I phoned after 1 hour wait. When will it arrive? Double checked they had the right address. No they had the wrong one. So gave right one again over the phone. Delivery guy in street driving about could see him asking neighbours directions. He saw me waving and came up. He had a different number to my address. Was paying cash and noticed half the order missing. No can of coke or chips. Maybe the driver took it, as it was on the receipt. Cannot prove that though. It was, delivered by a just eat driver even though I phoned direct. Yet full price charge. Had to sort that. Food getting colder. Just lost a potential good customer. Beware. Of what food we got, was by now cold. Ruined our night. I usually ALWAYS Collect a takeaway myself. Now I know why. They simply are not capable working people. Dreadful. Steer clear.

As a local to thorn wood I’ve tried this place a number of times. Not again. Today I got a black burnt bun with my burger and a pathetic attempt of chopped onions (3 massive slices) only noticed when I had got home. Last time I was served undercooked fritters. The guy who runs the place seems nice enough but he clearly doesn’t care about the food he gives out. Avoid at all costs.

! ! ! ¡Pude haber ganado 10 libras pero no me importa! ! !

It has taken me ages to find a decent take-away/delivery service in Glasgow.Ceqwa is now my place of choice.Ceqwa offers a varied menu;I found this off-putting at first (how can they offer good quality if they have so much to offer?).Nevertheless,I decided to give them a try-I have always selected some form of curry( fresh and delicious) .I don't think Ceqwa looks inviting from the outside but I'm glad I've tried it and will continue to do so in the future.

I've been going to this place for long time, consistency in quality of service and food is the key of success for this takeaway. Very unique Taste and wide range of menu including nepalese menu and my favourite nepalese dumpling MOMO. Highly recommended.

I must add firstly that the taste of the food is really good and have no complaints as to the quality of products. Where I have a massive issue is with the portion size, genuinely lucky if we have recieved a standard portion of chicken donner or cheese never mind a LARGE. It's disappointing as we have shopped here for years and it's noticeable the size difference in the food. Photo attached of chips cheese chicken Donner & chips chicken donner for reference. Again I must add the taste is good and no issues with that it's totally down to the smaller portions. When compared to near by take outs these portions are tiny Chips cheese and donner meat is nearly £9!!!!

By far the worst food and biggest rip-off we've ever experienced. Ordered two chicken wraps (£7 each) with chips. Got them home to discover 4 tiny pieces of chicken in each wrap, with a little lettuce. The wraps were about 4 inches long and were inedible. Everything, including the chips, went into the bin.

When ordering your items it's all contactless which is both fine and not brilliant, fine as your spoiled for choice on what kind of burger you can get but also if you want to add extra toppings like pickles, cheese sauce it's there but you'll be charged extra, same goes for there chips selection. But the not so brilliant part is when you've done all the ordering and are ready to pay sometimes the card machine isn't working or switch on so you've wasted time there but also if your lookong for someone to talk to take your order, there doesn't seem to be anyone there at the other desk from what I've seen anytime I've been in. There foods good, it will fill you up and the portion is big but not to the point your uncomfortable after eating ya know. I'll definitely be back though for the burger.

It may be in a convenient location, but that doesn't mean they have to use convenience foods. I had the chilli calzone, which tasted like it was a tin of cheap chilli from the supermarket. My wife asked for vegetables with her gammon steak, but was told that they "couldn't change the menu items" and there was no option for a side order of vegetables on the menu. Notices everywhere starting that 'cash is the preferred payment method', although they do accept card payment. Waiting staff were standing in the doorway smoking whilst people were coming in and going out. Not sure what wine we get served, but it certainly didn't taste like the Chardonnay we had ordered. Good point - if you're going to The Pavilion, it's convenient for a meal before the show. Just stay away from the chilli calzone and the questionable Chardonnay and the smoke screen at the door.
