Come here many times a week in the drive through and always served by Sohail. His customer service is great and orders are always accurate. Great communication and very friendly :)

I've been going for a while and have tried their karak chai, falooda (both good), samosa chaat (nice but could have more than 1 option) and pani puri but just wish you could order their doughnuts from the drive-thru as well instead of having to go separately.

Been coming for long time .. really good bunch of lads, helpful curious helpful service is 10/10 desserts and desi tea highly recommend. Shout out to Sohail always looks after us become on of the boys

The donuts are absolutely delicious and always such a good shout! Their freshly made with a range of toppings and have a light dough.

I did not have good experience here. I just walked in and was not in a car. I was told that the dine in facility is available in a nearby bakery shop. I went there, and the person over there told me that breakfast can only be ordered from the original shop, so I needed to go back to the original shop and order. I'm not sure if this is right, as for the people sitting in cars, orders were taken while they were in their cars, but I was supposed to go to the shop again to order. I think this is not the right way to provide people services. Felt like this place is more "car friendly ". I did not order and left the place.

Great place to have a breakfast on your own or even with family. Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. You can choose to takeout too!

Considering the kids nowadays are messed up the young runners they got working are on point with customer interaction in all weathers ... always busy but worth the wait

So, I visited around 9 today, and ordered 3 samosa chaats, can I just say, the portion sizes are absolutely AMAZING. I’m a regular customer at the broadway branch, and I was so pleasantly surprised as the portions there were less than half of what they are here! The box was literally full! Amazing service, kind staff!

The service from the staff was disgusting I called to talk about my order and repeatedly put the phone down and the staff said to not waste there time it was a simple fix and still refused very rude staff

Overrated! And a huge rip off. Please give me product worthy of my money 🙏 I am not sure why this place was/is hyped. Do the people of Bradford not know the difference between pre-prepeared, pre-packed doughnuts and fresh doughnuts. Honestly, Honestly, i try each time to find the doughnuts appealing for the price i pay. £1.50 per doughnut 🤔 which comes out of a costco box, with measly topping. The nutella doughnuts are the absolute worst! A slim slithery drizzle of nutella. Almost choking on the doughnut whilst writing this review. Come and rescue me whilst i have a near death experience. Death by doughnut 😳 The lad that served us was pleasant and helpful. Not his fault at all about the skimp. Would have given 5* for the review, but the skimp is part of a service right ? Visited on Sat 30th, at around 6pm.

Thought I see what the hype was. It is easy to say that it is one of the worst experiences I have had. Firstly, the entire car park smelt of drugs, and there was rubbish piled everywhere. But i came for the food and ordered a cup of desi tea with milk cake. The tea was watery and tasted very bland quite frankly homemade tea is much better let's move on to the milk cake which was tasteless and very sweet it looks like it was rushed. I thought I give them the benefit of the doubt, so I ordered a samosa chaat, which was nothing special. tbh the samosa was very salty, and once again, the flavours were very bland it seems it was rushed. The customer service was horrible. I waited almost 40 mins before the tea and milk cake arrived. The whole environment is more of a place for people to chat to girls who are mainly there to seek attention. This is not a family-friendly place. Why any person would wait in a que for a sub-standard cup of tea is mind blowing. Quite frankly, why would you even que up for a cup of tea? It is thought-provoking. If you have even a sense of decency, avoid this place at all costs it is not family-friendly at all.

One of the best place for chai very tasty chai 😋 and delicious milk cake samos chat and yummy Donats garam garam. Everything 1ST CLASS .

After the hype of this being a “drive thru” chai joint, I decided to visit. Unfortunately I waited over 40 mins for two Nutella paratas and 4 chais. This is unacceptable. The Nutella paratas however were a 7/10

Ordered food by sitting in the car. Brought the food to the car for us. Took card payment! Was quite busy. But i like how they have organised it all. Pink tea was lovely. They do give smaller portions and charge alot.

Got the desi tea with a hobnobs donut and it was beautiful.

Decent place always been good but today Requested pink tea without nuts made it clear as well they gave it with nuts. Just imagine I had an allergy to nuts I’ll be on my way to hospital. Secondly the tea was luke warm tasted below average. Waited long time when it wasn’t even busy at all! Staff need to well trained imo. Will continue to visit just needs improvement

for sitting it's good place and free parking as well, bit with food they don't do justice to be honest. portions are very small. I didn't try many things but whatever I tried I would say I wouldn't come back also don't recommend. if they have any good food please correct me so I will definitely try again. falooda not good. spring roll just k but small portion. tea was ok

We came across this place by chance and are we glad we did. A 24 hour desi chai outlet. There is an excellent variety of desi teas and dessert for sale from kadak chai to kashmiri pink tea from Gulab Jaaun To milk cake you will be spoilt for choice. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Very busy. Nothing special in tea. Quick Service. Desi Tea was like water. Charging £2 for a small cup is rip off. Better drink hot water at home. Deserts were expensive compare to other shops. You better park your car in Lidl car park instead of going around and get stuck in a long cue. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Took my friends who came from out of city and we're very disappointed with the taste of tea

Tea was not hot enough. And too much sugar. (We didn't say how much sugar!!) Also it just doesn't seem like a special tea. Below normal standard taste tea. A tea can taste special by adding dalchini ilachi fennel seeds. Two tea bags boil or brew for a while for one person add hot milk boil again. Try it.

Hello ! I have visited here and bought Chai(tea) but not tasty. But one thing gave me pain here Bradford uk large number of people are thieves. They thefts mobiles 📱 and money on the way’s.please be careful here in uk .

Ordered some donuts from here and was told to wait in my car. Waited for 35 mins and didn’t receive my order. They had at least 8 employees and at least 4 of them were standing around and not working. Ended up driving off and getting a refund. I have been a customer for the past 3 years and never had issues but what I witnessed today was a disgrace. Never visiting this place again, disgusting customer service. Wasted my time and lied to me.

Chai was good, dessert was good. Unfortunately service was very bad. Mr Junaid was very busy with his phone, he totally forgot our request, we had to remind him clearly. Then we requested ice cream and he forgot again, we left without trying there ice cream.

The milk cake had egg shells in it and I ordered samosas chaat got home to find there was no samosa but just a slushy chaat in there. Will be reporting to trading standards. Just a utter waste of time and money.

Ideal tea place as you can drive through or use the car park. There's a cupcake shop, Pakistani restaurant, Donut shop, Fish & Chips and Rajas Take away(Chiken & chips, burgers, pizzas) all at the same spot so can't go wrong. Across the road you have McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC and Subway + Lild and Morrisons next door Only downside is tea prices have shot up from £1.50/cup to £2 now which is a bit too much for a small cup.

Have tried this place twice now and each time the donuts have been very tasty. (Don't think the donuts are made fresh to order though) would say they are bought and heated in the kitchen. But still very nice, warm and soft. Not sure if the guy behind the counter was having a off day but he didn't seem very helpful and was mumbling when answering and looked annoyed that we were asking what flavor the donuts on display were. But if the donuts were labelled we wouldn't have to ask which flavours are which when picking. £7 for 6 donuts is pretty good too. The decor is nice and always looks clean to the eye. Would of given 5* but service was lacking a little. Still would recommend because the donuts are really tasty and we will return ourselves when we come back to bradford. Just smarten up the customer service a little. If customers are asking questions it's because they don't know and a small thing like labelling would stop the confusion. :)

I had the Karacha tea and milk cake It was my first time of trying out Pakistani tea and I totally loved it.

Had chai along with freshly baked donuts.
