This place is shocking, some of the worst food Iv ever had. The Donner meat looks and tastes like it just came out of the washing machine the quality of the food is nonexistent it’s cheap and Narsty. The burgers are tasteless like chewing on rubber. The sauces have had water and sugar added to them it’s horrendous and the Shish kebabs are shocking. They are only interested in taking your money, someone is seriously gonna get sick from that place. Dog food at best.

I ate there the smallest kebab in my life. I know there is inflation which also affects the size of food everywhere. But I paid too much. The meat and chilli sauce was tasty though. But too little meat.

What can I say. This was one of the worst kebabs I’ve had in a long while. It really frustrates me that because this is the only kebab in the village. It’s happy to let it quality become poor but continue to take the locals money. It’s high priced for what it is as well. Marinade for the shish was terrible. Garlic sauce was just slop and quite flavourless. The bread is store bought pita. It tastes sugary and it’s Not decent fresh Turkish pita. I’ve had a stomach ache all morning and feel rotten for eating their food. Disgusting.

Bit disappointing to be honest. Found to be very over priced for what we actually got! £30 for large meat and chips, small meat and chips and a one skewer of chicken. Meat quality wasn’t all that great to be honest. Wasn’t a fan of the chilli sauce either as mostly tomato based and not hot at all. Chaps inside were very friendly Probably won’t go back weighing up the cost vs food/quality received

Always excellent kebab. One of the badt in west sussex.

Lazy chilli sauce which I think is just tinned tomatoes and chillis and always miss bits from the order as they never write anything down. Don’t use them often because of the above but even less now ! A shame as nice people.

Polite staff and prompt service. Asked for a couple of Lamb Shish kebabs and salad. Perfectly nice and prompt despite being very busy. Recommend and will return.

The best taste of kebabs ever! :) It’s surprising that the best kebabs takeaway is in the small village. I have tried lots of kebabs in several areas but Charcoal Grill in Billingshurst is the best. The customer service also satisfying. Always friendly, smily and polite staff. Thank you for that.:)

Where’s your quality gone? Having not had a kebab from here for sometime, really disappointed with the quality and lack of salad. Our phone order wasn’t correct and living outside the village we didn’t have too many options, @£35 for four people, we won’t return in a hurry. 👎🏻

Can only pay by card. In these Covid times this is a bit crazy. Food always decent though, except the chips.

We had Chicken kebabs and they were excellent. The staff are pleasant and the place is clean. Definitely worth a visit!
