Went to buy kark chai and Kashmiri pink tea. Readymade with lot of added sugar. No sugar free option. Chai was OK but try to decrease the amount of sugar in it

- Music playing sounds like a spa massage parlour. Every time I’ve dined here, it’s the same instrumental track on repeat. Very strange for a chai/food establishment. When I politely mentioned this to staff, I was simply told “tough, the boss likes it.” - The amount of plastic used in this place is shocking. Every item you order (staying in or taking out) is provided individually in plastic disposables or plastic boxes, which are not recyclable. There is absolutely no regard to the environment at all. Shame on Cha Cha Chais. I am really put off coming here again.

This sweet shop is a gem — the gulab jamun, ras malai, and barfi were all fresh, rich, and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The shop was clean, beautifully presented, and the staff were polite and helpful in recommending popular picks. Perfect place to grab mithai for celebrations or just to treat yourself. Highly recommended!

This place is so bad that, you should think twice before dining or ordering food from here. Stale and disgusting food served. This restaurant can't make proper dosa as well. I fell sick after eating at this place. Chennai Meals is also known as Tiffin Box and Lebanese Grill on Uber Eats & other online portals. That's why they use 2-3 different names to hide their negative ratings and filthy cooking. It's not worth spending a single dime here. Worst food experience ever. Very unhygienic.
