Cha Cha Chai in Manchester

Had a long, complicated order (lots of ‘leave this off, add this on). The order came really quickly and was exactly as ordered. Food was hot and really tasty. Would not order from anywhere else, highly recommend.

Awful customer service, we waited 1hr 30mins, after phoning the man put the phone down on us, we never recieved our food. completely unhelpful I wouldn't recommend this place one bit! Luckily paid through PayPal so we are seeking a refund.

The restraint is nice with delicious currys and deserts, and the hist Raja made our day with his funny jokes and excellent hosting skills! :) thank you. Will be back soon

Bought gajar halwa. It wasn't good taste. Called them and asked to taste by themselves and they agreed it's not good. When came back to return. I was shocked to know that even I as charged more. Won't recommend, even at purchase please check price list as well.

I have only attended two functions here back in 2021/2022. I can remember the food was decent and the waiting staff did a fairly good job: I can't remember any complaints about the waiter's on those 2 days I attended here.. 🤔 Alllthough, only apart from that one incident where they had forgotten to put the entrance barrier up in order for the bride's (my sister) family to park their cars near to the entrance, and, as a result we first had to park at the back of the Venue until they had put their barriers up for us. The manager seems like a friendly, happy chap. He ensured that (nearly) everything ran smoothly during our two different wedding events... The place seems clean and tidy.. Oh..And, they do have a good-sized prayer room - it's bigger than that of some of the other ' big venues' I have visited around Manchester.
