Been ordering from here for ages,this is our favoutite Chinese take away.Usually food is good,but yesterday's order was a disapoointment 😔Ordered crispy shredded chicken eith extra vedges,we always go for this.Unfortunately chicken was very dry,you could tell it wasn't fresh,it was preheated after 2-3 days,and no chilli sauce,all dish was dry and hard to chew.Also ordered chicken chow mein wasn't fresh either.

Food is always good, especially the Spare Ribs in Honey Sauce. Always arrives promptly and warm.

Don’t bother with the chicken fried rice it’s frozen chicken strips from heron tasteless chicken greesy rice prawn toast did not taste of anything chips were ok chicken balls were good

To plan ahead ordered 2 hrs earlier , completely forgot. Phoned them blasé comment we forgot wait another an hour!! Used to be very nice Chinese now it’s very unreliable and gone down hill. Swerve no longer the same quality establishment!

Not bad food ,but every time I go in to order they ask me for more money ,saying its extra for fried rice ,even though iv paid for a meal with fried rice !!!

Been waiting 2 and a half hours so far and they've took the phone off the hook so we can't even ring them. Let's see if it shows up 🤷‍♂️ *update, phones been off the hook for 30 minutes so far. Very unprofessional. Guessing they're getting a lot of complaints. Piece of advice, don't take more orders than you can handle. Even if they answered the phone to let us know it isn't coming, we could sort something else. Instead 3 hours on we're sat in limbo. *second update - they still have the phone off the hook, been ringing every minute for an hour. Starting to lose faith that it's ever going to arrive. If only they could let us know *third update - turned up after 3 and a half hours. Was quite nice to be fair

Almost 4 hours ago i made an order and no sign of any food! Christmas Eve ruined now disgusting! Taking far too many orders they cant fulfil i used these regular but not any more!!! Cant get through on the phone clearly took it off the hook on purpose due to complaints!

Wasn't best pleased as few of the king prawns needed longer time in pan apart from that I rate . Order the same again tonight and tonight was bang on glad I've given then a second chance as I wasn't going to but someday we all have issues and dont function properly so now I'm giving them the benefit to cook my food again next time when I fancy the same... hopefully it hood as tonight's order

Would not recommend this Chinese, my friend ordered the chicken special, once arrived he noticed that the special was full of prawns and he is highly allergic. Understandably we were upset by this as it was not in the description for the special. We contacted the takeaway, to only be spoke to by a very rude lady who told us it was our problem and that we should know a special contains prawns, as university students we were unaware of this as we were new customers. we didn’t even get an apology or refund for the food my friend was unable to eat due to is allergies. Will not be ordering again! Just think it should be advertised somewhere what a special contains, as how should we be expected to know? Luckily my friends okay as this could have had a more fatal outcome

Waited two and a half hours for food. Never going to use again had to ring twice to find out what was going on

Would give zero if I could. Worse service I have ever experienced. Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes. When I rung to chase the order they said unless I reorder and pay online they wouldn't deliver it. Totally usless. If I hadn't rung then I'd still be waiting for an order that would never arrive. I'll never use them again.

Good food - chips chunky and Chinese

Good food good service, Singapore chow mein and beef on black bean sauce are my usual choices

I have used changle regularly normally have no problems, but last week we placed 2 orders at my sisters spent over £25 delivered ,no free prawn crackers ....after ringing up to query this ,a rude lady on the phone said its because we paid for the 2 orders separately ,it wasn't classed as 1 order spending the amount to get them free ,how ridiculous pure greed to loyal customers not happy

Mega food, it was my first time here and the food was outstanding and plenty of it as well, from this point I am a regular 💯%

After waiting over a hour for our meal 👎 it was the first time and the last 😷

Best Chinese in the area.... Fabulous size portions and the meals are so tasty... Would highly recommend this take away

Ordered meals for the family and after an hour of waiting I telephoned to see how much longer it would be. The lady apologised and explained it was on its way. After waiting a further 30 minutes I called again, I spoke with the same lady and was told another 30 minutes as it hadn’t been sent out yet. THEY WERE BUSY! OMG 90 minutes of waiting, were all hungry and it wasn’t even cooked. Really if you’re hungry I recommend going elsewhere unless 90 minutes is okay with you, that’s if they don’t tell you it’s in its way like they did me..... disgusting.

Fantastic food always piping hot when it arrives. Portions are very good sizes and the food always tastes great. Never had any issues with this Chinese takeaway and always recommend to friends and family who have now made this their favourite Chinese takeaway.

take away driver racing up and down all night with his loud exhaust on his car driving me mad 😡 sort it out hearing it every night sounds like a race course at night

have used changle for a few years now but the last 2 take aways have not been good and if you ring up to complain you just get rude staff will not be using them again

We had used the same local Chinese for as had all my friends and family after one or two bland experiences we tried Changle and have never looked back. The menu is everything you'd expect from a good takeaway, the prices are really reasonable but the food is so so tasty. Highly recommended.

We have just ordered our food and eaten it,.It was on time with no hanging around and tasted delicious. We will definitely order there again as the crispy chilli beef was the best I have had in a long time...prawn crackers a close second😊

Disrespectful ever staff I see !!!

Usually really good. Have used them for the past 3 years. However tonight I feel I was let down by the service. I ordered 1 main meal, that's all and had waited 51 minutes. I rang to see how much longer it would be, to be told another 20 minutes. I find this very poor indeed. Also this was from 8:30pm till gone 9:30pm so not at peak time either. Then when on the phone the lady argued with me. Very disappointed.

I ordered on line, the food was delivered promptly, but unfortunately the pork in my chow mein was tough and inedible.

Usually order from here once a month. Food is always excellent with VERY quick delivery. Wouldn't order Chinese from anywhere else.

only good thing is salt and pepper king prawns ... everything else is disappointing!!

I had there food on Sunday night after work I was starving it was lovely really enjoyed it never had a bad meal from here and helpful and lovely staff thank you

Food was warm , the curry sauce was like jelly in a pot it was so thick ,the spring rolls had a weird taste so they didn't get eaten , wouldn't eat here again £24 later and I now know this

Ordered special chop suey, chicken chow main , chicken in satay sauce and special chop suey along with boiled and egg fried rice. £22.40 .This has a 5 star hygein rating which considering the chef's are cooking in there outdoor coats (they have a delivery driver but chef's deliver when busy themselves) there was also a long haired little girl running round the kitchen too . Chicken chowmein and chicken satay were ok . As for the chop suey . When opened it smelt of plastic. The chicken had a weird texture and was slimie. One mouthful was enough it went in the bin . Along with the special chop suey . Wont be going back again !!

Complete rubbish,got chicken curry the chicken was still abit pink and didnt taste cooked,the black bean didnt taste black bean,and the noddles should of been plain but had spring onions and onions in which i dont like should say something on the menu online,plus the free prawn crackers was overcooked,i wasted 13.00 on this take away which mosted of it went in the bin,one very angry customer here.

Ignore the council food rating, this place is excellent! Great food, huge potions, and well priced
