We went tea time for food in new place they have opened up, was packed out, staff were brilliant, good food service and atmosphere, food was exceptionally delicious, definitely recommended.

Very tasty food, excellent service (friendly staff). We also order food to take home from them. Very, very tasty dishes.

Este es un lugar absolutamente maravilloso para comer. Fantástica comida. Muy sabroso. Sin embargo, solo deseo (en nombre de mi marido) que sirvan botellas de cerveza de verdad! Estaría feliz de pagar más de lo que sabemos que cuestan, pero no está feliz de beber carlsberg o cualquier otra cerveza mientras espera. Estaría feliz de esperar con un vaso de cerveza apropiada.

Came across this place by accident and am in love with the chicken. Aeva served us and was joyful fun, polite and efficient with exactly what we needed. Will definitely be back .

Beautiful as always but sadly my order was abit mixed up. I got Chips instead of rice but then i had order extra chips, so i ended up with alot of chips, lol. Also my sauce where wrong, i picked two garlic mayo but got one, and one tomato base 1

Food impeccable, so much flavour and the salad bursts with freshness. My son’s cheesy chips were just dripping with melted cheese. Service is second to none and deliveries are so quick. Would highly recommend

Food arrived late, and cold. Donner and chips cold, one pot of sauce missing and the other was not even half full. Donna kebab and chips, salad missing and food was also cold.

I absolutely loved my grill. Perfect. Great portions, great taste, my favourite charcoal grilled / barbecue taste. I collected to eat at home miles away and it was still hot! Thank u. I’m going to purchase again yummy. Keep up the hard work!

Fast delivery, but there’s no marks on boxes so you never know what’s inside and you have to check every single box.. I’ve ordered some food without an onion but arrived with onion.. Falafel taste as cardboard.. nothing special.. Chicken burger very tasty but again.. with onion so I was disappointed.. 3/10

We had a half hour to kill in Goole and asked Google where was good to eat. We ended up here and was met with big smiles and nice food. The Mrs had the chicken Shish and I had the Kofte. Spot on! Thank you 👌🏻

We tried this place for the first time a few weeks back and loved it, and the same this time. The food is great quality, very clean and tasty, and the service is top notch. Excellent value as well, we got two meals for £20 when it's closer to £30 when ordering alternatives. Watching the staff cook it as well is good fun, they've got a really well oiled machine with everyone working very hard. It's impressive to see. The restaurant itself is very clean, and the atmosphere has been great both times I've been in. We had heard lots of good things about Charcoal Grill and thought we'd give it a go even though it's not normally the type of meal we order as takeaway. Normally we go for Indian, Chinese, or Fish and Chips, but these guys have definitely converted us! We'll certainly be back soon.

Visited with a friend today for the first time but it won’t be my last. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We had the mixed kebab with salad and the portion size was very generous. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We both ordered a glass of wine with our meal which we didn’t drink as really not nice at all. We didn’t want to make a fuss but when asked we said the food was great but we left our wine as not good. The staff were unbelievably apologetic and said they would mention this to the suppliers and look at purchasing a different brand. They said they were grateful for the feedback and didn’t charge for the wine. I consider this impeccable service and really impressed.

Great place! Large chicken shish was brilliant.

I had a lamb shish with chips and salad. There were plenty of sauces to choose from but I had garlic and chilli, well cooked meat and very tasty.

Very well run place, clean and friendly service. Nice decor inside with an outdoor dining area when it's sunny. The kebab was freshly cooked over coals which smelled incredible. Well rolled wrap with chilli and garlic sauce. A little dribbly but that's on account of how juicy the chicken was. This place is definitely going on our monthly if not weekly Friday treat list !

Lovely food and very good service. There were 3 adults and 3 kids on our table and we ordered the mixed grill for us all and a couple of extras, was great value for money and the food was great couldn't fault it one bit.

Brilliant service and delicious hot food

Delivery was late and food was cold, did say they had a power cut

We’ve had takeaways from here loads of times (always great btw) but we dined inside last night for the first time. It was great. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, decent music (I can’t stand a silent restaurant) and draught lager. We got the chicken kebab and lamb kebab and both were perfect - chicken cooked well and the salad fresh. It came to £35 and we left a decent tip as we felt it was well deserved. My only tiny bit of critique would be to have the lights dimmed a little in the seated part to give it a slightly more ‘restaurant-night-out’ vibe. Other than that, brilliant little place.

Lovely food, proper turkish beer, but they need to divide the restaurant off from the take-away counter. We were surrounded by the take away queue, delivery drivers and terrible pop music.

The food I ate here was superb. I liked it too much. I like to visit this place again and again.

One, if not the very best Turkish food venue's in the area. Been using this place for years. The family take real pride in their food, quality, and service is always first rate. I drive out of my way for food here, and it's never ever let me down. I take my hat off to the chef, first rate and a true taste of Turkish chicken Shish kebab is always guaranteed!

I’ve waited a while before writing this review because I still use this takeaway and I think they might have known it was me had I wrote it straight away. The food is very very nice so no complaints there however on this occasion that I’m reviewing the owner who I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about regarding his attitude was extremely unprofessional. I phoned in an order for myself and I was very tight for time, I was shopping in Tesco and had to be at work in one hour for a night shift so starving hungry I phoned charcoal up for some food which I was planning on eating in the car while driving to work. He said it would be 15 mins which was perfect, I got there 20 mins later and the owner looked at me and said what would you like, I said I’ve already ordered, he said what you ordered I said a donner kebab, he then looked at the 3 other staff members (I was only customer in there) and started blaming them even though he took my call. He then looked back at me and said it will be about 15 minutes. I said I haven’t got 15 minutes to spare which is why I phoned and ordered it. He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I then just walked out the shop and could hear him shouting at a member of staff ITS YOUR FAULT IS THAT. Very unprofessional of him and how can he blame anyone else when it was him that answered my call and took my order. No issues ever with the food but phone orders seem to get overlooked. I’ve only ever ordered in person since that day and had no problems

Once visit and I went because of the great feedback I have had from others. This did not disappoint, the food was very tasty and well cooked. I shall be returning for sure.

Went yesterday and had a lovely meal. Had the charcoal special 1, which was £19.90 which sounds expensive but when you see what you get wow it's not😋😋. Enough for 4 people 😋. It comes with loads of yummy chips and a fab salad 😋. The two of us eat plenty and took loads home for the next day! The only thing we missed out on was the waitress forgot to put our delicious chips to go🤣🤣. I would definitely go again if we're around the area 👍👏👏.

At the moment it's the tastiest kebab You can find in Goole. You can eat inside, the portions are big, meat and veggies fresh and the service is very nice. Decent food to try on.

Ordered doner meat and chips twice (arrived warm) and paid £1.50 for additional chips. Both orders arrived and was identical in portions. I called and advised they had forgotten additional chips. However was told that the additional chips had been provided. I explained the portions was the same both boxes was same size with 50:50 portion ratio. Overall the response was rude. Further to this the chips was chewy (stale) and Luke warm. Additional chips was sent however 25 minutes later. Overall do not feel there was value for money, nor was the food hot and do not rate customer service. However, doner meat was not greasy. Would not recommend

Split on Charcoal so gone half way at 3/6. It used to be amazing and is not as good anymore, they no longer do the Turkish bread, the meat can sometimes be chewy and they're using a new garlic sauce which used to be homemade and AMAZING, the new one is clearly bought in and tastes cheap.

Absolutely the best kabab I have had in ages. Food cooked to order over charcoal. The special 1 is amazing, enough for two to share and comes with salad and grilled veg. An incredible eatery will be going back.

Ordered and payed for a big Pepsi and got a can and the food was a little soggy due to the delivery but overall the flavour was very good.

First time ordering, newyears eve so expected to be busy. Food was early and hot and taste so good! Delivery driver was great but I didn’t have cash on me to tip so I’ll make sure to definitely do that next time. Happy newyear guys ☺️

Amazing food and amazing customer service!

If you like kebab or doner meat this by far is the best in Goole when it comes to kebab and it’s the only place that cooks it on charcoal which adds a lot of Smokey flavour to the meat. It is 100% worth every penny.
