.
