KFC Hull - Willerby in East Riding of Yorkshire

Very nice but a bit slow but still pretty good

food was great however tables and floor is always dirty

main issue was the cleanliness of the place... all staff stood behind the counter whilst most tables had food and or empty carton.... didnt order food not wanting to sit in a very untidy place

staff had no manners no coffee or tea ice cream machine broken and remember it's important to be nice and nice to be important

Slow, cold and locks missing from toilets.

Food arrived cold, items missing. Chicken cannot be reheated in a microwave. Complete rubbish.

Missing items. Mighty bucket for one had 1 chicken fillet missing, fries missing and 2 hot wings missing. Really disappointed as never had any issues before.

after a nightmare visit to mcdonalds and 2 very upset children we gave up on the golden arches and went into the new KFC instead. what a difference! service with a smile from friendly staff who actually looked like they wanted to be there, amazing service and great food. I will definitely be returning.

Everyone we order for delivery there are items missing

Waiting 40mins for take out, other people had been waiting over an hour. Delivery drivers and drive through getting priority. Then when I got home discovered missing fillet, and half a rice box. Order number #9133

appalling, spent 55 quid to receive a bag of chips and a corn on the cob, how hard can it be to actually just do your job and read a ticket. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Staff are very friendly, always go one step further. They work very hard as a team to give a great service. Food always fresh and yummy.

We got 2 boneless banquet’s when we ordered 1 and a filet tower box meal we also didn’t receive our free popcorn chicken. We also ordered corn for our sides but we got gravy!

Staff cant read plain instructions in capital letters

My order never got delivered, someone asked for my order number on the phone and never delivered

got my tea from here, waited ages, only to get home and found they forgot half my order. Extremely frustrating. NOT HAPPY

The food quality was very poor. We had a three piece meal and it contained 3 scrawny legs. Really not worth the money.

Although the food received was ok, we didn’t get our whole order - several items were missing, including our drinks.

Cold food, arrived late. Only fit for the bin!!

They need to actually listen to what you say. You repeat yourself and they still get the order wrong! Very frustrating when you drive home and can’t eat any of it due to it being covered in products you never wanted. Then you can’t even call up as they leave it ringing forever

Did not send full order popcorn chicken missing and one meal came with only 9 chips

All the food was cold. The stuffing tower box meal had no stuffing in it. The driver didn’t deliver it instead he stayed in his car because “it was too cold”. Absolute waste

absolutely abysmal service. Half of my order was missing, the things that did come were completely wrong and cold. Tried to call to find out what happened but no answer. Requested a full refund, won't be ordering from you again.

Wrong item. The bucket doesn't have cover so the chickens were all out of the packet including the popcorn chicken. Instead of 2x southern fried rice, they put x1 large gravy.

Breaking consumer law! Advertising zingers burger meal on a large poster has you drive in the drive through for £6.49 Drove round to pay and they wanted £7.49 Would not accept £6.49 has advertised and not wanting to be mislead and ripped off i cancelled the order! Excuse was they could not get in to change the poster! Cover it up then simple! 🤷🏼‍♂️ You advertise it thats what the consumer pays!

On the 23 rd October we purchased a £34.99 box of chicken the guy handing out the orders got ours muddled up we were 5 pieces of chicken short as well as short of popcorn and there were missing wings I immediately rang up and was given a code to get the rest of my short order when I got there tonight I was initally told me I had got the wrong KFC then he said the code had already been used I am absolutely fuming told me I have to ring customer care no wonder it’s so quiet I will be ringing head quarters 1st thing in the Morning.

Amazing service, the staff at the window and till and the staff that brought the meal to the car were really lovely, smily and polite. Left us with a great feeling that is not the usual from other drive through services that we had to compliment the great customer service today.

Solid, typical KFC. Fries were good which is not always the case at KFC. A real pity they do not serve hot drinks. Really wanted a cup of tea.

having spoken to the restaurant my order left there at 8.55pm and didn't reach me for another half an hr, which should only be a 10 minute car journey, so ended up with cold food

Tables where dirty had to ask for a cloth to clean our table other customers food on the floor overall dirty

Food was cold took 25 minutes to get and was sent out at different times so me and my family had to eat at different times we finally got our food after waiting 35 minutes to get the full order

awful my order turned up completely wrong sent it back. the restaurant blamed the driver when it was completely the restaurants fault. I have spoken to the restaurant awful customer service terrible nothing positive to say
