Chapter Coffee Roasters in Hammersmith and Fulham

Apparently something really shady is happening. We ordered coffee for 400 GBP more than months ago and they never delivers, not responding to email and phone number is on voice mailbox. We tried to contact them many times over that time, so next step would be involving police report for fraud.

This place is a nice vibe but COLD. Pleeease close one of your doors, everybody was sitting in coats and my friend was shivering :'). Also, please get more staff; the staff are so so lovely -- and clearly overwhelmed during lunch time! Tables need cleaning, cups clearing, etc. Music a bit loud but hey.

We just had lunch here. Super food extraordinary coffee with an open toasting room. The smell the the fresh roasted beans are finished was really nice! We definitely come here again.

Dropped in here for pre meeting lunch and explained we we short of time. The quickest parts of the menu were quickly pointed out. The food on the lovely bread was great so too excellent coffee. Nice environment Covid protection followed. We liked the look of the skewers but didn’t have enough time to consider. Hopefully next time..

Great local little place I especially enjoy visiting when Tyla and Victoria are working as they bring so much energy to the place.

I just LOVE this place, friendly staff, great atmosphere, great food (including Vegan) and spectacular coffee that hits the mark! Each and every visit to the gem I NEVER leave disappointed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, even if it is grabbing a coffee to go, or chilling out there for food or a beer.

Found this little gem by chance as where we had booked was closed! Great food and drink with friendly helpful service. We were made very welcome despite there being 5 of us! It was our 1st dining and drinks session since lockdown and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I would thoroughly recommend this little gem to anyone who enjoys good coffee ( they grind their own), brunch (home baked sourdough)...excellent poached eggs and wide choice (my steak and blue cheese ciabatta was to die for!) and a good time; obviously the beer was good but limited choice. Despite the untrendy neighbourhood and busy roadside setting we had a great few hours here and will return again. Well done!

I decided to write a review upon reading some of the bogus ones I read which I consider unfair and untrue. Firstly the coffee is exceptional, more traditional and authentic than any chain coffee shops in the area. Secondly the service is great and friendly, always have an interesting conversation with the staff. Although a small coffee shop after living in the area for 12 years, the place in itself has really improved the atmosphere in the area and lightened up everything around it. Hoping for its continued success!

I love this coffee shop, they have amazing coffee, offer coffee grounds as compost, have fresh eggs you can buy and the staff are some of the nicest people. Everytime I go in I leave with a smile on my face after have a lovely chat. I cant wait to try the food after lockdown!

We moved close to this coffee shop at the beginning of this year. We have been a few times and the service has always been bad. We love having breakfast out on the weekend and we really wanted to try this place, so we gave them a few opportunities. However, the first time we visited (pre-pandemic times) the service was slow, we didn't get our food on time, they forgot about our bill and we weren't that amazed by the food. But anyone can have a bad day! So we went back a few more times, always with the same result. Last time we visited recently they kept us waiting for so long that we had to stood up and leave the place. They didn't even notice, even though there was only two more tables occupied and it was very quiet. Sadly, this has been the last time we dare to go - there are a few better choices in the area!

The staff were wonderful! Super accomodating, friendly and warm! The hot food was really delicious and the cakes were even better, making it the perfect spot if you are looking for brunch or just some afternoon tea - 10/10 would highly recommend.

Five out of five for the coffee, sweet snacks, relaxed ambience and the friendliness of the staff. The quality of the breakfast food was disappointing and expensive though. The wait time for the food only compounded the experience of the weak cooking. I’d go back...
