Iv ordered from here before and i couldn’t fault it but my recent order was terrible chips had a funny taste, pie was cold kebab was so greasy didn’t deliver my curry sauce. Only thing that was nice was my salad that came with the kebab!

One of the best kebabs I’ve ever had. Previously had the lamb doner that tasted amazing and this time had a chicken shish. That was absolutely lovely. The chip shop chips also tasted amazing. Definitely recommend!!

How can a service charge be justified when the delivery is shared so the food turns up cold. kebab lovely but only 1/2 portion of chips. Time to move on as it’s pure greed

After reading the reviews I thought this will be a great place to order. Well how wrong I was. The chicken was not cooked properly to the fact you could still see the blood in parts. Missing item, fish wasn’t great mushy in fact. Disappointing on the whole. Had to go out in the end and get something else as no one wanted the chicken after seeing it.

This has happened twice. Both times I have ordered from just eat, my food has arrived cold. The chips were at an okay temperature whereas my chicken shish were freezing cold. My eldest brother and my youngest both had to eat cold chicken for dinner. I couldn’t wish that upon anyone. I understand you are busy, but I believe a refund is justifiable and necessary. Best place for fish and chips, I have a buisness local and even when I go home out of the area this is the only fish and chips I’ll take with me. Friendly and great portion sizes. A great local business.

The food was well cooked, but I could not taste any salt and vinegar, despite the fact I asked for plenty of salt and vinegar to be added. Disappointed.

There was a little issue with the delivery, but spoke to the shop and they sorted it right away. Great service and the food was lovely.

Half my delivery was missing.. when we called up refused to let me speak, said it’s not his problem because he is busy and we need to come and collect it. Then said he doesn’t have our address even though we ordered through just eat. Then hung up the phone. We called back and said it’s here and to collect - when it should be with our order!!! I heard a rumour about the rodent hygenine here afterwards. Stay away .

You don't expect terrible food from here. It usually is very nice but, I payed £12.50 for a piece of Rock that I could have etched my name in glass with! You cannot charge these prices and expect to give people 3 hour ago cooked rock hard sitting under the heat fish. And I opened my door with the savaloy. Absolutely awful, but the chips were nice. 0/10

I travel from Seven Kings on the bus to come to the best Fish and Chips and Kebabs in Essex. The quality and the quantity can’t be matched anywhere. The staff get to know you by name from the outset, and are extremely friendly and punctual! Best place to eat for a quality take away !

Disgusting food chips have been sitting there hours !!! Dried up hard rock chips and cold how they got the front to sell them to people what a waste of money and now got to buy it from another descant chip shop I wounded why they was cold as don’t get a lot of customers

Have been going to this place for a very long time. Our go to is the chicken Shish or the Lamb Kofte. Always taste really good and they don't skimp on the portion sizes with a good variety of salad. A really consistent option for a cheat day.

small portions compared to what you used to get , £5 for X-Large chips which was no different to the medium and the fish was dripping in grease, will be looking for a new fish and chip shop

Always lovely food and great service

I’ve been going to stadium fish and chips for over 20 years. And it was the best fish and chip shop in Romford. It has recently changed hands. The portions are now less than half the size they used to be the kebabs are really greasy the salad looks old and they don’t do the variety of size portions anymore. My advice is go somewhere else.

Went here and asked for 2 portions of cod roe. There's was none in the cabinet so the guy behind the counter cooked some fresh but before putting it in the fryer cut it in half so turned one portion into two portions and charged for both. Very underhanded practice so will never return again.
