Breaking consumer law! Advertising zingers burger meal on a large poster has you drive in the drive through for £6.49 Drove round to pay and they wanted £7.49 Would not accept £6.49 has advertised and not wanting to be mislead and ripped off i cancelled the order! Excuse was they could not get in to change the poster! Cover it up then simple! 🤷🏼‍♂️ You advertise it thats what the consumer pays!

Amazing service, the staff at the window and till and the staff that brought the meal to the car were really lovely, smily and polite. Left us with a great feeling that is not the usual from other drive through services that we had to compliment the great customer service today.

On the 23 rd October we purchased a £34.99 box of chicken the guy handing out the orders got ours muddled up we were 5 pieces of chicken short as well as short of popcorn and there were missing wings I immediately rang up and was given a code to get the rest of my short order when I got there tonight I was initally told me I had got the wrong KFC then he said the code had already been used I am absolutely fuming told me I have to ring customer care no wonder it’s so quiet I will be ringing head quarters 1st thing in the Morning.

cold er.. fries I guess... not sure I would call them fries or chips really chicken was OK.

Solid, typical KFC. Fries were good which is not always the case at KFC. A real pity they do not serve hot drinks. Really wanted a cup of tea.

Should be a 10 piece bucket but only had 5 pieces, food was cold on arrival

delivery time kept changing and getting later and later and when it finally got here it was just cold and ruined my experience

Incorrect food order, even when ordering just 4 items. Order didn't go through to their till, so after waiting 15 mins, I chased it up. Useless/incompetent staff.

having spoken to the restaurant my order left there at 8.55pm and didn't reach me for another half an hr, which should only be a 10 minute car journey, so ended up with cold food

food quality was great and courier was friendly

The order was never received l do not know why you have said it was. I emailed you on the night numerous times, only one response was received and today you have taken the money. A refund is in order as l waited outside also, for over an hour

Vile so disappointing with the price you’d expect better , dry chicken inside what I can only call over crispy hard as rock coating 😒needs some major improvements

Tables where dirty had to ask for a cloth to clean our table other customers food on the floor overall dirty

Food was cold took 25 minutes to get and was sent out at different times so me and my family had to eat at different times we finally got our food after waiting 35 minutes to get the full order

awful my order turned up completely wrong sent it back. the restaurant blamed the driver when it was completely the restaurants fault. I have spoken to the restaurant awful customer service terrible nothing positive to say

Called at 9pm - took my order and three mins later was ready. Pieces of original chicken were very small, dry and obviously not fresh. Won't be going back

never arrived always stuff missing in orders but to get nothing is absolutely disgusting! and then for delivery to stop straight after. every time you order there is something wrong

Did not get delivered at all. Got an order confirmation email at 19:36, with a notification it'd be delivered around 20:15 and in the app it said between 20:00 and 20:30, kept watching the app, time slowly changed until it was between 20:30 and 20:50 and in the meantime the courier was already at the restaurant according to the app, and the order was still being prepared, called KFC around 21:15, no answer from them, App updated randomly, falsely to delivered around 22:30. Did not receive food.

I stopped using KFC for a while due to other restaurants getting orders wrong and the food going downhill. I received some offers through and thought I'd give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised, the food was hot and really nice, staff are always friendly and helpful, it's a nice clean place. I would have given 5 stars but apparently the coffee machine still isn't working from the place being built a year ago.

Don’t bother . Don’t taste like kfc . Chicken not cooked properly and fries came soggy and cold

First time ordering from this one and The order was all correct and spot on everything we ordered came the food was slightly warm the driver was polite good service for a first time

The status is saying it’s delivered but I haven’t revived any food. The driver didn’t know how to find the place or he couldn’t understand English. This is tottaly inappropriate service by just eat to hire illiterate driver who can’t even communicate basic English to find the address. Wasted my time. I need my refund asap

put a request in the note box asking for no mayo and no salad and no seasoning on fries but they put all on burger and fries so had wasted my money as had to throw away

Very friendly driver and lovely food

Food wasn't too great, chicken was over cooked and dry. Side order for one person was wrong. Was fairly quiet when we visited, but tables were not cleared in places.

i ordered mash and i got chips.

Came on time , but the chicken is all dried up and shrivelled ,chips stone cold , surely your staff when picking the order should think that chicken not good enough it’s been in the heater 2 days bin it . Instead of giving it to paying customers . I use just eat a lot and never complain ever , but that chicken was shocking ..

Delivery was over 25 mins late. Had to ring us twice cause he couldn’t find us. Also could not speak one bit of English. Absolutely terrible service plus he was rude! Food was freezing as well so I expect a full refund

I went this evening to the KFC at Willerby. I ordered on the app and had a code, normally I have being told to drive straight round to the window and give them the code. So tonight I did the same.after waiting in the que I then got told they could not process it on the till so I had to go back the the speaker to then say the code... Then to wait in the que all over again. Then once I got to the window I got told I had to pay, which was wrong considering I had paid on the app. The to top it off I got told to park up and wait while they prepared the food. My order was very small with one meal and a drink. I was waiting 10 minutes for my order to come to my car only for it to be cold... And to finish the experience off, while I was waiting 5 other cars with what looked like big order was served. I will not go to this KFC again due to service and also staff not wearing hair nets ect. I don't normally write bad reviews but unfortunately I was infuriated by the service. I wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole.

First time we've used this place. Food was good, piping hot. Gravy past the "can you stand a chip up in it" test. Staff polite and very quick. Well done. Just popped in mid-Feb standards have dropped. Place very dirty.

Never even received my food the driver parked up outside my house pressed delivered and drove off with my chicken I’m absolutely fuming

Our food tonight was very good. Fast service too. Make sure you keep your nice new restaurant sparkling clean and you might be the best KFC :)

This was my first visit to KFC and I was very disappointed. My chips almost cold and the chicken was over cooked. Had to wait to collect food as presumably it was being cooked but this was obviously not the case. I didn't complain as we were with my little granddaughter and it would have ruined her treat. We won't be going again!!

Good Chicken, Finger Lickin’… what more can we say. Best KFC in hull, not quite sure where the bad reviews come from. Every experience here as been a good one for us. The chicken is always prepped fresh and tastes fantastic, we go in store so maybe it’s a different experience if you order for delivery. The staff are always friendly, cleanliness could be better but it’s not an issue, they keep on top of it. It’s your bog standard KFC. It’s worth noting the fries are new and improved (much better). You’ll be impressed.

Fast service, great food all delivered with a friendly smile in a clean and tidy restaurant, just perfect and a massive difference to the restaurant in Kingswood.

Never received order and have still been charged despite saying delivered. Just eat did contact me to say it wouldn't be received and I expect the cost to be refunded.

Nice hot fresh food. Only gripe is I ordered a Colonel's three piece meal and all 3 were legs. Usually there is 2 breast pieces and one leg. The meat was a bit pink for my liking, but I was really hungry so ate it all. The food was hot and we didn't have to wait long.

The delivery person has marked it down as delivered but nothing has even turned up. £29 worth, the utter cheek!!

Delivery was on time but only after they changed projected delivery time twice! Order was missing 1 of the sides, wrong drink sent and no sauces included even though it is listed in the description. Very poor KFC

Honestly how hard is it to get two meal for one boxes right!? Both missing the chips, both came with the wrong drinks, the two extra pieces of chicken missing, the extra regular chips missing, I mean come on give Stevie Wonders a night off, massively disappointed.

Really like this KFC. Always quick on a Friday evening with Mobile Order pickup. Pleasant staff. The new signature fries are much better than before 👍🏻

I'm not a KFC fan, but wow that was absolutely delicious. The stuffing stacker Burger was truly out of this world. The 8 piece boneless bundle plus 4 bbq dipped bites was tremendous. I'm now a converted KFC fan.

A bit slow, the festive food is ok, but a little expensive for fast food.

Got my order wrong a week ago so I called up and they gave me a code to get a large pop corn chicken and large beans. I went through the drive through after placing an order on my phone, I also tried to give him my code for the free food and he said drive around to the window and we will sort it. Once at the window he then went on to tell me I had to go into the store to sort this out! I was not in a position to go in the store and he would not even attempt to discuss and help despite it being due to their incompetence. Really disappointed with the way they have handled it all, not only that........ this is the state of my burger today, looks awful for £9.98!!! Really is poor! He couldn't even put the right sauces in or remember straws...and he called himself a manager

When I got the food it was cold and soggy with quite a bit of grease on the food I know it’s not a 5 star restaurant or something but when your paying for food you would at least expect it to be warm and crispy it was lukewarm at most.
