Came here with some work friends, and I must say as a Lebanese who grew up in Beirut, this place was authentic in every way!! From the warm greeting to the friendly waiters, and most notably the incredible food. Everything we had tasted perfect, including the rahib, kilaj, fattoush, kibbeh, hommos, kafta, roast chicken. Was a perfect meal in cozy digs. HIGHLY recommend

My girlfriend brought me to Chamisse for my birthday. We had an outstanding dinner and an unforgettable trip into Lebanese gastronomical traditions. This restaurant is owned by lovely people who really care for the quality of the food they serve. We will surely return as, in my opinion, this is the best Lebanese restaurant in London!

I went to Chamisse for my boyfriend’s birthday and I have to say that we had one of the best dinners in London. The food was simply delicious 🤤 💯 and the service was excellent, beyond expectations 🤩. They were also very accommodating to our requests and offered a baklava with a candle 🎂 those little details make the different. We will be definitely back!

We stopped at this restaurant by chance, on a Saturday evening, without a reservation, and despite this, the person who welcomed us went out of his way to find us a small place so that we could stay and eat. The welcome was very warm, the staff were very attentive and the place is quite cozy. The food was excellent, we chose to have several mezzes in order to taste several dishes before finishing with a superb dessert. We thank the restaurant team again for the welcome and the food. Small special mention for the boss (?), who speaks French and who was very attentive throughout the meal.

Nice restaurant overall, cozy cafe type atmosphere. Service was very good, food did not take long to arrive and received a small complimentary dessert at the end which was nice. Ordered lamb kebab for main course - a little dry, but acceptable. Salad was just shredded lettuce - nothing super exciting, no seasoning. The roast onions were a nice touch and actually saved the main from being underflavored otherwise. Baba ghanosh was not bad but a little too tangy. Kebbeh was good. Price was reasonable. Overall not bad, I've been to many Lebanese restaurants and this sits somewhere in the middle.

Simply the best Lebanese restaurant in London!

I had a fantastic experience at Chamisse for my birthday. I am Lebanese and can tell you when a restaurant is authentic or not. Everything was delicious, from their hommos and labneh to their loubieh and farrouj. The prices are good with lots to eat and drink, and the service is perfect. We were a large group, some who have never tried Lebanese food before and many said it was the best food they've ever had.

This is a small family business and my favourite restaurant in London. We had dinner recently with friends the food was so authentic and delicious. They have a nice selection of starters and main courses and a good selection of Lebanese wine. The owner is so welcoming and will ensure that you enjoy your experience. This is the second year we’ve held our staff and volunteer festive lunch here at Chamisse. We are an autism charity and most of our team are autistic. Many hadn’t tried Lebanese food before. Trying something new isn’t always easy for our group, but they loved it! The food is always incredible, everything is always well organised and all the staff are so accommodating and pleasant. Rahib is such a pleasure to communicate with and everything is kept simple and easy without worry. We really enjoy our time at Chamisse and look forward to our next visit! So disappointing and inedible. Ordered on UberEats. I love Lebanese food and often get lentil soup, chicken wrap, and vine leaves at Lebanese restaurants around the world. Basic items. I made this exact order first time trying Chamisse tonight. Lentil soup was lukewarm and so salty it was inedible. No fried pita chips or sliced lemon, no parsley. Missing basics in addition to not being edible. I was so looking forward to it, but it will be poured down the drain. I can't eat it and that's saying a lot. The vine leaves were loose and soggy, not well filled, unclear how fresh they were. Also, overly salty. The chicken wrap, however, was excellent. I am left without a full dinner. If I could catch the driver, I would have sent the soup and vine leaves back. Please improve your lentil soup recipe or check each day to make sure one of your cooks doesn't make a mistake. Great wrap though. Maybe eating-in is better.

The food here is decent. It was quite pricey though with a high service fee that you need to be wary of before visiting. While our appetizers - Moutabal and Soujok - arrived promptly, our wait for the Shish Taouk meal was quite long - almost a 40-50 minute wait, which hampered the experience a bit. Appetizers were great, and the shish taouk was nice but not amazing. Ambience was also cosy.

The atmosphere at Chamisse is lovely, intimate, comfy, good music in the background. There's enough choice for lunch, decent portion size and tasty too. The ayran is excellent! The pickles mix is a bit salty, not for everyone. Staff is really nice and polite; and you get a baklava with your bill, which is cute. Overall, a good experience! Visit if you're in the area.

We made a reservation for 11 short notice for a birthday and they accommodated extremely well. I ordered kafta kashkash rice as the main and fatayer as the appetizer and combine it was £25 and plenty filling. Definitely recommend, they decided to give free round of balaclavas for us aswell.

The best lebanese restaurant around the area. It is seriously good. We have always feel bad when the place looks quiet because the food is so good. But We hope deliveroo deliveries make up for that. The staff are always lovely and polite. We always go for a nice mix of 4 or 5 meze, followed by chicken taouk. Best grilled!!!

Honestly, the only good food I’ve had in London. I came here my first time to London and had to make a trip back. There is limited seating inside so make sure to make reservations ahead of time. I got the full meat platter with chip and also the cheese empanada. Everything is SO well cooked and seasoned. I am so happy to finally have decent food that isn’t salty or dry. Will definitely be back each time I visit London!!!

Amazing food and laid back atmosphere! We had a number of starters - the hummus, baba ganoush, zaatar bread, yoghurt dip, tabbouleh and falafels. The dips and salad were very fresh and tasty, the falafels perfectly crisp. The aubergines and lamb came with rice and was a hearty dish. The gentleman who served us (he looked like the owner) was very warm and friendly! The baklava was a very delicious surprise. Highly recommend Chamisse for anyone who wants to have a great lebanese meal! We came for dinner on a Sat evening and it was pretty full during our entire time there so it might be wise to make a reservation for weekend nights :)
