I wish I had read the reviews before trying. Order arrived without any salad. When I phoned up the staff were rude and told me this was my fault. I was later sent the recording of the order process to prove this with them stating the time stamp. The following ten seconds to this clearly discuss whether salad is included. I was informed my address is now marked on their system in case I ever call again. I have no desire to do so. Avoid, there are better places with better service.

I recently visited Charcoal Grill and tried their Cheeseburger with a side of fries. From the first bite, I was thoroughly impressed. It’s a must-visit for anyone who appreciates high-quality, delicious comfort food.

It's okay. Wouldn't go again to be fair. Got the biggest plater, tried everything. I'm not a fan. Some ribs were chunky. Some had no meat. Had there donner once loved it, it went back again, not the same. Consistency is key. Probably never again. Expensive stuff

My favourite Turkish takeaway. Kebabs are BBQed on a open coal pit. You can smell the BBQ as you walk in. Staff are very friendly and generous with the portions. Would highly recommend

If you order a takeaway check your order because something always gets missed on big orders especially the salad... I would rate 4 stars but it is a common thing. But I would recommend.

These guys are top notch when it comes to chicken or kebabs! The food is always amazing and the staff are wicked. They know me as “Mr TfL” which is funny, but they are very accommodating, friendly and serve food that’s worth the money. Their buffalo wings and chips are brilliant and their kebabs are top tier. Order regularly for work which is usually a mix of Kebab and burgers. Personally I would recommend the chicken shish with rice or the burger with doner meat. Good value for money, good service and happy to deliver if we are busy.

The food delivered is good but the driver charged me much more than the price on the menu. Even on the menu he gave me the total cost wasnt adding up to what he wanted from me. Not gonna buy again because it is a total scam.

One of the best Turkish takeaways that I’ve had. Juicy pieces of meat with salad, sauce and it’s breads. Huge portions so you don’t need to worry about lunch the next day! My friend had the double gut buster (what a name!) which consists of two quarter pounder patties and a generous amount of lamb doner strips. PS this place only takes cash but there is a Tesco a few minutes away from the shop.

Don't listen to my order and gave me food I did not want , so i phoned up but no manager available said they will replace my order and delivered wrong order again, won't be going here again for my takeaway people so rude

Ordered food from here twice and you got my order wrong both times, you offer me a complimentary meal replacement for a another 45 minutes wait, So I had to bring my newborn baby out &come down your shop at 8pm to demand a full refund and you kick up a fuss like it is my fault your workers cant read simple instructions, that’s the last time I’m coming back to this dive.

Burger fine, its a burger but chicken doner was lovely, really tasty chicken, no fat at all, salad very fresh and chilli sauce very good.

Lovely dinner . But extra pittas , lettuce & large pot of garlic sauce never turned up . Also told me on phone it would be exactly £35 , but when arrived it was more . So feel a bit ripped off .

Followed none of my instructions, asked for sauce and salad separately as i dont like sloppy food, totally ignored me, probably because they thought i wanted a bigger portion, when in reality i wanted the salad and sauce that would of gone on burger/kebab normal portion just separately. Also charged me 1.99 for a doctor pepper and then didnt bring it, useless, ive also woke up with bellyache

This is a real Turkish takeaway run by real Turkish people. The meat comes in nice big chunks, the burgers are on point and the sides are always well cooked. It's not expensive nor especially cheap but it's right on the money.

When I'm in the area this is my place.

I used to like this place, but i got dissapointed several times when placing telephone orders. I stated clearly NO ONIONS and look what i get..... Half of the salad was onions. I dont get it. is this done with porpoise or is it lack of comunication between the staff. However it reflects on my opinion and my future choice when it comes to order food.

It used to be nice place to order quality kebabs and other Turkish cuisine. Unfortunately, two recent orders proved me wrong; one took almost three hours to arrive, even me calling multiple times chasing for the order. Every time i called, they'd say the food was on its way but it wasn't coming.. and now the last time, the food arrived barely warm, and the doner kebab stone-cold. When i called them, i was told they sent the kebab cold because apparently it "wasn't included in the total order"???? However i had already paid for this, so the entire experience left me disappointed and disgusted and i wouldnt recommend to anyone who is considering ordering here- to find an alternative place. I won't be returning.

Order was late. Food was cold. They collected with an attitude, and when I went to re oder a few weeks after, I was told they couldn't deliver to my address anymore. I was so so angry. I had used that shop a few times and the one time the food was bad, I got treated like a criminal

Good food, good staff. Sometimes there is miss communication between the customer and the person taking the phone orders. So I have received wrong orders twice, however once told they will correct the mistake. The delivery driver could be more friendly. The staff are friendly, the food is great and the delivery time is really good, even on a busy night. The prices online are incorrect as their leaflet online hasn’t been updated. But it is only £1- £2 difference.
