Having already tried some Lebanese food we were curious to see if the Te Amo food was going to satisfy our palates, and it actually did. The professional waitress suggested us to get a mixed grill with a selection of side dishes, which included spicy potatoes, Lebanese salad, mixed vegetables, hummus and rice. Everything was exceptional and brought in great quantity; the only negative thing was that the lamb wasn't, according to our tastes, cooked enough. Overall, we didn't spend a lot compared to the great amount of food that we ate, so it's for sure a great value for money. Atmosphere wise, once you pass the quite cold looking anteroom, it's pretty nice and cozy. Remember that it's close on Sundays, since the first we went there we didn't know that and we were pretty disappointed. It's definitely a great place to go if you want to enjoy some very good Lebanese food at a reasonable price.

We arrived at an empty restaurant and therefore the atmosphere was zero. However, the food was just excellent and if you like good Lebanese food this place is a must try.

I went with my husband on a Friday night, the falafel and tabouleh were amazing! Service was excellent and friendly. Main courses are really big so if you don't eat too much it would be better to share.

Hmm. Not sure how Te Amo has garnered so many five star reviews. The staff were friendly but the rest was a mixed bag. We had a mini meze starter which was really nice (excellent falafels) but the mains really let things down. Everything tasted old, which for the starter wasn't so much of an issue, but for main I had the lentil stew which, although it tasted OK, was actually dry rather than stewy as expected, and my partner had the mixed seafood grill where the fish was completely overcooked and she got chips instead of rice AND salmon instead of tuna as requested. Toilets were vile - I recommend peeing in the street instead! Portions were absolutely massive and the prices low, so if you just want to fill your stomach then great, but don't expect anything decent except if you order the falafels.

We had a family celebration of 10 on 13September instead of having the celebration at home as I have done in the past and having to buy a myriad of ingredients varieties of vegetables different cuts of meats preparing ,cooking clearing up the mess which ihas been stressful and hard work and rather than have this nightmare again we decided nstead to go ro this wonderful restaurant. We were pleased we did .The food was superb delicicious with plenty of fteshly prepared meza followed by a wide variety of mixed succulent meats with added garnishes and delicicious mouthwatering baklava. We were treated like royalty by the more than helpful astaff. I and my family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to celebrating there again on 25th October

I am a regular here and the food is always freshly made and very tasty. The falafel is fantastic - the only place I've ever seen fresh falafel being made each time an order is placed. The pastries and breads are just delicious. The humous is also made from scratch by the restaurant. Because everything is so fresh and home made it is one of the few places I trust to give me healthy food.

We just celebrated my parent's 57th wedding anniversary at the restaurant. The food that was served was authentic Middle East food. There was a large meze followed by a number of different kebabs, The service at the restaurant was excellent and the decor of the restaurant helped to create a good atmosphere. The food is reasonably priced compared to a lot of restaurants in the area.

I went here with work colleagues for lunch. We ordered 3 diet cokes, 1 mineral water and 2 glasses of tap water... This took all of 10 minutes to arrive. We ordered the mixed mezze which was nothing more than glorified houmous and 2 falafels between 4 people!! The staff were slow and only at the end of the meal did we end up with the glasses of water. When we asked for the bill it took so long we had to go to the counter and request it for a second time. Bland flavours and poor service.. Will not be dining here again.

Lovely family restaurant, serving delicious aromatic salads and grills. Two visits, the second confirming a great experience. The best pitta bread I have ever had. Beautiful freshly squeezed orange juice, and great coffee. Owners friendly and genuinely interested in your views of their food. Great!

I have tried many Lebanese restaurants in London and this is one of the best. The food is really tasty. There's a wide variety of Lebanese mezza and it's delicious. The chicken tawouk is super - highly recommended if you like chicken :) The atmosphere is friendly. The owners are nice and welcoming.

Despite the name this is a lebanese cafe/restaurant in Kentish Town. The front is a takeaway but the restaurant at the back serves good value, excellent lebanese food. It is unlicensed but do not be put off by that. Went there with my wife and we both had lamb swarma. I had a small starter and could not entertain a dessert. Recommend the lebanese coffee. The waitress was very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Spent much more money in fancier places and had poorer food. It is not the place for a romantic meal or for a special occasion but if in Kentish Town and you want a good lunch or dinner it's a safe bet. Plenty of positive press articles in the window from local papers and time out.

Saw good review so decided to try!! And the review was right. 4 of us went. Excellent meze, very good salad selection and the meat dishes very well done. Also proper Pita..not the thick heavy massproduced supermarket variety!! Portions large and prices good. Place run by friendly husband and wife. Definitely recommended!!.

Falafel are really lovely, I prefer them to those at E Mono which is saying something! I also had a halloumi wrap which was very reasonably priced and very tasty, only 'complaint' was it was a little too full of yummy things to comfortably eat 'as a wrap' :)
