there I took my breakfast today morning. I was ordered for Desi breakfast basically what I do every morning at your chaiiwala but thing is that I got some doubt with your daal that’s why I was returned it and said this one no good . I think this daal not made freshly. The service man was a Boy like curly hair.. he didn’t bother it. And nothing say for my complain and his behaviour no good as well. He don’t know how to speak with customer. He got always rude mood and if he see that the customer is came from Asian he didn’t respect anybody. So I hope this matter will see properly your management and sort it out. Thank you

I've been to Chaiwalla a few times and was excited to get some desi street food in Brighton. But it's not very good - portions are small and over priced and often over cooked. The tea is nice though. The service was a bit abrupt and bordering on rude each time I've been in. Wouldn't waste time/money here again.

We tried Chaiiwala for an in house working team lunch and were very impressed. Great quality and low cost, way cheaper than other lunch options around. We ordered from the all day breakfast, street eats, buns, rolls and wraps as well as bombay bowls. Everything was hot and delicious.

I had an good experience at Chaiwala! The ambiance is good, creating a nice atmosphere to enjoy some delicious chai. The chai itself was good, with a rich blend of spices that provided a perfect balance of flavors. The staff was friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the variety of snacks and treats they offered to accompany the chai. Overall, Chaiwala is a must-visit for chai lovers, and I’ll go back again and again as I love chai ❤️

NB this for Delivery . Before posting this review I emailed reviews@chaiiwala.co.uk with my concerns. No reply. A few days later I called the Brighton Store and spoke to 'Mardi' who advised me to call the Manageress 'Himma' (number provided). Himma assured me that she would reply to my email yesterday , but, guess what, she didnt. So here is my review: I should mention to start off with saying that the Delivery time was excellent. Deliveroo not at fault here. This was the first time I had ordered from Chaiiwala and had high expectations. I ended up being disappointed to the point I would probably not order from there ever again. Portion sizes : Ridiculously small for the money for both items. The Keema was tiny and the Sundae was small at best. Quality : Keema and Paratha was good quality (but just a tiny weeny amount of Keema). The Sundae was terrible. The Sundae, apart from being small, was made with cheap soft serve, completely melted, ice cream, that was liquid upon arrival. A couple of Gulab’s in the bottom. £8.15 for that was an absolute joke. £17.59 for both items is a rip off.

Really good Indian street food. Nice buzzy atmosphere. Great value, but extras they tell you are included, they end up charging you extra for (and not always served). It could be because the place is so new, but ordering is a bit complicated. Definitely understaffed. I keep going back though as the food is so good

I came here on a Groupon by myself. The family were initially very welcoming and the place has a pleasant ambience with an orange glow and old Bollywood music playing. Then the manageress came over....I gather this woman is quite legendary for her charm (!) - she told me that the Groupon was only for two people but as I had been seated I could go ahead and eat. The food was fine, dishes well done and filling. Perfect for a chilly evening. However, the manageress couldn't help herself from telling me over and over what a favour she was doing me by letting me use the Groupon by myself. So if you don't mind the fierce service you will have a decent meal. If you're coming with a Groupon, be sure to bring a friend!

We've ordered from Brinjals a number of times because they are consistently good, and they do a paneer version of most curries which my vegetarian husband loves! The food is always super tasty, good portion sizes, and although it always says it's going to take forever to get to you it inevitably arrives really early! Would definitely recommend

Food cooked by Indian family good curries. Typical pre-prepared chicken breast thrown in a sauce so mine was a bit chewy. Service not great. TBD on Lewes Road lots of idiots wandering in so they prob get tired.

Mi comida llegó temprano y caliente. La comida era muy sabrosa y deliciosa. Sin duda volveré a pedir. Gracias al Chef y a la encantadora señora de venta libre.
