Century Bar & Restaurant in Newham

Very friendly and clean environment hence visited again on 01/06 to celebrate my son's birthday. Will visit again. No greasy or smelly tables. Non smelly plates and glasses... very good. Food very delicious and as expected. Special thanks to two little angels Viddhi and Richa, both created a family environment, god bless them both.

I came here for a pre Birthday Meal and I have previously ordered food from here often for many years. The dining in experience was really lovely. For someone who has not gone out anywhere during this challenging year I was impressed with the social distancing and the high level of hygiene. Century Bar and Restaurant has always served delicous food. Even though the restuarant is local I have never dined in ,the restuarant is family friendly. I loved the decor and it was a welcoming atmosphere. The hosting staff and management team were attentive. We had a lovely young man by the name of Pritesh if I recall correctly taking our order, he was very attentive and provided an excellent level of customer experience. The manager Sham was really helpful too with the menu. We ordered the Samosa Chaat and Chilli Paneer for starters and it was absolutely delicous and well presented. The chutneys were delcious and there is a wide selection of alcholic and soft drinks. Then for the main course we had Vegetable Briyani which was made in the clay oven served with raita and Karai Paneer curry which was tasty. One of the top restaurants to eat in Forest Gate you don't get prestigious quality food like this anywhere else in East London, trust me as I have lived in Forest Gate my whole life. The ladies toilet was so clean and spacious. I will definately come here again with friends and family for the delicious food, great atmosphere and fantastic staff.

Pedido para llevar varias veces. El chana masala es el mejor que he probado en mi vida, muy auténtico y la calidad es constante. La única razón por la que le di un 4 estrellas y no un 5 se debe a la ensalada de cebolla. Literalmente son cebollas cortadas con una rodaja de limón. Por lo general, las ensaladas de cebolla de los restaurantes indios se cortan relativamente finamente o se cortan en cubitos y se mezclan con tomates y pepinos, a veces con menta. Definitivamente podría haber una mejora allí, pero en general delicioso y muy feliz con nuestra toma siempre desde aquí.

Personal y gerencia muy amigables Comida: naans perfectamente hechos. . . muy crujiente Sabor: perfecto sabor indio. No dejar comida. . . definitivamente para llevar Jist delicioso. Definitivamente visitaré nuevamente. . .

Buena comida, buen ambiente, buena gente. Nostálgico con la música de la vieja escuela Iive todos los sábados. Ideal para deportes ya que tienen pantallas. También atiende a los veganos.

My wife and I went to Century club for a drink only and in the end decided to have dinner. We had Tadka Dall and Tandoori Roti, we asked for it to spicy and sure enough it was done exactly to our taste. Well done to the chef. Thank you again

Great atmosphere, absolutely gorgeous food. Can't wait to go back. One of the best curries I've had in a long time.
